The intelligent electric energy meter quality data service system realizes the data fusion sharing and service fusion penetration of production enterprises and electric power companies; the open sharing thought of micro service and micro application is used for providing management capability of various data services, application services and developer services for supervision authorities, power companies, production enterprises and public, improving the development efficiency of application scenes and ensuring the reliable and stable operation of the application scenes. The quality data fusion and analysis management method comprises two parts of quality data fusion and analysis management and quality application service management. The system architecture is shown in fig. 5.
1) Quality data fusion and analysis management
And (5) converging the data center: the source end data base support is provided for public data by accessing and storing data of a production enterprise side, an electric company side, a collection management and control platform, a national network informatization platform and the like.
Public data center: and processing and integrating based on the source end data accessed by the converged data center, providing support for data extraction, supporting an open detail data query scene and the like.
Extraction data center: based on standard integrated data provided by a public data center, after an analysis model is extracted, the data is processed into data with business association meanings and then stored as required, and meanwhile, open detail query to the outside can be supported.
Data analysis service: and combining the extraction center data and the public center data, forming indexes, labels, portraits, models and the like by taking service requirements as guidance, and supporting the data for the service capability center.
Service capability center: abstract core data services, schedule operational data services, and provide one-stop data application capabilities through a variety of data service tools.
2) Quality application service management
(1) API gateway: as an application request access, the client load balancing, fault fusing, service routing, service flow limiting and data encryption and decryption capabilities are provided, and the service is guaranteed to be high in availability. Meanwhile, protocol adaptation capability is provided, and http/https/websocket/mqtt/ssal protocols are supported.
(2) The authentication center: the system provides the functions of identity authentication, equipment authentication, secret key issuing, authority acquisition and system operation parameter acquisition, and provides security guarantee for equipment security access, data transmission, micro application authority management and micro service interaction.
(3) Configuration center: the method is used for publishing and pushing distributed configuration, reduces line-less downtime and improves stable operation capability. Including information such as service parameter configuration, micro-service operating parameter configuration, micro-application operating parameters, hot deployment, data source configuration, third party component dependent configuration, etc.
(4) The registry: the core service of the micro-service distributed architecture provides service registration and discovery capability, ACL capability and cluster service abnormality monitoring capability, and ensures service expansibility, high availability and service access security.
(5) Application center: visual authority configuration capability including application level, menu level, function level authority configuration; unified management of business micro applications: the system comprises APP and H5 (online and offline) release, upgrading and unloading capabilities and SO release capabilities; providing device management capabilities; providing an announcement publishing function. (6) IOT bridge: the internet of things bridge service is realized based on the MQTT protocol and aims to provide reliable network service for internet of things equipment in a low-bandwidth and unstable network environment. And supporting real-time information and offline information, supporting information persistence capability, and accessing a security mechanism by equipment.
(7) Message center: message publishing, subscribing, configuration management services. Through a subscription and release mechanism, the message pushing capability is realized, and the end-to-end message and broadcast message capability is supported.
(8) Public service: tool class service, supporting file uploading and downloading capability and app main application related interface service.
(9) Monitoring center
Application monitoring: application runtime monitoring is provided, including JVM runtime data, thread usage, and the like.
Message monitoring: visual message consoles are provided that view message clusters, topic monitoring, producer management, consumer management, message retrieval functions.
Health examination: the key service and the health checking capability of the components comprise monitoring of application, database, cache and message running states, and when abnormality is found, a warning is sent out to ensure the normal running of the service.
And (3) log monitoring: and providing a system login log and an operation audit log monitoring capability.
Service management
Service deployment: providing micro-service visual deployment capability including service package uploading, deployment node selection, service start and stop.
Service operation and maintenance: providing micro-service query, node query, and status query functions
Service monitoring: providing a hardware operation real-time monitoring function, comprising: cluster node number, CPU, disk and memory operation monitoring data
Gray level management: providing a micro-service gray level release management function.
The operation management system 104 is used for operation management of the digital factory service system and the intelligent electric energy meter quality data service system.
The operation management system of the invention realizes unified operation management of the digital factory and the intelligent electric energy meter quality data service system, provides functions of portal management, news center, service side management, application center, transaction center, operation center, message center, configuration center and the like, and supports operation service work development of intelligent measurement upstream and downstream industrial chain metering equipment manufacturing enterprises, electric power companies (use enterprises), public (service users) and supervision institutions. The basic functional architecture is shown in fig. 6.
1) Portal management
Portal management realizes the unified access of all participants of a platform to an entry function, provides the functions of platform to external propaganda, product popularization, operation management and the like, and comprises functional modules such as registration/login, personal center, home page, service list, subscription ranking, service subscription, my desktop, help and support and the like.
