Application and maintenance: the remote operation and maintenance capabilities of providing centralized logs, alarming, capacity expansion, restarting, version upgrading and the like are supported, and the application operation and maintenance cost is reduced;
resource management: and remotely monitoring the resource conditions of each node of the edge cluster, and timely discovering and maintaining the cluster problems.
The intelligent electric energy meter quality data service system 103 is used for receiving the quality data of the equipment, converging and analyzing the quality data of the equipment and providing a platform for the application of the quality data of the equipment.
Preferably, the intelligent electric energy meter quality data service system further comprises:
the convergence data center is used for accessing data of the public data platform and quality data of the equipment quality data credible acquisition system;
the public data center is used for integrating the data of the public data platform and the quality data of the equipment quality data credible acquisition system;
the extraction data center is used for providing an analysis model based on standard integration data integrated by the public data center;
the data analysis service is used for providing support data based on the service type of the service capability center;
and the service capability center provides core data service and scheduling operation data service according to the support data provided by the data analysis service.
The intelligent electric energy meter quality data service system realizes data fusion and sharing and service fusion and communication of production enterprises and power companies; the management capability facing various data services, application services and developer services of supervision organizations, power companies, production enterprises and the public is provided by opening a sharing idea of 'micro services and micro applications', the development efficiency of application scenes is improved, and the reliable and stable operation of the application scenes is guaranteed. The method comprises two parts of quality data fusion and analysis management and quality application service management. The system architecture is shown in fig. 5.
1) Quality data fusion and analysis management
The convergence data center: the data of a production enterprise side, an electric power company side, an acquisition control platform, a state network informatization platform and the like are accessed and stored, and source end data basic support is provided for public data.
A public data center: the data processing method based on the convergent data center comprises the steps of processing and integrating source end data accessed to the data gathering center, providing support for data extraction, supporting open detailed data query scenes and the like.
And (3) extracting a data center: and after the analysis model is refined based on standard integration data provided by a public data center, the data is processed into data with business association meaning and then stored as required, and meanwhile, the open detailed query to the outside can be supported.
Data analysis service: and combining the extraction center data and the public center data, taking business requirements as guidance, forming indexes, labels, figures, models and the like, and supporting data for the service capacity center.
A service capability center: abstract core data services, schedule operation data services, and provide one-stop data application capabilities through a variety of data service tools.
2) Quality application service management
API gateway: the service access device is used as an application request access and provides client load balancing, fault fusing, service routing, service current limiting and data encryption and decryption capabilities, and high availability of services is guaranteed. Meanwhile, the method provides protocol adaptation capability and supports http/https/websocket/mqtt/ssal protocol.
The authentication center: the system provides the functions of identity authentication, equipment authentication, key issuing, authority acquisition and system operation parameter acquisition, and provides safety guarantee for equipment safety access, data transmission, micro application authority management and interaction among micro services.
Thirdly, configuring a center: the method is used for releasing and pushing distributed configuration, reduces line downtime and improves stable operation capacity. The method comprises the following steps of service parameter configuration, micro-service operation parameter configuration, micro-application operation parameters, hot deployment, data source configuration, third-party component dependency configuration and the like.
Fourthly, the registration center: the core service of the micro-service distributed architecture provides service registration and discovery service capability, ACL capability and cluster service abnormity monitoring capability, and ensures service expansibility, high availability and service access safety.
The application center: visual permission configuration capacity comprising application level, menu level and function level permission configuration; unified management of business micro applications: including APP and H5 (online, offline) release, upgrade, off-shelf capability, SO release capability; providing device management capabilities; providing an announcement distribution function.
Sixthly, IOT bridge: the Internet of things bridge service is realized based on an MQTT protocol and aims to provide reliable network service for Internet of things equipment in low-bandwidth and unstable network environments. The method supports real-time messages and offline messages, supports message persistence capability and is characterized by equipment access security mechanism.
Message center: message publishing, subscribing, and configuration management services. The capability of message pushing is realized through a subscription and release mechanism, and the capabilities of end-to-end messages and broadcast messages are supported.
-public services: and the tool type service supports file uploading and downloading capacity and app main application related interface service.
Ninthly monitoring center
Application monitoring: application running condition monitoring is provided, including JVM running data, thread use condition and the like.
