Abstract

本发明涉及种植技术领域,具体公开了一种果蔗的栽培方法,包括如下步骤:(1)育苗;(2)平整土地;(3)竖抗风立柱;(4)施肥;(5)起种植垄;(6)喷除草剂;(7)盖膜;(8)打栽植孔;(9)种苗移栽;(10)田间管理。本方法采用种苗假茎作为移栽苗,移栽整地时,把果蔗生长所需肥料的90%以上一次性撒施于抗风立柱行两侧的土表面,开沟时泥向两边把肥料覆盖,并形成垄,然后把沟底松土放至垄顶,形成龟背形垄,然后利用果苗移栽器在龟背形垄顶部打栽植孔,并将甘蔗苗种植于栽植孔内。本方法的果蔗移栽苗成活率高、分蘖少,配合栽培方法的改进,可节省果蔗生长中期的施肥和培土操作,且可避免产生大量的分蘖,有利于提高果蔗的产量和品质。

一种果蔗的栽培方法
技术领域
本发明属于种植技术领域,特别涉及一种果蔗的栽培方法。
背景技术
果蔗是我国冬季主要鲜吃水果。它皮薄、茎脆、汁多、味甜、富有营养、解渴充饥、消除疲劳、清凉解毒等功能;还可榨汁制成果汁系列产品,广受人们的喜爱。果蔗种植面积约200多万亩,是蔗区农户主要经济收入来源。果蔗栽培管理需要大量的劳动力,特别是培土工作需要进行3次,遇上降雨天气时间长、雨量大的条件下,培土工作更费劳动力;同时,由于培土不及时,果蔗产生大量的分蘖,又需进行去除分蘖的工作。因此,往往会因培土不及时而影响果蔗的生长,影响产量和外观品质。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种免除培土工序的果蔗的栽培方法,从而克服现有果蔗需耗费大量人工进行培土,且果蔗苗易分蘖,影响果蔗的产量及外观品质的缺陷,并进一步降低生产成本。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种果蔗的栽培方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)育苗:在栽培前一年的10-11月份选择健康果蔗侧芽种茎进行育苗;
(2)平整土地:用机械对土壤进行深耕犁耙整地,土壤耕深20-30cm,并使土地达到松、碎、平;
(3)竖抗风立柱:每行甘蔗种植行均对应设置有一行抗风立柱;
(4)施肥:以抗风立柱行的方向为中心线,把果蔗生长所需肥料的90%以上一次性撒施于所述中心线两侧土表面,肥料宽幅0.8-1.0米;
(5)起种植垄:在两行立柱中间进行开沟,沟宽40-50cm、深30cm以上,开沟时泥向两边把肥料覆盖,并形成垄,然后把沟底松土放至垄顶,形成龟背形;沟底至垄顶高30-40cm;
(6)喷除草剂:喷除草剂封闭杂草;所述除草剂可由市面采购;
(7)盖膜:盖除草地膜或黑膜,对种植垄进行全覆盖;
(8)打栽植孔:在龟背形垄顶打栽植孔;
(9)种苗移栽;育苗第二年待种苗假茎高30cm以上时,将所述种苗假茎剥离种茎,获得移栽苗并移栽到所述栽植孔中;移栽前,每亩施用含量45%的复合肥15-20kg和3%辛硫磷颗粒4-5kg于栽植孔;一个栽植孔放1株种苗,栽植孔盖土,种苗假茎露出土面5.0-10cm;
(10)田间管理:田间工作主要包括病虫害防治、田间水分管理、剥枯叶和除草,均按常规方法进行。
优选的,步骤(1)中,育苗前先催芽:将健康果蔗种茎砍成单芽或双芽段后,浸泡浓度2-3%的生石灰水,取出晾干后和泥土混合堆放在向阳的地方催芽,待果蔗种茎的芽眼露白后再育苗。
