In this embodiment, before the battery is replaced, the driving push rod C57 of the unlocking device C50 drives the moving seat C52 to horizontally move along the guide rail C59 on the upper surface of the upper plate C10, and stay at a position corresponding to an unlocking point of a battery locking mechanism of the electric vehicle, and then drives the scissor type lifting mechanism B20 to ascend, and the unlocking push rod C51 contacts with and jacks up the unlocking point in the battery locking mechanism during ascending to realize battery unlocking. In the battery replacement process, if the upper plate C10 is not aligned with the battery installation position of the electric automobile, the ball screw C312 can be driven by the driving device C311 to rotate, so that the upper plate C10 horizontally moves relative to the fixed point (the lifting plate B27), and the unlocking device C50 of the upper plate C10 is accurately aligned with the battery locking mechanism position of the electric automobile.
Through the matching of the unlocking ejector rod C51, the driving ejector rod C57 and the moving seat C52, the unlocking ejector rod C51 can be controlled to move on a preset track, the unlocking of a battery locking mechanism on the electric automobile is automatically realized, and the battery is separated from the electric automobile and is automatically replaced by the battery replacing moving platform 103. The moving directions of the upper plate C10 and the battery replacement moving platform 103 under the control of the moving driving device C31 are vertical, so that the alignment requirement during battery replacement can be accurately realized. The process is fully automatic, manual interference is not needed, and the replacement efficiency of the battery can be improved.
As shown in fig. 14, in an embodiment of the present invention, the unlocking device C50 further includes a hollow fixed cylinder C53, the fixed cylinder C53 is vertically fixed on the upper surface of the movable seat C52, a spring C532 is disposed in the fixed cylinder C53, and the bottom end of the unlocking plunger C51 is movably mounted in the fixed cylinder C53 by the spring and cannot be separated from the fixed cylinder C53, and is pushed against the opening of the fixed cylinder C53 by the spring C532. When the unlocking ejector rod C51 is in contact with the unlocking point of the battery, the unlocking ejector rod C51 can retract into the fixed cylinder C53 within a certain range, and the unlocking ejector rod C51 is prevented from being damaged due to hard collision with the unlocking point.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a strip-shaped groove C531 extending axially along the fixed cylinder C53 may be formed in a side wall of the fixed cylinder C53, a limiting member 511 inserted into the strip-shaped groove 531 is disposed at one end of the unlocking mandril C51 located in the fixed cylinder C53, and when the unlocking mandril C51 moves under the elastic force of the spring C532, the limiting member C511 may slide synchronously in the strip-shaped groove C531 along with the unlocking mandril C51, so as to prevent the unlocking mandril C51 from separating from the fixed cylinder C53. To facilitate the contact of the unlocking post C51 with the unlocking point, the end of the unlocking post C51 located outside the fixed barrel may be a tapered end C512.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a chute seat C55 may be disposed on a side of the moving seat C52 close to the driving push rod C57, a chute C551 disposed on the chute seat C55 along a telescopic direction of the driving push rod C57, a fixing member engaged with the chute C551 is disposed on the driving push rod C57, and the driving push rod C57 drives the moving seat C52 and the unlocking push rod C51 to move horizontally through the fixing member sliding along the chute C551. The structure can ensure that the moving seat C52 has a passive moving range, namely the moving seat C52 or the unlocking ejector rod C51 can move in the length range of the sliding groove C551 when encountering reverse force, thereby avoiding the deformation which is possibly generated between the driving push rod C57 and the driving push rod C57 which are directly connected.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the unlocking means C50 may further include a return means for always maintaining the moving seat C52 in the unlocked position, the return means including a retractable elastic member C58 mounted on the side of the moving seat C52 opposite to the driving push rod C57. The elastic piece C58 always exerts a pulling force on the moving seat C52, so that the moving seat C52 is positioned at the designated position of the guide rail C59, and the unlocking mandril C51 is limited at the position corresponding to the unlocking point. The elastic member C58 may be a spring or the like having elastic force.
