Description

Power dispatching operation method and system
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of power dispatching, in particular to a power dispatching operation method.
Background
In the safe operation of the power grid, the correct operation of the power grid is very important work for guaranteeing the safe operation of the power grid, and the electrical misoperation can cause large-area power failure, equipment damage, personal injury and death, even cause serious consequences such as power grid oscillation collapse and the like. The correctness of the operation order compiling, the auditing and the execution is a powerful guarantee for preventing misoperation. Therefore, three trial systems are introduced before the operation of the power grid dispatching operation order. And the operation ticket three-check is usually checked by different post dispatchers through years of experience, and the dimensional checking of the system is lacked.
With the increasing complexity of the power grid structure, the scheduled maintenance work, signal monitoring and the like of power grid equipment are increasing day by day, and the workload and the risk born by a power dispatcher are increasing. When a dispatcher executes various planning works, defects and accident handling, the dispatcher can only depend on manual inspection of operation conditions, and power dispatching misoperation is caused by wrong evaluation of system load flow and station voltage loss. In order to avoid the occurrence of various misschedules, misremote controls and misoperations, accurately identify and process faults in time, an expert reasoning mechanism is introduced, safety check is carried out in the whole process of regulation and control operation, the scheduling and monitoring work is more orderly, safe and efficient, and the regulation and control integrated mode is further promoted to develop towards the intelligent direction.
In each scheduling operation event, after a bus mode is adjusted (namely, a bus is inverted), partial interval operation is not in place due to the fact that a power grid structure is too complex and people are neglected to review, and power loss and voltage loss of lines and stations are easily caused. The topology anti-misoperation of the conventional system needs to refine each step of operation order into an operation sequence so as to check. In actual operation, if each interval operation sequence is refined, the bus reversing operation is too complicated to occupy a large amount of workload, and is easy to make mistakes, and in the third actual scheduling work, the bus reversing operation is mainly on site, the safety responsibility falls to the ground on site, and the scheduling angle only considers whether the on-off of a switch after the bus reversing causes the voltage loss of a circuit and a bus.

The operation modes of the prior art need to be adjusted as follows, I, the operation of the female nail hanging line, the operation of the female polypropylene line and the operation of the female polypropylene line are required to be adjusted; and II, hanging a second line and a third line for operation by the female crane.
According to the conventional checking logic, the following operation sequence needs to be sent to a checking system:
firstly, the 1011 disconnecting link is closed by the first line, and the 1012 disconnecting link is opened;
closing 1022 disconnecting link by the second line, and pulling 1021 disconnecting link;
the third line closes 1031 knife switch, and pulls 1032 the knife switch;
