In a specific embodiment, the information displayed by the information collection management includes: interface name, interface type, interface address, interface description. Managing the whole information acquisition process, managing and configuring the acquisition of different data sources, and formulating an acquisition strategy. The system can receive the reported number and support the function of timing acquisition, and actively initiates a request to a corresponding system to acquire data.
The tracing code and identification management module specifically comprises:
the coding application unit: the enterprise codes the products according to a uniform coding standard, and generates the tracing codes of the products on the basis of the product codes;
an encoding management unit: managing the coding rule and the tracing code segment;
tracing code supervision unit: analyzing the tracing data uploaded by an enterprise in real time through a coding rule of the tracing code and a supervision strategy of the tracing code, and checking whether false tracing information exists or a tracing code which does not meet the requirement exists;
an identification management unit: the method is used for recording the field condition of the enterprise identification, including the information of the receiving time, the field quantity and the like.
The information query module specifically comprises:
a tracing information query unit: the system is used for inquiring the tracing information of the product;
enterprise information inquiry unit: the system is used for inquiring the information of the filed enterprise, including basic enterprise information, product information and transaction information;
circulation information inquiry unit: the circulation information of the product of each circulation node is inquired, and the inquiry comprises node information, transaction information, production information and product detection information;
a report query unit: the method is used for inquiring various analysis reports and statistical analysis results issued by the unified platform.
The data analysis module specifically comprises:
a subject statistical analysis unit: counting important product producers according to different dimensions such as main body record names, areas, record time, important product types and the like of the important products, and visually displaying the statistical results by combining a report form with a GIS (geographic information system);
a production statistical analysis unit: establishing a production main body record data set, which mainly comprises the following steps: production subject basic information, daily inspection records, product detection records, product authentication, packaging, identification and other related information;
circulation data statistical analysis unit: establishing an important product flow direction data set, analyzing the same proportion, the ring proportion, the analogy, the trend and the like according to different dimensions of important product types, circulation enterprise names, areas, tracing links, important product names, transaction amounts, transaction time, flow directions and the like, and generating a corresponding statistical report;
a transaction statistic analysis unit: the system comprises modules for price analysis, transaction amount analysis, flow direction analysis, safety risk analysis and the like;
tracing chain synthesis tracking management unit: and selecting query conditions according to the known keywords, and synthesizing a tracing chain for tracing the main body.
The software application program module specifically comprises:
a tracing query unit: the method comprises the steps of inquiring the traceability information, the sales network information and the production and processing enterprise information of a product through a traceability code;
an information issuing unit: the system comprises a platform management person, an app background and a unified tracing platform background, wherein the platform management person logs in the app background to issue and regularly pushes data generated by platform operation according to the operation condition of the platform and the data generated by the platform operation to an app end, and the data comprise credit safety information, health consumption information and tracing dynamic information issue;
a public interaction unit: the system is used for providing functions of complaint reporting, information consultation and the like for the public.
As shown in fig. 4, the trace-back SaaS system specifically includes:
raw material collection and inventory management unit: the system is used for recording and storing various information of raw material collection and storage;
the method comprises the steps of registering a raw material purchasing contract, a raw material transaction voucher and raw material signing information; and recording the basic information and the retroactive information of all the raw materials approved to be put in storage, raw material detection data, the main data of the raw material inventory management link and the information of main inventory responsible persons, so that enterprises can conveniently master the raw material inventory information, dynamically adjust inventory and inquire the raw material retroactive information to provide a basis.
A product management unit: the system is used for recording and storing various information of product production and processing, product inventory, product sale, product transportation and product recall, and managing;
product tracing code management unit: when information is registered after the production of the product is finished, automatically generating a product tracing code and a two-dimensional code thereof according to the name, classification, batch number and production time of the product filled by a production responsible person and managing the product tracing code and the two-dimensional code;
the product tracing code is generated through two processes of production filing and finished product packaging. And when the product is put on record, the tracing code section of the product is issued by the unified platform according to the enterprise operation information and the product production information. The raw materials are converted into finished products through the production process and then packaged and sold by enterprises. The product tracing code consists of a unified platform issuing code segment and product tracing information, wherein an enterprise gives a unique code without repetition to the product as the product tracing code according to information such as a product production name, a product type, production time, a batch number, specifications and the like. Once generated, the tracing code is unchangeable and unique, and is a unique mark for product tracing.
Enterprises can manage and query all product tracing codes in a unified mode. The product recalls are provided for government regulatory departments, and a data basis is provided for product quality tracing of consumers. Through the product tracing code, the enterprise can position detailed information, information of a responsible person and information of related detection personnel of the product from the raw material to each link of sale, and the whole life cycle tracing management of the product is achieved.
