When the two groups of rotating shafts 2-2 start to rotate, the two groups of adhesive film rolls start to rotate under the drive of the rotating shafts 2-2, when the adhesive films move to the top ends of the peeling angles 2-41, the adhesive films are in contact with the conveying belts 2-33, the conveying belts 2-33 move in reverse directions to transfer the adhesive films to the conveying belts 2-33, the conveying belts 2-33 drive the adhesive films to move, after the photoelectric sensors detect the adhesive films, the photoelectric sensors transmit signals to the control system, the control system controls the fan 3-1 to stop working, meanwhile, the electromagnetic valves in the air supply pipes 3-4 are opened, the channels of the air supply pipes 3-4 are closed, and the rotating shafts 2-2 and the conveying belts 2-33 stop moving.
When a fan 3-1 drives a wind wheel 2-23 to rotate through an air supply pipe 3-4, the air supply pipe 3-4 transmits air transmitted by the fan 3-1 to a power storage air bag 3-2 in a shunting way through a three-way pipe 3-6, so that the pressure in the power storage air bag 3-2 is continuously increased, after the fan 3-1 stops working, a control system opens an electromagnetic valve between the power storage air bag 3-2 and a telescopic air bag 3-3, so that the air in the power storage air bag 3-2 enters the telescopic air bag 3-3, the volume of the telescopic air bag 3-3 is continuously increased and drives a gas transfer plate 2-7 to move downwards, the gas transfer plate 2-7 compresses a return spring 1-4, and when the gas transfer plate 2-7 moves downwards and compresses the return spring 1-4, the gas conversion plate 2-7 is contacted with the gas exchange column 1-3, the gas exchange column 1-3 enters the one-way hole 2-71 along with the continuous downward movement of the gas conversion plate 2-7, and the one-way plate 2-73 is lifted, so that the one-way plate 2-73 cannot block the one-way hole 2-71.
When the stripping belt 2-3 moves downwards under the drive of the attaching shell 2-1, the conveyor belt 2-33 in the stripping belt 2-3 and the cutting board 1-2 are matched with each other to form a plurality of groups of attaching spaces with openings, the openings are attaching grooves 1-1, as the object is placed in the attaching grooves 1-1, the object, the cutting board 1-2 and the conveyor belt 2-33 form pressure spaces, when the stripping belt 2-3 moves downwards, the cutting board 1-2 and the conveyor belt 2-33 are matched with each other to cut the adhesive film, and when the conveyor belt 2-33 moves downwards in place, the adhesive film on the conveyor belt 2-33 is attached to the object.
The air in the telescopic air bag 3-3 is transmitted into the main air pipe 2-6 through the air exchange pipe 1-31 and the air transmission pipe 2-72, the main air pipe 2-6 transmits the air into the branch air pipe 2-51, the branch air pipe 2-51 injects the air into the pressure space through the air holes on the conveyor belt 2-33, so that the air pressure in the pressure air is increased, the adhesive film is better attached to the object, and meanwhile, the adhesive film is separated from the conveyor belt 2-33, and the adhesive film is prevented from being peeled from the object when the conveyor belt 2-33 ascends.
Along with the continuous reduction of the air in the power storage air bags 3-2 and the telescopic air bags 3-3, the internal pressure is also continuously reduced, the pressure of the telescopic air bags 3-3 on the air transfer plates 2-7 is continuously reduced, meanwhile, the return springs 1-4 release elastic potential energy to return the air transfer plates 2-7 to the original position, the attachment shells 2-1 are returned to the original position, then the articles attached with the adhesive films are taken out of the attachment grooves 1-1 and put into new articles, and then the control system controls the fan 3-1 to work again to carry out a new round of adhesive film attachment.
