本发明涉及日常用品技术领域，尤其是一种3D聚酯纤维网复合聚氯乙烯发泡材料多功能垫。
背景技术
在日常生活中，我们会面临如下问题；例如，我们会在浴缸、立式冲凉房门口放置地毯，以用于对脚部的水分进行干燥，避免脚部将水带出导致地面布满水迹，又或者，我们习惯将餐具、蔬菜或水果清洗干净后，放置在毛巾上进行干燥，以沥干水分，但在实际操作中我们发现，由于地毯或毛巾会存在对水吸附性较差、抓地力不好以及容易发生折皱、滑动等问题，导致干燥效果不好，或容易发生滑倒；又例如，由于目前很多公司或工厂会在入门处放置地毯或毛巾，在地毯或毛巾上倒入消毒液，当鞋子踩到地毯或毛巾上时，消毒液会对鞋底进行杀菌作用，以避免将细菌带入，但在实际操作中我们发现，由于地毯或毛巾的吸附性较差，会导致消毒液容易发生流失，增加使用成本，并且还存在地毯或毛巾使用时容易发生折皱，以及脏污后不容易清洁等问题，十分不便。因此，迫切需要研制出能应用于上述场景的一款多功能垫，可以在家居入户门口，电梯口，酒店门口，公共场所入口等地方，对进出的流动人口鞋底进行消毒。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的缺点，提供一种3D聚酯纤维网复合聚氯乙烯发泡材料多功能垫，能作为浴室干燥垫、厨房干燥垫以及消毒门垫等应用于多个生活场景，结构巧妙，便于清洗，实用性强。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种3D聚酯纤维网复合聚氯乙烯发泡材料多功能垫，包括PVC止滑垫，所述PVC止滑垫的上方设置有3D聚酯纤维网布，所述PVC止滑垫与所述3D聚酯纤维网布通过边缘压合结合成一体。
优选地，所述3D聚酯纤维网布包括弹性支撑层和网状层。
优选地，所述3D聚酯纤维网布为渗透、吸收有消毒液的3D聚酯纤维网布，所述3D聚酯纤维网布可渗透、可吸收有消毒液。
优选地，所述PVC止滑垫与所述聚酯纤维网布的边缘通过热压形成边条。
优选地，还包括有悬挂孔，所述悬挂孔贯穿所述PVC止滑垫与所述聚酯纤维网布，所述悬挂孔开设在所述聚酯纤维网布上的边角处。
优选地，还包括设置在所述边条上的排水孔，所述排水孔开设在所述悬挂孔的对角处。

本发明提供了一种3D聚酯纤维网复合聚氯乙烯发泡材料多功能垫，能作为浴室干燥垫、厨房干燥垫以及消毒门垫等应用于多个生活场景，其中，该多功能垫的底层PVC止滑垫是采用PVC材料发泡制作而成，具有止滑效果，并且由PVC特性可知，还具有较好的绝缘、阻燃、防渗透以及防寒效果，由于是微发泡结构，还具有较好的缓冲、支撑作用，舒适性较好；该多功能垫的面层是采用3D聚酯纤维网布，由3D聚酯纤维网布特性可知，本身就具有耐磨、耐刮、有弹性、透水以及吸水性强等特点，同时还具有消音、缓冲减震等效果，当作为门垫使用时，表面网状层可用于刮擦掉鞋底的泥沙，实用性强，当使用完毕，直接用水冲洗后悬挂起来沥干即可，容易清洁，使用便利，也可以洗衣机机洗甩平。