The information query statistical analysis unit: the monitoring information is used for counting and analyzing the whole life cycle of the product and providing query;
the unit comprises a tracing inquiry statistic module, a recall management module, a tracing inquiry record module and a logistics information inquiry module, and provides statistical information of tracing and logistics. The query statistical functions help users to query with various information, and are convenient for users to search statistical relevant information.
The product full life cycle is monitored, and the establishment of key data and a tracing information chain enables a tracing SAAS system to conveniently provide information query and statistical analysis services for governments, enterprises and consumers; the tracing SAAS system provides multiple combination conditions, and multiple production process inquiry and statistical analysis are carried out, so that a manager is helped to master the conditions of raw materials, production, inventory and each process of sale, and the decision of the manager is assisted; the tracing SAAS system provides real-time inquiry of production, sales and inventory data and graphical display of inquiry results. An enterprise decision maker analyzes the conditions of raw material price change trend, enterprise production capacity, product sales trend and the like through visual data display, helps the enterprise decision maker to know market dynamics and product circulation conditions in time, and assists the decision maker to adjust production strategies and sales plans.
The tracing SAAS system provides services such as product authenticity query, product tracing information query, product basic information query and the like for consumers. And product channel conflict is monitored in real time through the query operation of a consumer, and early warning service is provided for enterprises.
Enterprise equipment management unit: and recording purchase information, operation maintenance information and scrapping information of the enterprise production equipment.
Besides the requirement of a tracing function, the SaaS platform has additional functions of production business, enterprise management, product marketing and the like, and can help small and micro enterprises to quickly realize informatization of enterprise operation management and improve market competitiveness.
Receiving quality supervision and tracing data uploaded by a city government tracing subsystem through a unified platform; the existing resources (dispersed storage and interconnection and intercommunication) in the quality inspection system such as a bar code basic database, a supervision and spot check database and the like are perfected and integrated; by analyzing and processing the enterprise quality safety data, the functions of information disclosure, public query, diagnosis and early warning, quality complaint and the like are realized. The tracing of all nodes of the whole process such as planting, production, sale and the like is realized, and the closed-loop management of the whole life cycle of the product is realized.
In order to ensure the integrity of the tracing information, the high efficiency and the accuracy of data acquisition and the feasibility of data acquisition, the tracing data acquisition adopts a bar code technology and acquisition points with reasonable layout to finish the acquisition of the tracing information; the product tracing is to connect each link of production, inspection, supervision and consumption, support the tracing process of cross-link, let the consumer know the production and circulation process that accords with sanitary safety, improve the level of reassurance of the consumer.
In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present application discloses a supply chain full-process node tracing method, which specifically includes:
acquiring main body information of a product production operator, information of product production and circulation links and detection information of products, auditing and reporting to a database of a unified platform for storage;
the code specification of the product is stipulated in advance, an enterprise uniformly codes the product according to the code specification, meanwhile, a tracing code corresponding to the product is generated on the basis of the changed code of the product, and a uniform platform manages and supervises the tracing code;
a data analysis module of the unified platform performs main body statistical analysis, production statistical analysis, circulation statistical analysis, transaction data analysis and tracing chain synthesis tracking management on the tracing main body, and generates a corresponding statistical report form for inquiry;
the tracing information of the product is inquired through inputting the tracing code on an inquiry interface of a unified platform or scanning the tracing code through a mobile phone APP, and the tracing information comprises data information such as information, statistical reports and the like of the whole tracing chain and all circulation links on the tracing chain.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the tracing step of the product specifically includes:
s1, obtaining the tracing code of the main body to be traced through the app or the public query system;
s2, further inquiring and acquiring the order number or product number of the abnormal product according to the acquired tracing code;
s3, further acquiring complete quality information of the traced main product, including PQC, FQC and OQC inspection report information and processing result information of product disqualification;
s4, further positioning and obtaining the use condition information of key process personnel and key instrument equipment, obtaining the batch number and supplier of the assembled key material, and further inquiring the IQC report of the batch and the unqualified product processing conclusion;
s5, further reversely inquiring which products the material batch is applied to and the production and sale conditions corresponding to the products through the material batch number;
and S6, processing according to the query result, and issuing the result and the corresponding processing information.
Specifically, in the embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, when the product quality is abnormal or the material quality is abnormal, the forward and reverse trace back queries can be quickly developed.
(1) Inputting a product number or a material batch number, clicking 'inquiry', quickly positioning product information according to a delivery notice and a production order by a system background, and checking the complete quality information of the product by double-clicking an inquiry result;
(2) clicking the link can quickly position corresponding PQC, FQC and OQC inspection report information and unqualified processing results in the manufacturing process;
(3) switching tabs to quickly locate 5M1E information such as key process personnel, used instruments and equipment;
(4) switching tabs to quickly locate lot numbers and suppliers of key materials for assembly; the IQC report of the batch and a unqualified product processing conclusion can be quickly checked through connection; double-clicking the material batch number can quickly realize that the material batch is used in which products and the products are issued to which customers.
The scheme of the application can break an information island and realize tracing data intercommunication sharing. The cross-department and cross-link tracing data originally dispersed in each supervision department are organically integrated and connected in series, and meanwhile, the system is communicated with a municipal administration information system. Meanwhile, by establishing a tracing model of important products in cities, the tracing data specification of the whole city is unified, and a foundation is firmly established for deeper and wider promotion of tracing system construction, so that the city digital city construction is assisted.
Referring now to fig. 7, a schematic diagram of a computer device 600 suitable for use in implementing an electronic device (e.g., the server or terminal device shown in fig. 1) according to an embodiment of the present application is shown. The electronic device shown in fig. 7 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present application.
As shown in fig. 7, the computer apparatus 600 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU)601 and a Graphics Processing Unit (GPU)602, which can perform various appropriate actions and processes according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)603 or a program loaded from a storage section 609 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 606. In the RAM 604, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the apparatus 600 are also stored. The CPU 601, GPU602, ROM 603, and RAM 604 are connected to each other via a bus 605. An input/output (I/O) interface 606 is also connected to bus 605.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 606: an input portion 607 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output section 608 including a display such as a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a speaker; a storage section 609 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 610 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 610 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. The driver 611 may also be connected to the I/O interface 606 as needed. A removable medium 612 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 611 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted into the storage section 609 as necessary.
In particular, the processes described above with reference to the flow diagrams may be implemented as computer software programs, according to embodiments of the present disclosure. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated in the flow chart. In such embodiments, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network via the communication section 610, and/or installed from the removable media 612. The computer programs, when executed by a Central Processing Unit (CPU)601 and a Graphics Processor (GPU)602, perform the above-described functions defined in the methods of the present application.
It should be noted that the computer readable medium described herein can be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable medium or any combination of the two. The computer readable medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor device, apparatus, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer readable medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the present application, a computer readable medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution apparatus, device, or apparatus. In this application, however, a computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution apparatus, device, or apparatus. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: wireless, wire, fiber optic cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
Computer program code for carrying out operations for aspects of the present application may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, Smalltalk, C + +, and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user's computer, partly on the user's computer, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computer and partly on a remote computer or entirely on the remote computer or server. In the case of a remote computer, the remote computer may be connected to the user's computer through any type of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or the connection may be made to an external computer (for example, through the Internet using an Internet service provider).
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of apparatus, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present application. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based devices that perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.
The modules described in the embodiments of the present application may be implemented by software or hardware. The modules described may also be provided in a processor.
As another aspect, the present application also provides a computer-readable medium, which may be contained in the electronic device described in the above embodiments; or may exist separately without being assembled into the electronic device. The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by the electronic device, cause the electronic device to perform the method steps.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the application and is illustrative of the principles of the technology employed. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the scope of the invention herein disclosed is not limited to the particular combination of features described above, but also encompasses other arrangements formed by any combination of the above features or their equivalents without departing from the spirit of the invention. For example, the above features may be replaced with (but not limited to) features having similar functions disclosed in the present application.
Claims (10)
1. A supply chain full-flow node tracing system is characterized by comprising an important product tracing unified platform, wherein the unified platform specifically comprises an information acquisition module, a tracing code and identification management module, an information inquiry module, a data analysis module, a software application module and a tracing SaaS system, the information acquisition module is used for acquiring various required information and importing the information into the unified platform to form records, product codes and identification information in the unified platform are managed and supervised by the tracing code and identification management module, the information inquiry module comprises inquiry of the tracing information, enterprise information, product circulation information and various reports, the data analysis module is used for carrying out data analysis and storage on information related to a tracing main body, the software application module is used for displaying and inquiring information related to the tracing main body, the SaaS tracing system records and manages various data information of important product full-flow nodes, and the full life cycle monitoring of a product supply chain is realized through the unified platform.
