The rotating speeds of the two servo motors are the same and the rotating directions are opposite, so that the consistency of the motion states of the two second supporting plates is ensured, and the feeding precision is ensured. The stability and consistency of feeding operation are improved by two groups of symmetrically arranged material pushing blocks and supporting rods. The hydraulic cylinder is used for controlling the lifting of the supporting seat, so that the stepping pushing structure can adapt to different working conditions. The supporting cylinders and the hemispherical supporting parts are respectively supported on the first pushing curved surface track and the second pushing curved surface track, and meanwhile, the supporting columns are fed in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction, so that the control is easy. The vertical support and the horizontal support play the roles of limiting and guiding, and the stability of feeding operation is improved. The rubber layer plays the increase coefficient of friction to improve the holding stability of thin wall pipe.

Claims (10)

the circular tube material fixing mechanism comprises two first supporting plates which are symmetrically arranged relative to the axis of the frame; the two first supporting plates are parallel to each other, first positioning grooves are formed in the tops of the first supporting plates in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the rack, the first positioning grooves are arranged on the first supporting plates at intervals in the direction parallel to the axis of the rack, and the distance between any two adjacent first positioning grooves is equal;
the two circular tube pushing mechanisms are symmetrically arranged relative to the axis of the rack and comprise servo motors, transmission rods, pushing blocks, supporting rods, second supporting plates and return springs; the servo motor is arranged on the rack, an output shaft of the servo motor is connected with a transmission rod, and the transmission rod is rotatably arranged on the rack along a direction parallel to the axis of the rack; the pushing block is cylindrical and is coaxially connected with the transmission rod, a support column is arranged in the middle of the end face of the pushing block, a first pushing curved surface track is arranged on the side wall of the support column along the circumferential direction, and a second pushing curved surface track is arranged on the end face of the pushing block around the support column;
one end of the supporting rod is supported on a first pushing curved surface track, the first pushing curved surface track is used for controlling the supporting rod to feed in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the rack, one end of the supporting rod abuts against a second pushing curved surface track, and the second pushing curved surface track is used for controlling the supporting rod to feed in the direction parallel to the axis of the rack; when the distance from the contact part of the support rod and the support column to the rotation center of the support column is the largest, the horizontal height of the second support plate is higher than that of the first support plate, and when the distance from the contact part of the support rod and the support column to the rotation center of the support column is the smallest, the horizontal height of the second support plate is lower than that of the first support plate; the feed stroke of the supporting rod in the direction parallel to the axis of the rack is larger than or equal to the distance between the adjacent first positioning grooves;
a first limiting hole is formed in the rack along the direction parallel to the axis of the rack, and the other end of the supporting rod penetrates through the first limiting hole and then is connected with the second supporting plate; one end of the reset spring is connected with the rack, the other end of the reset spring is connected with the supporting rod, and the reset spring is used for keeping one end of the supporting rod to be abutted against the second pushing curved surface track;
a second limiting hole is formed in the rack along the direction perpendicular to the axis of the rack, the second supporting plate is accommodated in the second limiting hole, and the second limiting hole limits the second supporting plate to move on a plane parallel to the axial direction of the rack;
the top of the second support plate is provided with second positioning grooves along the direction perpendicular to the axis of the rack, the second positioning grooves are arranged on the second support plate at intervals along the direction parallel to the axis of the rack, and the distance between any two adjacent second positioning grooves is equal to the distance between any two adjacent first positioning grooves.
