The appearances of the phrases "first," "second," and "third," or the like, in the specification, claims, and figures are not necessarily all referring to the particular order in which they are presented. Furthermore, the terms "comprising" and "having," as well as any variations thereof, are intended to cover non-exclusive inclusions. For example, a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not limited to only those steps or elements listed, but may alternatively include other steps or elements not listed, or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
The customer management system provided in this embodiment is a system for business management, administration management, customer service, property management, and facility management inside and outside an enterprise, and customers, managers, and task performers may all use their respective ports to connect to the customer management system for system operation. In this embodiment, a port used by a client is referred to as a client, a window used by a manager is referred to as a manager, and a port used by a task performer is referred to as a performer.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart illustrating an embodiment of a processing method based on office management according to the present invention, where a user can operate on a client management platform to manage a client. The processing method based on office management comprises the following steps:
s101, when the information of the customer is input, detecting whether the information of the customer is repeatedly acquired; if the information data of the client is not repeatedly acquired, recording the data information of the client;
specifically, when the staff receives the customer or the customer has a service demand, the staff can enter the customer information into the customer management system, so that the data information of the user can be checked when the customer is maintained. In actual operation, a user may consult with a plurality of shops, and if the plurality of shops all input data information of a client on a client management system, data is repeatedly added, so that data of the system is redundant. Therefore, when the information of the client is input into the staff client management system, the client management system can automatically monitor whether the client repeatedly obtains the information according to part of the information of the client, for example, after the name, the age and the identity card of the client are input, the system can automatically detect whether the client information which is the same as the name, the age and the identity card of the client is stored, and if the information is the same as the client information stored in the system, the client management system can send a prompt for repeatedly adding; when the information material of the client is not repeatedly acquired, the client management system records the material information of the client.
S102, detecting the type of the customer;
specifically, when the staff enters the data information of the customer, the staff selects the type of the customer to be entered. In this embodiment, the types of the users can be classified into public users and non-public users. As the name implies, a public user refers to a user that can be seen by all the workers, while a non-public user can only be seen by the workers with the authority.
S103, when the client is a public client, setting the public access right of each piece of material information of the client;
specifically, when the client is a public client, because the information of the client is more, for example, the information of the client such as name, telephone, sex, age, address, business requirement, personal preference, etc., some private data need to be kept secret, or the information of the commodity data purchased by the client, etc. needs to be kept secret, the corresponding public access authority can be set. For example, the customer's address is set to invisible and other data is set to visible.
S104, when the customer is a non-public customer, classifying the customer into a specified store, and only allowing staff of the specified store to view.
Specifically, when the customer is a non-public customer, the customer is classified into established stores, for example, A, B, C stores are provided in a certain company, and if the customer is a customer maintained by store a, the customer needs to be classified into store a to prevent the customer from contending for the source of the customer between stores.
Through the processing method based on office management, repeated detection can be carried out on information data of the customer when the information data of the customer is input, and repeated input of the information of the customer is avoided. After the clients are classified and set, the clients can be accurately classified, and later maintenance and marketing of the clients are facilitated.
In one embodiment, the office management-based processing method further includes: adding sales condition information of the user; the sales information includes: selling users, selling commodities, selling money, selling personnel and attribution stores; and regulating the sales amount to the sales records of the store and the sales personnel.
Specifically, when a salesperson sells goods to a user or a customer purchases goods, the salesperson can add sales condition information of the user, such as a sales user, sales goods, sales amount, salesperson, and a home store, to the customer management system through the intelligent terminal. Therefore, the sales condition of each salesperson and each store can be counted, and after-sale tracking service can be conveniently carried out on the customer by the salesperson and the corresponding store.
In one embodiment, the corresponding relationship between each employee and the store may be preset, and the access right of each employee may be set. When an organization structure of the customer management system is built, the corresponding relation between each employee and each store can be preset, so that the checking authority of each store is convenient to set the customer authority, sales personnel are prevented from contending for customers, and effective after-sale maintenance is carried out on the customers. For example, employees at a store belong to store a, employees at B store, and then after B store, employees at each store cannot cross store to access the customer profiles of other stores.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises: receiving an inventory checking instruction, and receiving the input number N of the checked commodities; acquiring the quantity M of inventory commodities in a warehouse and the quantity P of commodities to be delivered from the warehouse; and when the checked commodity number N is larger than the commodity number P to be delivered out of the warehouse, screening out a commodity list listA with the commodity number and a commodity list listB without the commodity number.
If the sum of the commodity quantity E in the list listA and the commodity quantity F in the list listB is smaller than the inventory commodity quantity N, when an input new commodity list listC is received, judging whether the commodity quantity F without numbers is larger than the commodity quantity C in the new commodity list listC; if the commodity numbers of the C unnumbered commodities in the F unnumbered commodities are larger than the commodity numbers of the C commodities in the newly-added commodity list listC, replacing the commodity numbers of the C unnumbered commodities in the F unnumbered commodities with the commodity numbers of the C commodities in the newly-added commodity list listC; and if the commodity number is less than the preset commodity number, additionally generating N-E-F unnumbered commodity numbers, and replacing the commodity numbers of the N-E unnumbered commodities with the commodity numbers of the C commodities in the newly-added commodity list listC.