2. The supply chain full-process node traceability system of claim 1, wherein the information acquisition module specifically comprises:
main part record information acquisition unit: the system comprises a database, a product production operator main body and a unified platform, wherein the database is used for storing information of the product production operator main body;
circulation link information acquisition unit: the system is used for collecting and verifying information of a production link and a circulation link, wherein the information comprises purchase information, production information, storage information, sales information and transportation information;
product detection information acquisition unit: the system is used for acquiring the inspection information of the product detection mechanism on the product batches;
and an information reporting and auditing unit: the system is used for checking, auditing and reporting the acquired data;
the information acquisition management unit: the method is used for managing the whole information acquisition process, managing and configuring the acquisition of different data sources and formulating an acquisition strategy.
3. The supply chain full-process node traceability system of claim 2, wherein the traceability code and identification management module specifically comprises:
the coding application unit: the enterprise codes the products according to a uniform coding standard, and generates the tracing codes of the products on the basis of the product codes;
an encoding management unit: managing the coding rule and the tracing code segment;
tracing code supervision unit: analyzing the tracing data uploaded by an enterprise in real time through a coding rule of the tracing code and a supervision strategy of the tracing code, and checking whether false tracing information exists or a tracing code which does not meet the requirement exists;
an identification management unit: the method is used for recording the field condition of the enterprise identification, including the information of the receiving time, the field quantity and the like.
4. The supply chain full-process node traceability system of claim 3, wherein the information query module specifically comprises:
a tracing information query unit: the system is used for inquiring the tracing information of the product;
enterprise information inquiry unit: the system is used for inquiring the information of the filed enterprise, including basic enterprise information, product information and transaction information;
circulation information inquiry unit: the circulation information of the product of each circulation node is inquired, and the inquiry comprises node information, transaction information, production information and product detection information;
a report query unit: and the system is used for inquiring various analysis reports and statistical analysis results issued by the unified platform.
5. The supply chain full-flow node traceability system of claim 4, wherein the data analysis module specifically comprises:

a tracing query unit: the method comprises the steps of inquiring the traceability information, the sales network information and the production and processing enterprise information of a product through a traceability code;
an information issuing unit: the system comprises a platform management person, an app background and a unified tracing platform background, wherein the platform management person logs in the app background to issue and regularly pushes data generated by platform operation according to the operation condition of the platform and the data generated by the platform operation to an app end, and the data comprise credit safety information, health consumption information and tracing dynamic information issue;
a public interaction unit: the system is used for providing functions of complaint reporting, information consultation and the like for the public.
7. The supply chain full-flow node traceability system of claim 6, wherein the traceability SaaS system specifically comprises:
raw material collection and inventory management unit: the system is used for recording and storing various information of raw material collection and storage;
a product management unit: the system is used for recording and storing various information of product production and processing, product inventory, product sale, product transportation and product recall, and managing;

8. A supply chain full-process node tracing method is characterized by specifically comprising the following steps:
acquiring main body information of a product production operator, information of product production and circulation links and detection information of products, auditing and reporting to a database of a unified platform for storage;
the method comprises the steps that the coding specification of a product is preset, an enterprise uniformly codes the product according to the coding specification, meanwhile, a tracing code corresponding to the product is generated on the basis of the changed coding of the product, and a uniform platform manages and supervises the tracing code;
the data analysis module of the unified platform carries out main body statistical analysis, production statistical analysis, circulation statistical analysis, transaction data analysis and tracing chain synthesis tracking management on the tracing main body, and generates a corresponding statistical report form for inquiry;
the tracing information of the product is inquired through inputting the tracing code on the inquiry interface of the unified platform or scanning the tracing code through the mobile phone APP, and the tracing information comprises the whole tracing chain and the information, statistical report forms and other data information of all circulation links on the tracing chain.
9. The supply chain full-process node tracing method according to claim 8, wherein the product tracing step specifically includes:
obtaining a tracing code of a main body to be traced through an app or a public query system;
further inquiring and acquiring an order number or a product number of the abnormal product according to the acquired tracing code;
further acquiring complete quality information of the traced main product, wherein the complete quality information comprises PQC (quality control), FQC (quality control and quality control) and OQC (quality control and quality control) inspection report information and unqualified processing result information of the product;
further positioning and obtaining the use condition information of key process personnel and key instrument equipment, obtaining the batch number and supplier of the assembled key material, and further inquiring the IQC report of the batch and the unqualified product processing conclusion;
further reversely inquiring which products the material batch is applied to and the production and sale conditions corresponding to the products through the material batch number;
and processing according to the query result, and issuing the result and the corresponding processing information.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method according to any one of claims 8-9.
