the detection and audit module (1.5) transmits the detection data audit information to the detection block chain layer (3), and logically divides the data in the detection block chain layer (3) according to the detection data audit information by applying a block chain technology to form a detection and audit block (3.5);
the detection report generation module (1.6) transmits the sample detection report to the detection blockchain layer (3), and logically divides data in the detection blockchain layer (3) according to the sample detection report by applying a blockchain technology to form a detection report block (3.6);
the distributed storage layer (4) comprises a material detection center server (4.1) and a material supplier server (4.2);
the material detection center server (4.1) stores technical standard definition information of detection items required by detecting samples by using the detection scheme block (3.2), and stores detection test data of the samples to be detected by using the detection data block (3.3); storing the electric test management process information of the inspection sample by utilizing a test article information block (3.1), a detection scheme block (3.2), a detection data block (3.3), a detection sample returning block (3.4) and a detection auditing block (3.5); station distributed monitoring information is stored by using a detection data block (3.3); storing the detection report information by using the detection report block (3.6);
the goods and materials supplier server (4.2) is used for storing the client service and interactive data of the consignment delivery and inspection company, the goods and materials supplier server (4.2) is used for butting with the national network electronic commerce platform and the national credit investigation platform to obtain the credit investigation record of the consignor, thereby timely warning and informing the detection center of the abnormal situation of the consignor, and after the goods and materials detection center server (4.1) finds that the consignor detects the sample abnormality, the abnormal information can be informed to other detection centers and the national network electronic commerce platform in the form of a credible certificate;
the system also comprises a detection application layer (5), wherein the detection application layer (5) comprises a detection data service unit (5.1), a detection center service unit (5.2), a detection material service unit (5.3) and a supplier service unit (5.4);
the detection data service unit (5.1) is used for synchronizing a detection report formed in a trusted certificate mode according to detection report information stored in the distributed storage layer (4) to a peer detection center to ensure that the detection report is not tampered; the system is used for transferring the station distributed monitoring information stored in the distributed storage layer (4) to a required detection station and an upper platform in a trusted certificate mode for use, and guaranteeing that the station distributed monitoring information is not tampered in the transferring process; the system comprises a distributed storage layer (4) and a detection module, wherein the distributed storage layer is used for storing technical standard definition information of detection items stored in the distributed storage layer (4) and updating or establishing the original technical standard by using the optimal detection technical standard in a trusted certificate mode;
the detection center service unit (5.2) is used for realizing overall detection among all material detection management systems;
the detection material service unit (5.3) is used for performing characteristic analysis on detection data of the same consignor according to the detection report information, the technical standard definition information of the detection project, the inspection sample detection test data, the inspection sample electrical test management process information and the detection report information stored in the distributed storage layer (4) and drawing an inspection sample detection result trend graph;
the supplier service unit (5.4) is used for carrying out supplier supply inquiry and supplier supply material family defect analysis according to the consignment inspector customer service and the interactive data stored in the material supplier server (4.2).