优选的,浸泡后的果蔗种茎按一层土一层种茎堆放一起,土的湿度为田间最大持水量的70-75%,堆好后在外侧盖膜密封。
优选的,步骤(1)中,所述果蔗种茎在育苗床中进行育苗,所述育苗床的基质为沙质土或熟土;待芽苗株龄6~7叶时喷施浓度50~100mg/L多效唑1次。
优选的,步骤(3)中,所述抗风立柱按行距1.6米、立柱距2.0-3.0米进行设置。
优选的,步骤(4)中,每亩施用长效尿素50-60公斤、硫酸钾60-70 公斤和有机堆肥1.0-1.5吨,三者充分拌匀后施用;其中,所述有机堆肥的配方为:食用菌渣:钙镁磷肥:花生麸:茶麸:芽孢杆菌原液按重量比为:20:4:1:1:0.1。
优选的,步骤(6)中,每亩喷施16%异丙草胺150ml+26%莠去津除草剂150ml兑水75kg封闭杂草。

优选的,步骤(9)中,所述移栽苗需修剪叶片,每张叶片留3-5cm;移栽苗移栽前根部先浸泡生长促进液,每1L所述生长促进液含有氯虫苯甲酰胺450-500mg、噻虫嗪200-250mg、咯菌腈1.5-2.0mg、精甲霜灵2.5-3.0mg、引哚丁酸75-100mg和α-萘乙酸50-75mg。
优选的,步骤(10)中,用果蔗移栽器移栽种苗,所述果蔗移栽器包括至少一个栽植筒,所述栽植筒包括破土筒及推土筒,所述破土筒套设于所述推土筒外周侧并与所述推土筒同轴设置,所述推土筒与所述破土筒滑动连接;
所述破土筒一端设有破土部,所述破土部包括对称设置的至少两个开合件,所述至少两个开合件可分别相对所述破土筒向外翻转,当所述至少两个开合件对接时,所述至少两个开合件形成一圆锥体。
与现有的技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1. 本发明改进育苗方法,采用种苗假茎作为移栽苗,既有利于移栽后的生长又能减少分蘖。育苗前,将切好的种茎浸泡石灰水消毒后用湿泥沙堆放到向阳的地方进行催芽处理,既能提高甘蔗种茎的出芽率又能缩短育种时间,且整个方法简单易行,成本低;育苗采用基质为沙质土或熟土的苗床,直接将种茎种入苗床的畦面,除草封闭后盖膜培育,待芽苗株龄6~7叶时喷施浓度50~100mg/L多效唑1次,与育苗杯培育相比,操作更简便,且有利于假茎的生长。
2. 本发明改进栽培方法,把果蔗生长所需肥料的90%以上一次性撒施于抗风立柱行两侧的土表面,然后在两行抗风立柱中间进行开沟,开沟时泥向两边把肥料覆盖,并形成垄,然后把沟底松土放至垄顶,形成龟背形垄,然后利用果苗移栽器在龟背形垄顶部打栽植孔,并将甘蔗苗种植于栽植孔内。即直接将甘蔗种植于龟背形垄上,并在垄底两侧一次性撒施满足果蔗生长所需的长效肥料,与甘蔗种植于垄沟中比,可节省果蔗生长中期的施肥和培土操作,且可避免果蔗苗因培土不及时而产生大量的分蘖。

下面结合附图,对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细描述,但应当理解本发明的保护范围并不受具体实施方式的限制。
实施例1
试验地点位于广西壮族自治区农业科学院的试验地内,培育品种为桂果蔗1号、黄皮果蔗等 。果蔗的移栽方法包括如下步骤:
(1)育苗:2018年10月25日,选择健康果蔗种茎侧芽进行育苗。育苗前先催芽:将健康果蔗种茎砍成单芽或双芽段后,浸泡浓度2-3%的生石灰水48~72小时后取出晾干,堆放在向阳的地方催芽,按一层土一层种茎堆放,土的湿度为田间最大持水量的70%,堆放8-10层种茎后在外侧盖膜密封,待果蔗种茎的芽眼露白后再育苗。果蔗种茎在育苗床中进行育苗,所述育苗床的基质为沙质土或熟土;所述育苗床的规格为:宽1.0~1.2m、高10~15cm畦面、畦沟30~40cm,长度不限。种芽在育苗床中的种植密度为行距8~12cm,盖土深度3~5cm。盖土后淋水,然后每亩喷施16%异丙草胺150ml+26%莠去津除草剂150ml兑水75kg进行除草封闭。育苗后在苗床上方盖拱形膜,拱形膜所用薄膜的厚度为0.66mm、宽度为2.0m。待芽苗株龄6~7叶时喷施浓度50~100mg/L多效唑1次,其他按常规方法进行管理。
采用种苗假茎作为移栽苗,既有利于移栽后的生长又能减少分蘖。育种前,将切好的种茎浸泡石灰水消毒后用湿泥沙堆放到向阳的地方进行催芽处理,既能提高甘蔗种茎的出芽率又能缩短育种时间,且整个方法简单易行,成本低;育种采用基质为沙质土或熟土的苗床育种,直接将种茎种入苗床的畦面,除草封闭后盖膜培育,待芽苗株龄6~7叶时喷施浓度50~100mg/L多效唑1次,与育苗杯培育相比,操作更简便,且有利于假茎的生长。
(2)平整土地:用机械对土壤进行深耕犁耙整地,土壤耕深20-30cm,使土地达到深、松、碎、平。可采用深松犁、旋耕刀等现有整地工具进行深耕整地。
(3)竖抗风立柱:每行甘蔗种植行均对应设置有一行抗风立柱。所述抗风立柱按行距1.6米、立柱距2.0-3.0米进行设置。立柱的直径6-8cm、长3.0-3.5m。甘蔗生长后期,在立柱之间拉绑绳将甘蔗固定好,防止甘蔗被吹倒或吹歪,影响甘蔗的外观及产量。
(4)施肥:以抗风立柱行的方向为中心线,把果蔗生长所需肥料的90%以上一次性撒施于所述中心线两侧土表面,肥料宽幅0.8-1.0米。每亩施用长效尿素50-60公斤、硫酸钾60-70 公斤和有机堆肥1.0-1.5吨,三者充分拌匀后施用。其中,所述有机堆肥的配方为:食用菌渣:钙镁磷肥:花生麸:茶麸:芽孢杆菌原液按重量比为:20:4:1:1:0.1;按常规方法进行自然发酵获得堆肥后再混合施用。采用菌剂堆肥,施入土壤后还可进一步分解利用。长效尿素为市面上购买,施入土壤后肥效基本不会退化,可长期供给甘蔗生长所需。
(5)起种植垄:在两行立柱中间进行开沟,沟宽40-50cm、深30cm以上,开沟时泥向两边把肥料覆盖,并形成垄,然后人工辅助把沟底松土放至垄顶,形成龟背形,龟背形垄顶宽15-20 cm、沟底至垄顶高30-40 cm。
(6)喷除草剂:喷除草剂封闭杂草,每亩喷施16%异丙草胺150ml+26%莠去津除草剂150ml兑水75kg封闭杂草。
(7)盖膜:盖除草地膜或黑膜,对种植垄进行全覆盖。
(8)打栽植孔:用果蔗移栽器在龟背形垄顶打栽植孔。栽植孔的规格为:直径3.0-4.0cm、深25cm、孔距15cm。
(9)种苗移栽;在2019年2月15日-16日,待种苗假茎高30cm以上时,将所述种苗假茎剥离种茎,获得移栽苗并采用果蔗移栽器移栽到所述栽植孔中。移栽苗需修剪叶片,每张叶片留3-5cm;移栽苗移栽前根部先浸泡生长促进液12-24小时,每1L所述生长促进液含有氯虫苯甲酰胺450-500mg、噻虫嗪200-250mg、咯菌腈1.5-2.0mg、精甲霜灵2.5-3.0mg、引哚丁酸75-100mg和α-萘乙酸50-75mg等。移栽前还需施肥到栽植孔中,每亩施用含量45%的复合肥15-20kg、3%辛硫磷颗粒4-5kgkg于栽植孔;一个栽植孔放1株种苗,栽植孔盖土,种苗假茎露出土面5.0-10cm。
(10)田间管理:田间工作主要包括病虫害防治、田间水分管理、剥枯叶、除草等,均按常规方法进行。
上述未描述的栽培步骤均可按常规方法进行。
如图1-2所示,所述果蔗移栽器包括至少一个栽植筒,所述栽植筒包括破土筒11及推土筒12,所述破土筒11套设于所述推土筒12外周侧并与所述推土筒12同轴设置,所述推土筒12与所述破土筒11滑动连接;
所述破土筒11一端设有破土部111,所述破土部111包括对称设置的至少两个开合件1111,所述至少两个开合件1111可分别相对所述破土筒11向外翻转,当所述至少两个开合件1111对接时,所述至少两个开合件1111形成一圆锥体。
所述破土筒11外周侧定位有至少一第一把手113,所述第一把手113为所述破土筒11外周侧的凸起结构。
所述破土筒11外周侧开设有一移动缺口,所述推土筒12靠近所述破土筒11一侧向外凸起有至少一第二把手121,所述第二把手121穿过所述移动缺口外露于所述破土筒11;
所述移动缺口的方向与所述推土筒12在所述破土筒11内移动的方向相同。
所述破土筒11外周侧定位有以液压杆,所述液压杆与所述第二把手121固定连接。
所述破土筒11及所述推土筒12为中空的筒型结构,所述破土筒11背离所述破土部111一端设置第一投苗口112。
如图3所示,在其它实施例中,所述破土筒11外周侧开设有一第二投苗口116,所述推土筒12外周侧开设有连通口122;当所述推土筒12向所述破土部111移动,直至所述至少两个开合件1111打开时,所述第二投苗口与所述连通口122连通。
当所述推土筒12向所述破土部111移动,直至所述至少两个开合件1111打开时,所述第二投苗口116114与所述连通口122连通。使用时,将果蔗移栽器插入龟背形种植垄中,将果蔗移栽苗投入第一投苗口112,向下推动第二把手121,当所述推土筒12移动至所述开合件1111时,推土筒12继续移动直至推开所述开合件1111,使得所述开合件1111向破土筒11外翻转打开,从而使甘蔗移栽苗栽入种植垄中,然后在将果蔗移栽器拔出,疏松的土壤会自动给果蔗移栽苗盖土。操作方便省力。
对比实施例:
本方法采用传统的果蔗种植方法。直接将甘蔗种茎种植于甘蔗行沟中,种植中期培土3次,培土的同时进行除草和施肥,同时及时拔除分蘖苗。
采用本方法栽培果蔗于传统方法种植果蔗相比,结果如下。

由上表可见,采用本方法栽植果蔗,在保持甘蔗产量基本持平的前提下,可显著降低果蔗管理成本,提高蔗农的净收益。
综上所述,本方法采用种苗假茎作为移栽苗, 利用自制的果蔗移栽器直接将移栽苗种植于龟背形垄上,并在垄底两侧一次性撒施满足果蔗生长所需的长效肥料,与甘蔗种植于垄沟中比,可节省果蔗生长中期的施肥和培土操作,且可避免果蔗苗因培土不及时而产生大量的分蘖。

Claims (7)

1.一种果蔗的栽培方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)育苗:在栽培前一年的10-11月份选择健康果蔗种茎侧芽进行育苗;将健康果蔗种茎砍成单芽或双芽段后,浸泡浓度2-3%的生石灰水,取出晾干后和泥土混合堆放在向阳的地方催芽,待果蔗种茎的芽眼露白后再育苗;
(2)平整土地:用机械对土壤进行深耕犁耙整地,土壤耕深20-30cm,并使土地达到松、碎、平;
(3)竖抗风立柱:每行甘蔗种植行均对应设置有一行抗风立柱;
