Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention is further described in detail by the accompanying drawings and embodiments.
The automatic fire extinguishing method and the automatic fire extinguishing device provided by the embodiment of the invention are used for extinguishing fire of electrified devices such as an electrical cabinet and the like, realizing online monitoring of the condition of a designated area, finding out the fire in time, and realizing automatic fire extinguishing by combining remote electric control and local temperature control triggering after a fire disaster occurs, thereby quickly extinguishing the ignition point and reducing economic loss.
The automatic fire extinguishing method provided by the invention is realized based on an automatic fire extinguishing device, and fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of the automatic fire extinguishing device provided by the embodiment of the invention, and the method comprises the following steps: the fire-fighting box comprises a fire-fighting box 1, a temperature and electricity double-control electromagnetic valve 2, a pipeline 3, a spray head 4, a pressure detection device 5, a smoke temperature composite detector 6 and an alarm host 7.
The automatic fire extinguishing device is mainly used for the electrified fire extinguishing of an electrical cabinet of a train, and the temperature and electricity double-control electromagnetic valve 2, the pipeline 3, the spray head 4 and the smoke temperature composite detector 6 are all arranged in the electrical cabinet. The fire box 1 can be placed in the electrical cabinet or outside the electrical cabinet, and is determined according to the capacity of the electrical cabinet. Normally, several electrical cabinets of a train are adjacent to each other, the fire box 1 is placed in one electrical cabinet with the largest space, and accordingly, the fire extinguishing medium provided by the fire box 1 is used for automatic fire extinguishing of the several adjacent electrical cabinets.
The connection relationship of the respective components of the automatic fire extinguishing apparatus is explained below.
The fire-fighting box 1 is connected with the pipeline 3, the temperature and electricity double-control electromagnetic valve 2 is arranged on the pipeline 3, and the spray head 4 is arranged at the tail end of the pipeline 3 where the temperature and electricity double-control electromagnetic valve 2 is located.
The temperature and electricity double-control electromagnetic valve 2 is used for receiving an opening instruction controlled by the electromagnetic valve and opening the opening instruction controlled by the electromagnetic valve, so that a medium in the fire box 1 is sprayed out through a spray head 4 arranged on a pipeline 3 where the temperature and electricity double-control electromagnetic valve 2 is located, and the fire box is automatically extinguished.
The pipeline 3 and the spray head 4 can be arranged according to the arrangement condition and the space size of components in the electrical cabinet. For example, when the components in the electrical cabinet are arranged closely and the heat source points are dispersed, it is preferable to uniformly lay the pipeline 3 in the electrical cabinet and install a plurality of unidirectional nozzles facing the plurality of heat source points. The single spraying direction of each one-way spray head is beneficial to quickly extinguishing a plurality of heat source points at the same time. When the components in the electrical cabinet are loosely arranged and the space in the electrical cabinet is small, a single pipeline 3 is preferably laid and an omnidirectional nozzle is installed in a matching manner. The omnidirectional spray head has comprehensive spraying direction and is more suitable for an electrical cabinet with small space.
Wherein, fire hose 1 includes: the fire-fighting box comprises a fire-fighting box body, a fire-fighting bottle valve, a bottle body fixing frame and a bottle mouth fixing frame (not shown in the figures). The fire bottle is vertically arranged in the fire box body and is used for containing fire extinguishing media. The fire bottle valve is arranged at the bottle mouth of the fire bottle and used for controlling the medium in the fire box 1 to enter and exit. The body mount encloses the body of establishing the fire control bottle, and the bottleneck mount encloses the bottleneck of establishing the fire control bottle, and body mount and bottleneck mount are used for jointly fixing the fire control bottle.
The pressure detection device 5 is arranged on the fire box 1, is connected with the alarm host 7 and is used for detecting the pressure data of the fire bottle in the fire box 1.
The smoke temperature composite detector 6 is arranged on the fire box 1, is connected with the alarm host 7 and is used for detecting the temperature and smoke concentration in the electrical cabinet where the fire box 1 is located.
The alarm host 7 is also electrically connected with the temperature-electricity double-control electromagnetic valve 2 and is used for judging and processing according to temperature data and/or smoke concentration data in the electrical cabinet and outputting an alarm signal to a train control system 8 of the train according to a judgment and processing result.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an automatic fire extinguishing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, which shows a specific flow of automatic fire extinguishing when an electrical cabinet of a train is in a fire.
The invention adopts the temperature-electric double-control electromagnetic valve as a control switch of the fire-fighting box so as to realize two automatic fire-extinguishing methods of temperature control triggering and remote electric control. In this embodiment, two automatic fire extinguishing modes of temperature control triggering and remote electric control can be executed simultaneously.
101, a first smoke temperature composite detector detects the temperature and smoke concentration of a detected area to generate first temperature data and smoke concentration data, and sends the first temperature data and the smoke concentration data to an alarm host;
specifically, in this embodiment, the detected region may be understood as the inside of the electrical cabinet. The first smoke-temperature composite detector detects the temperature and the smoke concentration in the electrical cabinet in real time, and the generated first temperature data and the generated smoke concentration data respectively comprise detector ID of the first smoke-temperature composite detector.
102, sending the first temperature data and the smoke concentration data to a train control system by the alarm host;
specifically, the train control system acquires the temperature and the smoke concentration in the electrical cabinet in real time, and the prevention and the control of fire in the electrical cabinet are realized.