If the sum of the commodity quantity E in the list listA and the commodity quantity F in the list listB is larger than the checking commodity quantity N, judging whether the unnumbered commodity quantity F is larger than the quantity M of inventory commodities minus the checking commodity quantity N; if yes, deleting the commodity numbers of M-N commodities in the unnumbered F commodities according to the time sequence of commodity warehousing; and if not, deleting the commodity numbers of F commodities in the listF, and then deleting the commodity numbers of M-N-F commodities in the E commodities with numbers according to the time sequence of warehousing of the commodities.
Generating commodity numbers of the commodities with the residual quantity; wherein N, M, P, C, E, F is a positive integer.
Specifically, in the process of sales, the warehouse goods need to be periodically checked so as to know the inventory goods in time and ensure the sales supply of the goods. When the commodities are put in storage, a commodity number corresponding to each commodity needs to be input into the system, for example, a commodity serial number or a unique commodity identification code is recorded, that is, each commodity corresponds to one serial number or unique commodity. However, when the number of commodities stored in the warehouse is very large and the number of people is not enough, it is troublesome to input a large number of commodity numbers in a short time of warehousing, so that the method can directly input the commodity number without inputting the commodity number of each commodity when the commodity is warehoused, and then input the commodity number of the commodity when the commodity is subsequently stocked or is delivered from the warehouse, thereby improving the flexibility of processing.
As shown in fig. 2, in the inventory checking process, the number N required to be checked may be input in advance on the system, and the system will obtain the number M of the commodities displayed on the system and the number P of the commodities to be discharged. In the course of a disc library. When the number N of the checked commodities is smaller than the number P of the commodities to be delivered, since the commodities to be delivered are all the commodities which are already reserved by the customer, the number N of the commodities to be checked cannot be smaller than the number P of the commodities to be delivered during checking, otherwise, the commodities cannot be checked.
When the number N of the checked commodities is larger than the number P of the commodities to be delivered from the warehouse, a list listA with the commodity numbers (namely, the commodities with the commodity numbers already input) and a list listB without the commodity numbers (namely, the commodities without the commodity numbers input) are screened out.
If the sum of the quantity E of the commodities in the commodity list listA and the quantity F of the commodities in the commodity list listB is smaller than the inventory quantity N, that is, the inventory is sufficient, and the inventory quantity is larger than the actual inventory quantity. Then, at this time, a newly added commodity list listC needs to be re-entered, and there are two cases, one of which is that when the commodity number F of unnumbered commodities is greater than that in listC, the commodity numbers of the commodities in listC are directly overlaid on the commodity numbers of C unnumbered commodities in the F unnumbered commodities. When the number F of unnumbered commodities is less than the number of commodities in listC, since the number of commodities counted at this time is greater than the number of commodities and the number of commodities in stock, N-E-F unnumbered commodities need to be additionally generated, and the commodity numbers of the N-E unnumbered commodities are replaced with the commodity numbers of C commodities in the newly added commodity list listC.
If the sum of the commodity quantity E in the commodity list listA and the commodity quantity F in the commodity list listB is larger than the checked commodity quantity N, namely the commodity is checked to be insufficient, and the checked commodity quantity is smaller than the actual inventory quantity, whether the commodity quantity F of the unnumbered commodity is larger than the inventory commodity quantity M minus the checked commodity quantity N needs to be judged at this moment; if yes, deleting M-N unnumbered commodities in the F unnumbered commodities according to the time sequence of commodity warehousing; and if not, deleting F unnumbered commodities in the listF, and then deleting M-N-F commodities in the E numbered commodities according to the time sequence of commodity warehousing.
Wherein N, M, P, C, E, F is a positive integer. By the mode, when the commodities are put in storage, the commodity numbers do not need to be input completely, and when the commodities are checked in the subsequent process, the commodity numbers are input again or redundant commodities are deleted, so that the flexibility of commodity inventory management is improved.
In one embodiment, the office management-based processing method further includes: when a reservation adding instruction sent by an operation end is received, adding input reservation information; the reservation information includes: reserving clients, reserving time and reserving affairs; and when the current time meets the requirement of the reserved time, sending a prompt of the reserved information to a corresponding operation end.
Specifically, the office management-based processing method can also provide a reservation function, a worker can perform reservation addition at an operation end, and the operation end sends a reservation addition instruction to the client management system to add reservation information input by the worker. The reservation information may include a reservation client, a reservation time, a reservation transaction; and the system can also comprise information such as reservation type, processing mode, affiliated store, reservation personnel, docking personnel and the like. And when the current time meets the requirement of the reservation time, the client management system sends a prompt of the reservation information to an operation end for setting a reservation adding instruction.
In one embodiment, the office management-based processing method further includes: setting the type of a client, wherein the type comprises: potential customers, intent determination customers, sales follow-up customers, successful sales customers. When the worker looks at the user, the sales type of the user can be clearly distinguished, so that the sales scheme can be adjusted in time.
In one embodiment, the office management-based processing method further includes: and (4) counting the sales data of each store and the sales data of each salesperson. Optionally, the sales data can be directly generated into a graph for display, so as to facilitate the analysis of the sales situation.
The present embodiment further provides an embodiment of a customer management system, as shown in fig. 2, the customer management system includes:
the detection module 21 is used for detecting whether the information of the client is repeatedly acquired when the information of the client is input;
the recording module 22 is electrically connected with the detection module 21 and is used for recording the information of the client if the information of the client is not repeatedly acquired;
