A preparation method of alcohol-based fuel complexing agent for boiler is characterized by mixing raw material components of 7-10% of n-octanol, 5-8% of isoamylol, 25-30% of coal-based light oil and 55-60% of aromatic heavy oil according to a proportion, starting and blending each component ratio through a corresponding pipeline pump and a corresponding electrohydraulic valve, adjusting the flow of each component by a corresponding flow meter during blending, and keeping the state of head alignment and parallel alignment; and (4) completing online tank feeding at room temperature, and fully mixing to obtain the alcohol-based fuel.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: compared with the prior art, the alcohol-based fuel complexing agent for the boiler has the beneficial effects that the heat value of the existing alcohol-based fuel for the boiler is changed, the combustion performance is improved, the fuel consumption is reduced, and the use economy is obviously enhanced.
The composite additive can be suitable for any alcohol-based fuel which is mainly prepared from methanol, has obvious effect after being added, is based on pure methanol fuel, is compared with methanol after being added, and has the following test results:
test materials | Fuel calorific value (big card) | Boiler for selection | Burning time (h) | Consuming fuel (kg) | Economic contrast element |
Pure methanol | 4800 | 0.5 ton | 1 | 64 | 134.4 |
Methanol fuel added with 10 percent | 6500 | 0.5 ton | 1 | 45 | 107.55 |
Note: taking the current methanol fuel of 2.1 yuan per kg as an example, the complexing agent of the invention is 5 yuan per kg, and the methanol fuel added with 10 percent is 2.39 yuan per kg. After the test is burnt for one hour, the pure methanol is burnt to consume 134.4 yuan, the methanol fuel with 10 percent is added to consume 107.55 yuan, 19 kilograms of raw materials are saved per hour after the complexing agent is added, and the economy is saved by about 20 percent.