(4)施肥:以抗风立柱行的方向为中心线,把果蔗生长所需肥料的90%以上一次性撒施于所述中心线两侧土表面,肥料宽幅0.8-1.0米;
每亩施用长效尿素50-60公斤、硫酸钾60-70 公斤和有机堆肥1.0-1.5吨,三者充分拌匀后施用;其中,所述有机堆肥的配方为:食用菌渣:钙镁磷肥:花生麸:茶麸:芽孢杆菌原液按重量比为:20:4:1:1:0.1;
(5)起种植垄:在两行立柱中间进行开沟,沟宽40-50cm、深30cm以上,开沟时泥向两边把肥料覆盖,并形成垄,然后把沟底松土放至垄顶,形成龟背形,沟底至垄顶高30-40cm;
(6)喷除草剂:喷除草剂封闭杂草;
(7)盖膜:盖除草地膜或黑膜,对种植垄进行全覆盖;
(8)打栽植孔:在龟背形垄顶打栽植孔;
所述栽植孔的规格为:直径3.0-4.0cm、深25cm、孔距15cm;
(9)种苗移栽;育苗第二年待种苗假茎高30cm以上时,将所述种苗假茎剥离种茎,获得移栽苗并移栽到所述栽植孔中;移栽前,每亩施用含量45%的复合肥15-20kg和3%辛硫磷颗粒4-5kg于栽植孔;一个栽植孔放1株种苗,栽植孔盖土,种苗假茎露出土面5.0-10cm;采用种苗假茎做移栽苗,既有利于移栽后的生长,又能减少分蘖,直接将移栽苗种于龟背形垄上,并在垄底两侧一次性撒施满足果蔗生长所需的长效肥料,可节省果蔗生长中期的施肥和培土操作,并可避免果蔗苗因培土不及时而产生大量的分蘖;
(10)田间管理:田间工作主要包括病虫害防治、田间水分管理、剥枯叶和除草,均按常规方法进行。
2.根据权利要求1所述的果蔗的栽培方法,其特征在于,浸泡后的果蔗种茎按一层土一层种茎堆放一起,土的湿度为田间最大持水量的70-75%,堆好后在外侧盖膜密封。
3.根据权利要求1所述的果蔗的栽培方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述果蔗种茎在育苗床中进行育苗,所述育苗床的基质为沙质土或熟土;待芽苗株龄6~7叶时喷施浓度50~100mg/L多效唑1次。
4.根据权利要求1所述的果蔗的栽培方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,所述抗风立柱按行距1.6米、立柱距2.0-3.0米进行设置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的果蔗的栽培方法,其特征在于,步骤(6)中,每亩喷施16%异丙草胺150ml+26%莠去津除草剂150ml兑水75kg封闭杂草。
6.根据权利要求1所述的果蔗的栽培方法,其特征在于,步骤(9)中,所述移栽苗需修剪叶片,每张叶片留3-5cm;移栽苗移栽前根部先浸泡生长促进液,每1L所述生长促进液含有氯虫苯甲酰胺450-500mg、噻虫嗪200-250mg、咯菌腈1.5-2.0mg、精甲霜灵2.5-3.0mg、引哚丁酸75-100mg和α-萘乙酸50-75mg。
7.根据权利要求1所述的果蔗的栽培方法,其特征在于,步骤(9)中,用果蔗移栽器移栽种苗,所述果蔗移栽器包括至少一个栽植筒,所述栽植筒包括破土筒及推土筒,所述破土筒套设于所述推土筒外周侧并与所述推土筒同轴设置,所述推土筒与所述破土筒滑动连接;
所述破土筒一端设有破土部,所述破土部包括对称设置的至少两个开合件,所述至少两个开合件可分别相对所述破土筒向外翻转,当所述至少两个开合件对接时,所述至少两个开合件形成一圆锥体。