Registration/login: the method and the device provide the registering/logging function of all the participating user information of the portal, provide the user information checking function, realize the validity check of the user, and the user comprises a user account, a name, a sex, a unit, a position, a department, a mobile phone number and the like.
Personal center: providing personal basic information viewing, personal information modification, password modification, forgetting the password, and synchronization of personal information to a digital factory service system, etc.
First page: basic information display functions such as system Logo and name are provided, primary menu navigation functions such as application service, data service, developer service and digital factory application are provided, carousel functions of portal hot news are provided, application service, data service, developer service, digital factory application introduction and secondary navigation functions are provided, and ecological ring participants and partner introduction functions are provided.
Service list: the system provides application service, data service, developer service and digital factory service information list display function, is convenient for users to browse and review, and supports classified display according to service objects, service types and the like.
Subscription ranking: providing service subscription ranking list display function on the portal, including total subscription ranking and new subscription ranking.
Service subscription: a user service subscription function is provided including content selection of service period, price, etc., and service detailed content profile.
My desktop: a user subscribed service quick entry function is provided, including content of subscribed services, unsubscribed services, recommended services and the like.
Help and support: all common operation problems, common user consultation problems and other problems on the portal are provided to assist in supporting the function.
2) News center
The news information management system provides unified management functions of news information in the system, wherein the news information comprises titles, contents, publishers, update dates and the like, and the news information comprises news adding, modifying, deleting, publishing, top setting and the like.
3) Service side management
The server side management comprises a merchant management module, an organization management module, a role management module and an audit management module.
And (3) managing merchants: the method and the system provide the operation functions of suppliers such as merchant authentication data report forms, the operation functions of integrators such as service provider authentication, project integration, project operation and maintenance, data report forms and the like, and the operation functions of businesses such as authentication audit, security scanning, business opportunity management, experience optimization, operation report forms and the like.
And (3) mechanism management: the unified management function of all the participating organization institutions of the platform is provided, and the hierarchical management function of the institutions is supported.
Role management: and providing a platform user role management function and supporting a role name self-defining function.
Auditing management: and providing an auditing management function of the validity and the authenticity of the user information, and enabling the user to log in the portal system after the auditing is passed.
4) Application center
The application center provides application scene service and digital factory application service release functions, including commodity management and service management.
And (3) service management: the service management mainly realizes the management functions of the service image, including the functions of publishing, deploying, upgrading, destroying and the like of the service image, and supports the unified docking interface function of application hosting in the digital factory service system.
And (3) commodity management: the commodity management realizes the commodity unified management functions of application service and digital factory service, including commodity attribute definition, commodity pricing and other functions.
5) A transaction center: the transaction center provides unified management functions of service transactions provided in the quality data service platform of the digital factory and the metering equipment, including functions of online transaction, transaction auditing and the like.
6) Operation center: the operation center provides a unified operation management function of the platform, including the functions of daily activity statistics, monthly activity statistics, popularization activity management, operation policy management, operation condition statistics and the like.
7) Message center: the message center provides the function of communication messages between users, between users and merchants, between users and operators and the like on the platform, supports an instant communication mode and meets the communication and exchange requirements.
8) Configuration center: the configuration center provides a unified management function of configuration information in the operation management platform, including system configuration parameters, service rule configuration, system display rule configuration and the like.
The data access of the invention mainly obtains basic data of the support platform research from three parties of a supervision organization, an electric power company and a production enterprise; platform service display is to comb and analyze the platform service of the supporting platform according to basic data, and to conduct platform service research from the aspects of application service, data service, management service, public service, developer service and the like. The intelligent electric energy meter quality data research service platform provides different application services, data management, management services and developer services for various service objects in the modes of web, APP, applet, public numbers and the like. The business architecture is as shown in fig. 7:
the application scenes of the cloud service platform are divided into four categories, namely supervision-oriented, electric power company-oriented, production enterprise-oriented and public-oriented. By means of comprehensive advantages of the Chinese electric department in metering technology, standard, inspection and detection, authentication approval, data and the like and third party mechanism platform resources owned by the Chinese electric department, the current situation and the requirements of the supervision mechanism, the electric power company, the production enterprises and the public around the whole life cycle management of the intelligent electric energy meter are fully considered, and planning of application scenes and detailed design of typical application scenes are carried out.
The full-chain quality data service platform of the intelligent electric energy meter integrates quality data of key quality control points of the full life cycle of the intelligent electric energy meter, and comprises production enterprise side links of research and development design, material purchase, production and manufacture, delivery and other production enterprises, and electric power company side links of acceptance detection, storage and distribution, installation and operation, demolition and rejection and the like. Meanwhile, the platform architecture also meets the requirements of fusion application of the internal network and the external network of the power system, and realizes the architecture design of crossing the internal network and the external network.