Message monitoring: and providing a visual message console, checking message clusters, topic monitoring, producer management, consumer management and message retrieval functions.
Health examination: the health checking capability of the key service and the components comprises application, database, cache and monitoring of message running state, and warning is given out when abnormality is found, so that normal running of the service is guaranteed.
Log monitoring: and the system log and operation audit log monitoring capability is provided.
Administration of an r service
Service deployment: and providing the visual deployment capability of the micro-service, including uploading of a service package, selection of a deployment node, starting and stopping of the service.
Service operation and maintenance: providing functions of micro-service inquiry, node inquiry and state inquiry
Service monitoring: providing a real-time monitoring function of hardware operation, comprising: cluster node number, CPU, disk and memory operation monitoring data
Gray level management: and providing a micro-service gray scale release management function.
The operation management system 104 is used for operation management of the digital factory service system and the intelligent electric energy meter quality data service system.
The operation management system realizes the unified operation management of a digital factory and an intelligent electric energy meter quality data service system, provides the functions of portal management, a news center, service party management, an application center, a transaction center, an operation center, a message center, a configuration center and the like, and supports the operation service work development of metering equipment production enterprises, power companies (using enterprises), the public (service users) and supervision organizations of intelligent measurement upstream and downstream industrial chains. The basic functional architecture is shown in fig. 6.
1) Portal management
The portal management realizes the function of uniformly accessing the portal by all participants of the platform, provides functions of platform for external publicity, product promotion, operation management and the like, and comprises functional modules of registration/login, personal center, home page, service list, subscription and ranking, service subscription, my desktop, help, support and the like.
Registration/login: the method provides the registration/login function of all the participating user information of the portal, provides the user information verification function, and realizes the validity verification of the user, wherein the user comprises a user account, a name, a gender, a unit, a position, a department, a mobile phone number and the like.
The personal center: and providing functions of checking personal basic information, modifying personal information, modifying passwords, forgetting passwords, synchronizing personal information to a digital factory service system and the like.
First page: the method provides basic information display functions such as system Logo, name and the like, provides primary menu navigation functions such as application service, data service, developer service and digital factory application, provides carousel function of portal hot news, provides application service, data service, developer service, digital factory application introduction and secondary navigation functions, and provides introduction functions of ecosphere participants and partners.
Service list: the system provides the functions of displaying the application service, the data service, the developer service and the digital factory service information list, is convenient for a user to browse and look up, and supports classified display according to service objects, service types and the like.
Subscribing and ranking: and providing a service subscription amount ranking list display function on the portal, wherein the service subscription amount ranking list display function comprises total subscription amount ranking and new product subscription amount ranking.
And (3) service subscription: and providing user service subscription functions, including service period, price and other content selection, and service detailed content profile.
My desktop: and providing a quick entrance function of subscribed services of the user, wherein the quick entrance function comprises subscribed services, unsubscribed services, recommended services and the like.
Help and support: and providing help support functions for all common operation problems, common user consultation problems and other problems on the portal.
2) News center
The unified management function of news information in the system is provided, the unified management function comprises functions of news adding, modification, deletion, release, top setting and the like, and the news information comprises titles, contents, publishers, update dates and the like.
3) Service side management
The server management comprises a merchant management module, an organization management module, a role management module and an auditing management module.
Merchant management: the system provides supplier operation functions such as merchant authentication data report forms and the like, provides integration operator operation functions such as service provider authentication, project integration, project operation and maintenance, data report forms and the like, and provides service operation functions such as authentication, verification, safety scanning, business machine management, experience optimization, operation report forms and the like.
And (3) organization management: the unified management function of all participating organizations of the platform is provided, and the hierarchical management function of the organization is supported.
And (3) role management: the role management function of the platform user is provided, and the role name self-defining function is supported.
Auditing management: and an auditing management function of the validity and authenticity of the user information is provided, and the user can log in the portal system only after the auditing is passed.
4) Application center
The application center provides application scene services and digital factory application service release functions, including commodity management and service management.
Service management: the service management mainly realizes the management functions of the service mirror image, including the functions of publishing, deploying, upgrading, destroying and the like of the service mirror image, and supports the function of a unified docking interface with application hosting in a digital factory service system.

6) The operation center: the operation center provides the unified operation management functions of the platform, including the functions of daily activity statistics, monthly activity statistics, promotion activity management, operation strategy management, operation condition statistics and the like of the user.