以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明，应当理解，此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明，并不用于限定本发明。
第一实施例
如图1至3所示，一种3D聚酯纤维网复合聚氯乙烯发泡材料多功能垫，该多功能垫能作为浴室干燥垫或厨房干燥垫，供脚底擦干或餐具、水果以及蔬菜等放置进行沥干水分，该多功能垫包括PVC止滑垫1，PVC止滑垫1的上方设置有3D聚酯纤维网布2，PVC止滑垫 1与3D聚酯纤维网布2通过边缘压合结合成一体，形成本产品一种3D聚酯纤维网复合聚氯乙烯发泡材料多功能垫。PVC止滑垫是PVC材料发泡制作而成，因此舒适性较好，并且由 PVC本身特性可知，具有较好的绝缘、阻燃效果，因此安全性能好，当作为浴室干燥垫时，还能达到隔绝寒气的作用，避免地面寒气传输至脚部，从而进入到人体造成伤害，止滑效果好，不容易发生滑倒，另外，在PVC止滑垫1的下表面设置有摩擦纹6，摩擦纹6可以是方块纹、波浪纹或斜纹，此处不作限定，在本实施例中，摩擦纹6是采用方块纹的形式，摩擦纹6的设置有利于增大与地面或桌面的抓地力，增强止滑效果，也不会导致在使用中容易发生折皱现象，实用性好；另外，聚酯纤维网布2具体还包括弹性支撑层21和网状层22，弹性支撑层21会达到较好的吸水、透水效果，而网状层22有助于增强该多功能垫表面的耐磨、耐刮性，透水性，当人站立或摆放餐具、水果以及蔬菜，两者间不容易发生打滑，稳定性较好，此外还能达到消音和缓冲作用，使用舒适。
PVC止滑垫1与3D聚酯纤维网布2的边缘是通过热压的方式固定一体，在边缘处形成边条3，边条3是聚酯纤维网布2通过高温热压至PVC止滑垫1上形成，还包括有悬挂孔4，悬挂孔4贯穿PVC止滑垫1与聚酯纤维网布2，悬挂孔4同样是通过机器热压的方式开设，操作便利，在本实施例中，聚酯纤维网布2设置成方形状，悬挂孔4开设在聚酯纤维网布2 上的边角处，还包括设置在边条3上的排水孔5，排水孔5不需要额外加工，在PVC止滑垫 1与聚酯纤维网布2进行边缘热压时，保持排水孔5处不压合，即令该部分的聚酯纤维网布2 不粘贴在PVC止滑垫1上，即形成了排水孔5，由于此处并未粘结，因此排水性好，排水孔 5的设置有利于聚酯纤维网布2的水分从此处排出，此外，排水孔5开设在悬挂孔3的对角处，此设计的用意是，当该多功能垫需要沥干水分时，通过悬挂孔4挂起来后，由于重力的作用下，水分会往下流并会沿着聚酯纤维网布2的边缘流入至排水孔5中排出，排干彻底。
悬挂孔4的孔径取值可以是10至15mm，排水孔5的宽度取值可以是10至15mm，在本实施例中，悬挂孔4的孔径是10mm，排水孔5的宽度是15mm。
根据实际所需产品类型的不同，该多功能垫的长宽尺寸可以采用40×60cm、45×75cm、 51×81cm、51×99cm、60×90cm、60×120cm等多种尺寸规格。
PVC止滑垫的厚度取值可以是2至5mm，聚酯纤维网布的厚度取值可以是2至5mm，在本实施例中，PVC止滑垫的厚度是2.5mm，聚酯纤维网布的厚度是3mm。
第二实施例
作为本发明一种3D聚酯纤维网复合聚氯乙烯发泡材料多功能垫的另一实施例，该多功能垫能作消毒门垫进行使用，据观察，很多公司或工厂会在入门处通过采用放置地毯或毛巾的方式，在地毯或毛巾上倒入消毒液，当鞋子踩到地毯或毛巾上时，消毒液会对鞋底进行杀菌作用，以避免人们进入将细菌带入，但在实际操作中我们发现，由于地毯或毛巾对液体的吸附性较差，将消毒液倒入至地毯或毛巾后，消毒液容易发生流失，增加使用成本，也容易导致地面脏污，并且在走动过程中，地毯或毛巾还容易发生折皱，以及脏污后不容易清洁等问题，十分头疼，因此，在本实施例中，该多功能垫的其余特征与第一实施例一致，唯独聚酯纤维网布2是吸收有杀毒液的聚酯纤维网布，在实际应用中，将该多功能垫放置在门口处，往聚酯纤维网布2上倒入消毒液，消毒液会被聚酯纤维网布2吸收保持住，并且由于聚酯纤维网布2的下方是PVC止滑垫1，PVC止滑垫1致密效果好，消毒液也不会发生渗透现象，地面能保持干净、卫生，当鞋子踩到该多功能垫上时，聚酯纤维网布2能将鞋底的沙石泥土刮干净，并且聚酯纤维网布2中海绵层21的杀毒液会由于受到踩压从而溢出对鞋底进行消毒，当鞋子抬起后，杀毒液又会重新被海绵层21吸收锁定，不会发生流失浪费现象。当使用一段时候后，直接用水对本多功能垫冲洗，悬挂沥干后，重新倒入杀毒液，即可进行下一轮的使用，十分便利。

7.根据权利要求6所述的一种3D聚酯纤维网复合聚氯乙烯发泡材料多功能垫，其特征在于，所述悬挂孔的孔径是10至15mm，所述排水孔的宽度是10至15mm。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种3D聚酯纤维网复合聚氯乙烯发泡材料多功能垫，其特征在于，所述多功能垫的长宽尺寸是40×60cm、45×75cm、51×81cm、51×99cm、60×90cm、60×120cm。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种3D聚酯纤维网复合聚氯乙烯发泡材料多功能垫，其特征在于，所述PVC止滑垫的厚度是2至5mm，所述聚酯纤维网布的厚度是2至5mm。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种3D聚酯纤维网复合聚氯乙烯发泡材料多功能垫，其特征在于，所述PVC止滑垫的下表面设置有摩擦纹，所述摩擦纹是方块纹、波浪纹或斜纹。