The invention provides a framework design method of an intelligent electric energy meter full-chain quality data service platform, which is used for improving the capacity of building a quality data service infrastructure of metering equipment, and finally providing diversified data analysis, quality management and other normalized quality big data analysis and consultation services for a supervision organization, a production enterprise, an electric power company and the public society, enhancing the comprehensive management capacity of the intelligent electric energy meter quality data, summarizing typical quality improvement modes with reference function and reference significance, and realizing leading and driving of industry development.
Fig. 8 is a flowchart of a method for providing a service based on full chain quality data of an intelligent ammeter according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 8, the present invention provides a method for providing service to full chain quality data of an intelligent electric energy meter, the method comprising:
Step 801: and acquiring the quality data of the equipment through the equipment quality data trusted acquisition system, and transmitting the acquired quality data of the equipment to the digital factory service system and the intelligent electric energy meter quality data service system. Preferably, the method further comprises: by the equipment quality data trusted acquisition system: accessing the equipment into a cloud; managing the equipment; and the quality data flow function of the equipment is provided, and the linkage among a plurality of equipment is realized.
Step 802: the quality data of the equipment is received through the digital factory service system, the association between the quality data of the equipment and the operation data in the complete value chain service of the equipment is established, the traceability of the quality data of the equipment is realized, and the application of the quality data in the complete value chain service is established. Preferably, it is also used for: establishing a quality data application of the device in the digital factory service system through the digital factory service system; integrating quality data application in the whole value chain operation process of the equipment through a mathematical model; processing the quality data of the device by the quality data application; quality data applications of the device are managed.

and issuing the product data through the product management application and managing the product.
Step 803: and the intelligent electric energy meter quality data service system is used for receiving the quality data of the equipment, converging and analyzing the quality data of the equipment and providing a platform for the quality data application of the equipment.
Preferably, the intelligent ammeter quality data service system is further configured to:
accessing the data of the public data platform and the quality data of the equipment quality data trusted acquisition system through the convergence data center;
integrating the data of the public data platform and the quality data of the equipment quality data trusted acquisition system through a public data center;
providing an analysis model by the extraction data center based on standard integrated data integrated by the public data center;
Providing support data based on the service type of the service capability center through the data analysis service;
and the service capability center provides core data service and dispatch operation data service according to the support data provided by the data analysis service.
Step 804: and carrying out operation management on the digital factory service system and the intelligent electric energy meter quality data service system through an operation management system.

the establishing unit 902 is configured to receive quality data of a device through a digital factory service system, and establish a correlation between the quality data of the device and operation data in a complete value chain service of the device; and establishing the application of the quality data in the complete value chain service;
The analysis unit 903 is configured to receive quality data of the device through the intelligent electric energy meter quality data service system, aggregate and analyze the quality data of the device, and provide a platform for quality data application of the device;
and the operation unit 904 is used for performing operation management of the digital factory service system and the intelligent electric energy meter quality data service system through an operation management system.

the intelligent electric energy meter quality data service system is used for receiving the quality data of the equipment, converging and analyzing the quality data of the equipment and providing a platform for the quality data application of the equipment; the quality data application of the device comprises at least one of the following:
the production data tracing application is used for establishing a tracing system in the production process of equipment, and positioning of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products when defects occur is realized by establishing a batch of the semi-finished products and the finished products or a production pedigree diagram of a single body;

establishing a quality data application of the device in the digital factory service system;
integrating quality data application in the whole value chain operation process of the equipment through a mathematical model;
processing the quality data of the device by the quality data application;
quality data applications of the device are managed.
3. A method for providing service based on intelligent ammeter full chain quality data, the method comprising:
acquiring quality data of equipment through an equipment quality data trusted acquisition system, and transmitting the acquired quality data of the equipment to a digital factory service system and an intelligent electric energy meter quality data service system;
by the device quality data trusted acquisition system:
accessing the equipment into a cloud;
managing the equipment;
providing a quality data transfer function of the equipment, and realizing linkage among a plurality of equipment;
receiving quality data of equipment through a digital factory service system, and establishing association between the quality data of the equipment and operation data in the complete value chain service of the equipment; and establishing the application of the quality data in the complete value chain service;
Receiving the quality data of the equipment through an intelligent electric energy meter quality data service system, converging and analyzing the quality data of the equipment, and providing a platform for the quality data application of the equipment; the quality data application of the device is also for at least one of:
