Because the water outlet 23 is not provided with an electromagnetic valve, the moisture can be directly discharged without being accumulated, and because the exhaust fan 7 is arranged at the lower part, firstly, the moisture in the dryer 2 can be quickly extracted, and simultaneously, the moisture can be promoted to quickly fall from the through hole 71, thereby achieving two purposes.
Conveying plate 7 sets up the multilayer, and sets up in the crisscross, can prolong the motion stroke of trichosanthes seed, and through the frequency and the intensity of regulation and control vibration exciter 5, adjust the speed of trichosanthes seed to reach the dry degree of required trichosanthes seed.
(3) Cleaning of the cleaning machine:
the wall brushes 36 are inserted into the insertion grooves 35 at both ends of the rectangular-frame stirring paddle 31, and the wall brushes 36 are fastened by bolts through the screw holes 361 of the wall brushes 36. Adding a cleaning agent into the cleaning agent groove 18, injecting water into the cleaning machine 11 through the water inlet pipe 17, opening the first motor 12 and the vibration exciter 5 in the cleaning machine 1, driving the wall brush 36 by the first motor 12 to scrub the side wall of the cleaning machine 1, simultaneously vibrating the vibration exciter 5 to clean the cleaning machine 1, and after cleaning is finished, opening the electromagnetic valve 16 at the sewage outlet 13 to discharge sewage.
Because the slot 35 cross-section is the C shape, itself has the effect of fixed wall brush 36, and rethread bolt further fastens wall brush 36, prevents that wall brush 36 from rocking at the pivoted in-process.
The wall brush 36 is designed into a detachable structure, the wall brush 36 is not installed during cleaning, resistance is reduced, abrasion of bristles of the wall brush 36 can be reduced, the wall brush 36 is installed when the cleaning machine 1 needs to be cleaned after the snakegourd seeds are cleaned, the inner wall of the cleaning machine 1 is cleaned, and the wall brush 36 is replaced when the bristles of the wall brush 36 are abraded to a certain degree.

1. A snakegourd fruit seed cleaning and drying integrated machine is characterized by comprising a cleaning machine, a drying machine, a stirring mechanism, a material guide plate, a vibration exciter, a swinging mechanism, a conveying plate, a heating resistance wire and an exhaust fan, wherein a motor I is installed in the middle of the upper surface of the cleaning machine, an output shaft of the motor I is connected with a stirring shaft, the stirring mechanism is installed on the stirring shaft, a feeding hopper and an air blower are arranged at the top of the cleaning machine, the material guide plate is obliquely arranged below the stirring mechanism of the cleaning machine, a material discharging hopper is arranged at the lowest position of the material guide plate of the cleaning machine and is in threaded connection with a feeding pipe of the drying machine, water outlet holes are densely distributed in the material guide plate, and a sewage discharge outlet is formed in the center of the bottom;
the improved dryer comprises a feeding pipe, a dryer body, a heating resistor wire, a conveying plate, a vibration exciter, a drying machine, a water inlet pipe, a water outlet.

The snakegourd seed cleaning and drying integrated machine according to claim 1, wherein the stirring mechanism comprises a rectangular frame stirring paddle, helical blades and a rotating shaft, the rectangular frame stirring paddle is symmetrically provided with the rotating shaft on two sides of the stirring shaft, the upper end and the lower end of the rotating shaft are respectively rotatably connected with the upper end and the lower end of the rectangular frame stirring paddle, bearings are mounted at the joints of the rotating shaft and the rectangular frame stirring paddle, and the rotating shaft is rotatably provided with the helical blades.

The snakegourd seed cleaning and drying integrated machine according to claim 1, wherein an upper cover is hinged to the top of the cleaning machine, a water inlet pipe is arranged on the upper portion of the side wall of the cleaning machine, the water inlet pipe extends into the cleaning machine, and a cleaning agent groove is fixed below the water inlet pipe in the cleaning machine.

The snakegourd fruit seed cleaning and drying integrated machine according to claim 1, wherein an included angle between the material guide plate and a horizontal plane is 10-15 degrees, electromagnetic valves are arranged at the sewage discharge port and the discharge hopper, and an electromagnetic valve is arranged at the finished product discharge port.