103, judging and processing by the alarm host according to the first temperature data and/or the smoke concentration data, and outputting an alarm signal to a train control system of the train according to a judgment and processing result;
the above steps 103 and 102 may be performed synchronously.
Specifically, when the first temperature data exceeds a second preset temperature threshold and/or the smoke concentration exceeds a preset concentration threshold, the alarm host outputs an alarm signal to the train control system. The alarm signal carries information of the detector ID. The train control system can judge which electrical cabinet is in fire through the alarm signal.
104, searching the electromagnetic valve ID of the first temperature and electricity double-control electromagnetic valve corresponding to the first smoke temperature composite detector according to the detector ID by the train control system, and sending the electromagnetic valve ID and the received electromagnetic valve control opening instruction to the first temperature and electricity double-control electromagnetic valve;
specifically, a smoke temperature composite detector and a temperature and electricity double-control electromagnetic valve are arranged in each electrical cabinet, so that the smoke temperature composite detector and the temperature and electricity double-control electromagnetic valve are in one-to-one correspondence, and the temperature and smoke concentration detected by the smoke temperature composite detector can control the temperature and electricity double-control electromagnetic valve to be opened.
And 105, opening the first temperature and electricity double-control electromagnetic valve according to an electromagnetic valve control opening instruction, and spraying a medium in the fire box through a spray head arranged on a pipeline where the first temperature and electricity double-control electromagnetic valve is located so as to automatically extinguish a fire in a detected area.
Specifically, the temperature and electricity double-control electromagnetic valve is in a normally closed state and can be opened only when an electromagnetic valve control opening instruction is received. After the temperature and electricity double-control electromagnetic valve is opened, a medium in the fire-fighting box is sprayed out through a spray head arranged on a pipeline where the temperature and electricity double-control electromagnetic valve is located, and fire is extinguished on an electrical cabinet where the temperature and electricity double-control electromagnetic valve is located.
In a preferred scheme, the train control system judges the fire level according to the received first temperature data and the received smoke concentration data, and generates the fire extinguishing duration according to the judgment result. The electromagnetic valve control opening instruction sent by the train control system to the thermoelectric double-control electromagnetic valve comprises the duration of fire extinguishing. The temperature and electricity double control electromagnetic valve is opened according to the opening instruction controlled by the electromagnetic valve, and is closed when the starting duration reaches the fire extinguishing duration.
Specifically, the larger the first temperature data is, the larger the smoke concentration data is, the higher the fire level is, and the longer the corresponding fire extinguishing duration is. And applying opening voltage to the temperature and electricity double-control electromagnetic valve through an electromagnetic valve control opening instruction, wherein the duration of the applied voltage is the duration of fire extinguishing.
Further, the first temperature data and the smoke concentration data have a priority when judging the fire level. The smoke concentration data is prioritized over the first temperature data.
The process of remote electric control of the temperature and electricity double-control electromagnetic valve is carried out, and the temperature and electricity double-control electromagnetic valve can also be triggered by temperature control so as to realize automatic fire extinguishing. In this embodiment, the temperature control triggering mode is used as a standby scheme when the remote electronic control fails.
The self-triggering device arranged on the first temperature and electricity double-control electromagnetic valve senses the temperature of the detected area in real time. When the temperature exceeds a first preset temperature threshold value, the self-triggering device controls the first temperature-electricity double-control electromagnetic valve to be opened. The first predetermined temperature threshold is higher than the second predetermined temperature threshold by a predetermined amount. For example, the first preset temperature threshold is 90 ℃ and the second preset temperature threshold is 93 ℃.
Specifically, the self-triggering device can be a fusible alloy arranged on the thermoelectric double-control electromagnetic valve, when the temperature in the electrical cabinet reaches the action temperature of the fusible alloy, the fusible alloy is broken, the thermoelectric double-control electromagnetic valve is opened, and a medium in the fire box is sprayed out through a spray head arranged on a pipeline where the first thermoelectric double-control electromagnetic valve is located, so that the automatic fire extinguishing is carried out on the detected area.
The automatic fire extinguishing method and the device are used for extinguishing fire of electrified devices such as electrical cabinets and the like, the condition of a designated area is monitored on line, the fire is found in time, and the automatic fire extinguishing is realized by combining remote electric control and local temperature control triggering after a fire disaster occurs, so that the ignition point is quickly extinguished, and the economic loss is reduced.
In order to ensure the effectiveness of a fire bottle in the fire box and ensure that the automatic fire extinguishing device can be normally used, the pressure detection device is arranged to detect the pressure data of the fire bottle in the fire box and send the pressure data to the alarm host. The alarm host determines the state information of the fire bottle according to the pressure data and the preset pressure threshold value and sends the state information to the train control system.
Specifically, the normal pressure in the fire bottle is generally 1.2-1.8 MPa. When the pressure detection device cannot detect the pressure data, outputting a fault signal of the pressure detection device to the alarm host; when the pressure data detected by the pressure detection device is less than 1.2MPa, the alarm host outputs an under-voltage signal to the train control system; when the pressure data detected by the pressure detection device is larger than 1.8MPa, the alarm host outputs an overpressure signal to the train control system.
Through the detection, the pressure of the fire bottle in the fire box can be monitored in real time, and the automatic fire extinguishing device can be normally used.