As shown in fig. 11, in one embodiment of the present invention, a movement driving device C31 for generating a relative movement of the upper plate C10 may be installed on the upper plate C10. The movement driving device C31 is used for driving the upper plate C10 to move horizontally at the current position, and specifically comprises a ball screw C312 mounted on the lower surface of the upper plate C10, and a driving device C311 fixed with a fixed point and driving the ball screw C312 to move. The fixed point may be a battery replacement translation platform C103 for replacing the battery, which is a fixed position relative to the upper plate C10.
In the battery replacement process, if the upper plate C10 is not aligned with the battery installation position of the electric vehicle, the ball screw C312 is driven to rotate by the driving device C311, so that the upper plate C10 horizontally moves relative to the battery replacement moving platform C103, and the unlocking device C50 of the upper plate C10 is accurately aligned with the battery locking mechanism of the electric vehicle.
To facilitate the movement of the upper plate C10, the push plate C11 may be fixed to the lower surface of the upper plate C10 while the ball nut C313 is threadedly engaged with the ball screw C312, and the push plate C11 is fixed to the ball nut C313. When the driving device C311 drives the ball screw C312 to rotate, the ball nut C313 can move along the ball screw C312, and then the fixed push plate C11 drives the upper plate C10 to move in the moving direction of the ball screw C312, the push plate C11 can also be installed on the ball screw C312 through a threaded hole, that is, a through hole which is threaded and installed in cooperation with the ball screw C312 is formed in the push plate C11, and when the driving device C311 drives the ball screw C312 to rotate, the push plate C11 in threaded connection with the ball screw C312 drives the upper plate C10 to move horizontally.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, in one embodiment of the present invention, the battery mount C further includes a lower plate C30 mounted between the upper plate C10 and the lifting plate B27, the lower plate C30 is fixed to the lifting plate B27, the upper plate C10 is movably placed on the upper surface of the lower plate C30, the ball screw C312 is fixed to the lower surface of the upper plate C10, the driving unit C311 is fixed to the lower surface of the lower plate C30, a slide hole C32 is formed in the lower plate C30 at a position corresponding to the ball screw C312, and the driving unit C311 is configured to drive the ball screw 312 passing through the slide hole C32 to horizontally move the upper plate C10 with respect to the lower plate C30. The fixing structure of the ball screw C312 and the upper plate C10 may be: the ball screw C312 is sleeved with a ball nut C313, and a push plate C11 is fixed to the lower surface of the upper plate C10, and the ball nut C313 is fixed to the push plate C11 to restrict the ball screw C312 to the lower surface of the upper plate C10. The driving device C311 may be a servo motor, which may be directly connected to the ball screw C312 or may be connected to the ball screw C312 through a speed reducer.
In this embodiment, the driving device C311 can relatively move the upper plate C10 while keeping itself still when controlling the rotation of the ball screw C312. In the present embodiment, the relative movement of the upper plate C10 can be used to adjust the angle of the battery when the battery is mounted or unlocked, thereby improving the efficiency of automatically replacing the battery in the battery mounting portion C.
As shown in fig. 12, to facilitate the movement of the upper plate C10, in one embodiment of the present invention, a sliding device C13 may be installed between the upper plate C10 and the lower plate C30 in the same direction as the movement of the ball screw C312. The magnitude of the power output of the driving device C13 can be reduced by the sliding device C13, while the movement of the upper plate C10 is made smoother.
A specific sliding means C13 may include a sliding rail C131 fixed to the upper surface of the lower plate C30, and a slider C132 fixed to the lower surface of the upper plate C10 to be engaged with the sliding rail C131. When the upper plate C10 moves, the slider C132 is moved on the sliding rail C131. In order to reduce the gap between the upper plate C10 and the lower plate C30, a receiving groove C12 protruding toward the upper surface of the upper plate C10 may be provided at a position of the upper plate C10 corresponding to the sliding rail C131, and the slider C132 is fixed in the receiving groove C12. The installed slide rail C131 protrudes from the upper surface of the lower plate C30 and enters the receiving groove C12 of the upper plate C10, and the slider C132 is simultaneously fixed in the receiving groove C12 and is connected with the slide rail C131 in a clamping way. When the slider moves, the upper plate C10 drives the slider C132 to move relative to the sliding rail C131 through the accommodating groove C12.
