At least a portion of the second check-in record is generated by the server 1 in accordance with a second check-in request.
The second check-in request is obtained by the second terminal 3 or the first terminal 2 performing the following operations: displaying a check-in information input interface, receiving identity information of the house-watching user input on the check-in information input interface, and generating a second check-in request according to the identity information; the first personnel binding information comprises binding information between the room viewing user and an online sales advisor and/or an offline sales advisor. Specifically, step 120 may be referred to in this step, and is not described herein again.
Step 250: if the detection result is yes, the first house-viewing information is acquired, and the first house-viewing information and the first binding request are sent to the second terminal 3. The first binding request is used to instruct the second terminal 3 to perform the following operations: displaying a binding information input interface with first house-viewing information, receiving the identification information of the sales consultant which is input on the binding information input interface and is associated with the first personnel binding information, generating second personnel binding information according to the identification information of the sales consultant, and sending the second personnel binding information to the server 1. The first house-watching information is house-watching information which is signed in by the second terminal 3 through inputting identity information, and the second house-watching information is house-watching information which is signed in by the first terminal 2 through scanning codes. In other words, the check-in mode of the first room-viewing information and the second room-viewing information is different. The server 1 may be configured to enable the first house-watching information and the second house-watching information to include the same tag according to the house-watching information that the first house-watching information and the second house-watching information are the same identity information, where the tag may be identity information or other tags, so that the first house-watching information and the second house-watching information can be found when the tag is found. Therefore, the server 1 can perform data combination on the house-watching information of the same identity information in different check-in modes and all the house-watching information are associated to the house-watching information of the same identity information, so that a house-watching user can find all the house-watching information when the check-in mode is changed, and the problems of house-watching information omission and the like caused by the change of the check-in mode can be avoided.
Further, after step 210, the server 1 may detect whether there is room-viewing information associated with the identity information in the historical room-viewing information set, and if the detection result is no, execute step 220. It should be noted that for simplicity of description, the above-mentioned embodiments of the method are described as a series of acts, but those skilled in the art should understand that the present application is not limited by the described order of acts, as some steps may be performed in other orders or simultaneously according to the present application. Claims (9)

1. A data processing method for electronic check-in is applied to a server, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving a first check-in request from a first terminal, and generating a first check-in record of a house-watching user according to the first check-in request; the first check-in request is obtained by the first terminal executing the following operations: scanning a check-in two-dimensional code displayed on a second terminal, displaying an acquisition interface for determining whether to agree to acquire a check-in identifier of the house-watching user, receiving an instruction for agreeing to send the check-in identifier on the acquisition interface, and generating a first check-in request according to the check-in identifier;
detecting whether first house-watching information associated with identity information of the house-watching users exists in a historical house-watching information set; the first house-viewing information comprises a second check-in record of the house-viewing user and first person binding information associated with the second check-in record; at least a portion of the second check-in record is generated by the server according to a second check-in request, where the second check-in request is obtained by the second terminal or the first terminal performing the following operations: displaying a check-in information input interface, receiving identity information of the house-watching user input on the check-in information input interface, and generating a second check-in request according to the identity information; the first personnel binding information comprises binding information between the room viewing user and an online sales advisor and/or an offline sales advisor;
if the detection result is yes, acquiring the first house-watching information, and sending the first house-watching information and a first binding request to the second terminal; the first binding request is used for instructing the second terminal to execute the following operations: displaying a binding information input interface with first house-viewing information, receiving the identification information of a sales advisor which is input on the binding information input interface and is associated with the first personnel binding information, generating second personnel binding information according to the identification information of the sales advisor, and sending the second personnel binding information to the server;
receiving second personnel binding information from the second terminal, and generating second house watching information according to the second personnel binding information and the first check-in record; establishing an incidence relation between the first house-watching information and the second house-watching information;
the method further comprises the following steps:
the check-in record of the house-watching user in the one-time house-watching behavior, and the personnel binding information between the house-watching user and the online sales consultant and/or the offline sales consultant are merged and processed to form the house-watching information of the one-time house-watching behavior of the house-watching user, and the house-watching information is stored in the historical house-watching information set;
wherein the first person binding information comprises online recommended binding information; before receiving a first check-in request from a first terminal and generating a first check-in record of a house-watching user according to the first check-in request, the method further comprises:
receiving a room source recommendation request associated with the room-viewing user from a third terminal, wherein the room source recommendation request comprises identification information of an online sales advisor, identification information of the room-viewing user and a recommended room source identifier;
sending the recommended house source identifier to the first terminal according to the house source recommendation request, and generating the online recommended binding information according to the identification information of the online sales consultant;
wherein, before the detecting whether the first house-viewing information associated with the identity information of the house-viewing user exists in the historical house-viewing information set, the method further comprises:
the server receives a browse access request from the first terminal, wherein the browse access request comprises the identity information and a plurality of access house source identifiers;
and the server generates the house source binding information of the house-looking user according to the plurality of house source access identifiers.
2. The data processing method of claim 1, wherein at least another portion of the second check-in record is further generated by the server in accordance with the first check-in request.
