A smoke suppressing and fire extinguishing apparatus as defined in claim 1, wherein said filter means comprises a second filter tank (16); the second filter box (16) is arranged at the top of the air storage box (21); a first filtering tank (19) is arranged at the top of the second filtering tank (16); the first filter tank (19) is communicated with the air suction mechanism (18) through an air pipe; the air storage tank (21), the second filter tank (16) and the first filter tank (19) are communicated; the suction mechanism (18) comprises a communication tank; the communicating box is provided with an air suction head; the communication box penetrates through the fixing plate (17); a sliding track is arranged on the fixing plate (17); sliding wheels are arranged on the communication box corresponding to the sliding tracks on the fixing plates (17); the fixed plate (17) is fixedly connected with one side of the base (22); the bottom end of the communicating box is connected with a second adjusting mechanism; the second adjusting mechanism comprises a second driving box (20); a second driving motor is arranged in the second driving box (20); the second driving motor is connected with the reversing mechanism through a coupler; the reversing mechanism is connected with a second gear through a coupler; the second gear is meshed with the second ball nut; a second lead screw is arranged on the second ball nut; the top end of the second lead screw is connected with the bottom end of the communicating box through a rolling bearing.

A smoke prevention and fire extinguishing apparatus for fire fighting as defined in claim 2, characterized in that a plurality of filters (25) are provided inside the first filtering tank (19); the filter (25) is sequentially provided with a metal net layer and a filter cotton layer from top to bottom; the interior of the second filter tank (16) is filled with activated carbon; the air storage tank (21) is communicated with a compressed air tank (23) through a pipeline; a compressor is arranged at the communication position of the pipeline and the compressed air tank (23); and a pressure gauge is arranged on the compressed air tank (23).