Further, as shown in fig. 15, in an embodiment of the present invention, a sliding plate C20 for reducing friction when the upper plate C10 moves may be further installed between the upper plate C10 and the lower plate C30. The slide plate C20 may be fixed to the lower plate C30 as an intermediate layer to reduce friction when the upper plate C10 moves. A specific slip sheet C20 may be a Teflon sheet.
As shown in fig. 10, 16, 17, 18 and 19, in an embodiment of the present invention, a battery tray C60 may be further mounted on the upper surface of the upper plate C10, the battery tray C60 has a frame structure, a hollow mounting opening C62 is provided in the middle of the battery tray C60, a positioning rod C61 for positioning is provided on the lower surface, the positioning rod C61 may be a tapered rod for easy mounting, guide plates C64 are vertically mounted on opposite sides of the upper surface of the upper plate, the guide plates C64 are fixed to the battery tray C60 at one end, and a groove C641 having a U-shaped opening is provided at the other end.
Meanwhile, a fixed seat C15 provided with a spring C16 is arranged at a position corresponding to the positioning rod C61 on the upper surface of the upper plate C10, a hole for installing the spring C16 is a taper hole, and the battery tray C60 is inserted into the corresponding spring C16 through the positioning rod C61 and then is clamped into the taper hole to be installed on the upper plate C10.
When the battery tray C60 is used, the battery tray C60 is movably placed on the upper plate C10, a battery to be replaced or replaced is placed on the supporting plate C60, the bridging column C64 on the supporting plate C60 and the positioning block on the side edge of the battery form inserting positioning through the groove C641, the weight of the battery enables the supporting plate C60 to completely overcome the elastic force of the spring C16 and press on the upper plate C10, the tapered rod C61 is simultaneously clamped into the tapered hole to form a stable fixed relation, the bottom of the battery can pass through the mounting hole C62 to be close to or contact with the upper plate C10, so that the state of the battery can be detected by the sensor mounted on the upper plate C10 conveniently, and control information is provided for the control unit.
To improve the stability of the battery tray C60, the positioning rods C61 may have four and be symmetrically distributed at four corners of the battery tray C60. In order to determine whether the battery is put in place, a detecting device C643 for detecting the battery inserted may be provided on the guide plate C64, and the detecting device C643 may be mounted on the guide plate C64 through a mounting hole C642 provided on the guide plate C64. The detecting device C643 may be a magnetic member or a sensor. The magnetic component can generate interactive information with the magnetic component at the corresponding part on the battery, so that whether the battery is put in place or not can be determined. And the sensor may determine whether the battery is in place by sensing. The mounting opening C62 may be rectangular, and a reinforcing plate C621 may be disposed at each of four corners of the mounting opening C62. The reinforcing plate C621 can improve the strength of the entire tray.
In one embodiment of the present invention, a plate-shaped card C63 may be vertically fixed to one side of the lower surface of the battery tray C60, and a card slot C14 into which the card C63 is inserted may be provided at a position corresponding to the card C63 on the upper surface of the upper plate C10. After the battery tray C60 is mounted on the upper plate C10, the clamping plate C63 is clamped with the clamping groove C14, so that the movement amount of the battery tray C60 relative to the upper plate C10 is reduced.
The number of the specific card slots C14 can be two, two card slots C14 are arranged on one side of the upper surface of the upper plate C10 side by side, and the card plates C63 can also be arranged in two and are respectively plugged with the corresponding card slots C14. In addition, in order to increase the strength of the card C63, a corresponding reinforcing plate C631 may be further provided at one side of the card C63, the reinforcing plate C631 being simultaneously connected to the lower surface of the battery tray C60 and the card C63 in a perpendicular manner.