3. The data processing method of claim 2, wherein receiving a first check-in request from a first terminal and generating a first check-in record of a room-watching user according to the first check-in request comprises:
receiving a first check-in request from a first terminal, wherein the first check-in request comprises a check-in identifier;
detecting whether the check-in identifier exists in a historical check-in identifier set;
if the detection result is negative, sending an authentication request to the first terminal, where the authentication request is used to instruct the first terminal to perform the following operations: displaying a verification information input interface, receiving identity information input on the verification information input interface, and sending the identity information to the server;
sending a first verification code to a terminal associated with the identity information; the authentication request is further used for instructing the first terminal to perform the following operations: receiving a second verification code input by the verification information input interface, generating verification feedback information according to the second verification code, and sending the verification feedback information to the server;
detecting whether a second verification code in the verification feedback information is matched with the first verification code; and if the detection result is matching, establishing the association relationship between the sign-in identifier and the identity information.
4. The data processing method of claim 2, wherein after detecting whether the first house-viewing information associated with the identity information exists in the historical house-viewing information set, further comprising:
if the detection result is negative, sending feedback information to the second terminal, wherein the feedback information is used for indicating that the first house-watching information associated with the identity information does not exist in the historical house-watching information set;
sending a second binding request to the second terminal, wherein the second binding request is used for instructing the second terminal to execute the following operations: displaying a binding information input interface, receiving identification information of an online sales advisor or an offline sales advisor input on the binding information input interface, generating first personnel binding information of the room-viewing user according to the identification information, and sending the first personnel binding information to the server;
and receiving first person binding information from the second terminal, and generating first house watching information according to the first person binding information and the first check-in record.
5. The data processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein between the sending of the first room-viewing information to the second terminal and the sending of the first binding request, further comprising:
sending an updating request for whether to update the first person binding information to the second terminal; the update request is used for instructing the second terminal to execute the following operations: displaying a selection interface for selecting whether to update the first person binding information, and receiving selection information on the selection interface; generating second person binding information from the first person binding information according to selection information indicating that the first person binding information is not updated; or generating updating feedback information according to selection information indicating to update the first person binding information, and sending the updating feedback information to the server;
and receiving the updating feedback information from the second terminal, and sending a first binding request to the second terminal according to the updating feedback information.

The data processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the first person binding information comprises offline viewing binding information; before receiving a first check-in request from a first terminal and generating a first check-in record of a house-watching user according to the first check-in request, the method further comprises:
sending a second binding request to the second terminal, wherein the second binding request is used for instructing the second terminal to execute the following operations: and displaying a binding information input interface, receiving the identification information of the offline sales consultant input on the binding information input interface, and generating the offline in-line viewing binding information of the room viewing user according to the identification information of the offline sales consultant.
7. An electronic check-in data processing device, which is applied to a server, the device comprises:
the system comprises a first receiving module, a first checking-in module and a second receiving module, wherein the first receiving module is used for receiving a first checking-in request from a first terminal and generating a first checking-in record of a house-watching user according to the first checking-in request; the first check-in request is obtained by the first terminal executing the following operations: scanning a check-in two-dimensional code displayed on a second terminal, displaying an acquisition interface for determining whether to agree to acquire a check-in identifier of the house-watching user, receiving an instruction for agreeing to send the check-in identifier on the acquisition interface, and generating a first check-in request according to the check-in identifier;
the detection module is used for detecting whether first house-viewing information associated with the identity information of the house-viewing user exists in a historical house-viewing information set or not; the first room-viewing information comprises a second check-in record of the room-viewing user and first person binding information associated with the second check-in record; at least a portion of the second check-in record is generated by the server according to a second check-in request, where the second check-in request is obtained by the second terminal or the first terminal performing the following operations: displaying a check-in information input interface, receiving identity information of the house-watching user input on the check-in information input interface, and generating a second check-in request according to the identity information; the first personnel binding information comprises binding information between the room viewing user and an online sales advisor and/or an offline sales advisor;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the first house-watching information and sending the first house-watching information and a first binding request to the second terminal if the detection result is positive; the first binding request is used for instructing the second terminal to execute the following operations: displaying a binding information input interface with first house-viewing information, receiving identification information of a sales consultant which is input on the binding information input interface and is associated with the first personnel binding information, and generating second personnel binding information according to the identification information of the sales consultant;
the second receiving module is used for receiving second personnel binding information from the second terminal and generating second house watching information according to the second personnel binding information and the first check-in record; establishing an incidence relation between the first house-watching information and the second house-watching information;
the apparatus is further specifically configured to:
the check-in record of the house-watching user in the one-time house-watching behavior, and the personnel binding information between the house-watching user and the online sales consultant and/or the offline sales consultant are merged and processed to form the house-watching information of the one-time house-watching behavior of the house-watching user, and the house-watching information is stored in the historical house-watching information set;
wherein the first person binding information comprises online recommended binding information; before the receiving of the first check-in request from the first terminal and the generating of the first check-in record of the room-watching user according to the first check-in request, the apparatus is further specifically configured to:
receiving a room source recommendation request associated with the room-viewing user from a third terminal, wherein the room source recommendation request comprises identification information of an online sales advisor, identification information of the room-viewing user and a recommended room source identifier;
sending the recommended house source identifier to the first terminal according to the house source recommendation request, and generating the online recommended binding information according to the identification information of the online sales consultant;
before detecting whether first house-viewing information associated with the identity information of the house-viewing user exists in the historical house-viewing information set, the apparatus is further specifically configured to:
the server receives a browsing access request from the first terminal, wherein the browsing access request comprises the identity information and a plurality of access house source identifiers;
and the server generates the house source binding information of the house-looking user according to the plurality of house source access identifiers.
8. A server, comprising a processor, memory, a communication interface, and one or more programs stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor, the programs including instructions for performing the steps in the method of any of claims 1-6.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that a computer program for electronic data exchange is stored, wherein the computer program causes a computer to perform the method according to any one of claims 1-6.