7) The message center: the message center provides a message communication function between users, between users and merchants, between users and operators and the like on the platform, supports an instant communication mode, and meets the requirement of communication.
8) A configuration center: the configuration center provides a unified management function of configuration information in the operation management platform, including system configuration parameters, service rule configuration, system display rule configuration and the like.
The data access of the invention mainly obtains basic data of the research of the support platform from a supervisory organization, an electric power company and a production enterprise; the platform service display is to comb and analyze the platform service of the support platform according to the basic data and to perform platform service research on the aspects of application service, data service, management service, public service, developer service and the like. The intelligent electric energy meter quality data research service platform provides different application services, data management, management services and developer services for various service objects in the modes of web, APP, small programs, public numbers and the like. The service architecture is shown in fig. 7:
the application scenes of the cloud service platform are divided into four categories, namely supervision agency facing, electric power company facing, production enterprise facing and public facing. By depending on the comprehensive advantages of China electric academy of sciences in the aspects of metering technology, standards, inspection, detection, authentication, approval, data and the like and the owned third party organization platform resources, the current situation and the demand of supervision organizations, power companies, production enterprises and the public around the full life cycle management of the intelligent electric energy meter are fully considered, and the planning of application scenes and the detailed design of typical application scenes are carried out.
The intelligent electric energy meter full-chain quality data service platform integrates quality data of key quality control points of the full life cycle of the intelligent electric energy meter, and comprises production enterprise side links such as research and development design, material purchasing, production and manufacturing, delivery and supply of goods from factories and the like, and electric power company side links such as acceptance detection, storage and delivery, installation and operation, scrapping removal and the like. Meanwhile, the platform architecture also meets the requirement of fusion application of an internal network and an external network of the power system, and the architectural design of crossing the internal network and the external network is realized.
The invention provides a framework design method of an intelligent electric energy meter full-chain quality data service platform, which improves the capacity for building a metering equipment quality data service infrastructure, finally provides diversified quality big data analysis and consultation services such as data analysis, quality management and the like for supervision agencies, production enterprises, power companies and social public, strengthens the comprehensive management capacity of the intelligent electric energy meter quality data, summarizes typical quality promotion modes with reference function and reference significance, and realizes the introduction and drive of industry development.
Fig. 8 is a flowchart of a method for providing service based on the quality data of the full chain of the intelligent electric energy meter according to the preferred embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 8, the present invention provides a method for providing service to full-chain quality data of an intelligent electric energy meter, the method comprising:
step 801: the quality data of the equipment is collected through the equipment quality data credible collection system, and the collected quality data of the equipment is sent to the digital factory service system and the intelligent electric energy meter quality data service system. Preferably, the method further comprises the following steps: through the equipment quality data credible acquisition system: accessing the equipment to a cloud end; managing the equipment; the quality data circulation function of the equipment is provided, and linkage among a plurality of pieces of equipment is realized.
Step 802: the quality data of the equipment is received through the digital factory service system, the association between the quality data of the equipment and the operation data in the complete value chain service of the equipment is established, the tracing of the quality data of the equipment is realized, and the application of the quality data in the complete value chain service is established. Preferably, further for: establishing a quality data application of the equipment in the digital factory service system through the digital factory service system; integrating quality data application in the complete value chain operation process of the equipment through a mathematical model; processing the quality data of the equipment through the quality data application; quality data applications of the device are managed.
Preferably, the quality data application of the device is also for at least one of:
establishing a tracking system in the equipment production process through production data tracing application, and realizing the positioning of the raw materials, the semi-finished products and the finished products when defects occur by establishing a batch or monomer production pedigree diagram of the semi-finished products and the finished products;
defining key parameters of the equipment through equipment key parameter management application, and collecting the defined key parameters;
the method comprises the steps of providing definition and analysis of indexes in the operation process of a complete value chain through operation management cockpit application;
managing orders through an order management application;
publishing the product data and managing the product through the product management application.
Step 803: the quality data of the equipment is received through the intelligent electric energy meter quality data service system, and the quality data of the equipment is converged and analyzed, so that a platform is provided for the quality data application of the equipment. Preferably, the intelligent electric energy meter quality data service system is further configured to:
accessing data of a public data platform and quality data of a device quality data credible acquisition system through a convergence data center;
integrating the data of the public data platform and the quality data of the equipment quality data credible acquisition system through a public data center;
providing an analysis model based on standard integrated data integrated by a public data center through an extraction data center;
providing support data based on the service type of the service capability center through a data analysis service;
and the service capability center provides core data service and scheduling operation data service according to the support data provided by the data analysis service.
Step 804: and carrying out operation management on the digital factory service system and the intelligent electric energy meter quality data service system through an operation management system.
The method 800 for providing service based on the quality data of the entire chain of the intelligent electric energy meter in the preferred embodiment of the present invention corresponds to the system 100 for providing service based on the quality data of the entire chain of the intelligent electric energy meter in another preferred embodiment of the present invention, and will not be described herein again.
As shown in fig. 9, the present invention provides an apparatus for providing service based on quality data of a full chain of an intelligent electric energy meter, the apparatus comprising:
the acquisition unit 901 is used for acquiring the quality data of the equipment through the equipment quality data credible acquisition system and sending the acquired quality data of the equipment to the digital factory service system and the intelligent electric energy meter quality data service system;
an establishing unit 902, configured to receive quality data of a device through a digital factory service system, and establish association between the quality data of the device and operation data in a device complete value chain service; establishing application of the quality data in the complete value chain service;
the analysis unit 903 is used for receiving the quality data of the equipment through the intelligent electric energy meter quality data service system, converging and analyzing the quality data of the equipment, and providing a platform for the quality data application of the equipment;
and an operation unit 904, configured to perform operation management on the digital factory service system and the intelligent electric energy meter quality data service system through the operation management system.

the equipment quality data credible acquisition system is used for acquiring the quality data of the equipment and sending the acquired quality data of the equipment to the digital factory service system and the intelligent electric energy meter quality data service system;
the digital factory service system is used for receiving the quality data of the equipment and establishing the association between the quality data of the equipment and the operation data in the complete value chain service of the equipment; establishing application of the quality data in the complete value chain service;
the intelligent electric energy meter quality data service system is used for receiving the quality data of the equipment, converging and analyzing the quality data of the equipment and providing a platform for the application of the quality data of the equipment;
the operation management system is used for operation management of the digital factory service system and the intelligent electric energy meter quality data service system.
2. The apparatus of claim 1, the device quality data trusted acquisition system to further:

the equipment key parameter management application is used for defining key parameters of the equipment and collecting the defined key parameters;
the management cockpit application is used for providing definition and analysis of indexes in the operation process of a complete value chain;
the order management application is used for managing orders;
and the product management application is used for releasing product data and managing the product.
5. The apparatus of claim 1, the smart power meter quality data service system further comprising:
the convergence data center is used for accessing data of the public data platform and quality data of the equipment quality data credible acquisition system;
the public data center is used for integrating the data of the public data platform and the quality data of the equipment quality data credible acquisition system;
the extraction data center is used for providing an analysis model based on standard integration data integrated by the public data center;
the data analysis service is used for providing support data based on the service type of the service capability center;
and the service capability center provides core data service and scheduling operation data service according to the support data provided by the data analysis service.
6. A method for providing service based on intelligent electric energy meter full-chain quality data comprises the following steps:
acquiring quality data of the equipment through an equipment quality data credible acquisition system, and sending the acquired quality data of the equipment to a digital factory service system and an intelligent electric energy meter quality data service system;
receiving quality data of the equipment through a digital factory service system, and establishing association between the quality data of the equipment and operation data in the complete value chain service of the equipment; establishing application of the quality data in the complete value chain service;
the quality data of the equipment is received through the intelligent electric energy meter quality data service system, and is converged and analyzed, so that a platform is provided for the quality data application of the equipment;
and carrying out operation management on the digital factory service system and the intelligent electric energy meter quality data service system through an operation management system.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising: through the equipment quality data credible acquisition system:
accessing the equipment to a cloud end;
managing the equipment;
the quality data circulation function of the equipment is provided, and linkage among a plurality of pieces of equipment is realized.
8. The method of claim 6, further configured to: establishing, by the digital factory service system, a quality data application for a device in the digital factory service system;
integrating quality data application in the complete value chain operation process of the equipment through a mathematical model;
processing the quality data of the equipment through the quality data application;
quality data applications of the device are managed.
9. The method of claim 8, the quality data application of the device further for at least one of:
