The pestilence-avoiding and epidemic-preventing traditional Chinese medicine composition according to claim 1 or 2, which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass: 2.5 parts of fortune eupatorium herb, 2.5 parts of swordlike atractylodes rhizome, 2.5 parts of manchurian wildginger herb, 2.5 parts of divaricate saposhnikovia root, 2.5 parts of fineleaf schizonepeta herb, 0.625 parts of galangal, 0.625 parts of mint, 0.625 parts of dahurian angelica root and 0.625 parts of camphor.
4. A sachet prepared from the pestilence-preventing and epidemic-preventing traditional Chinese medicine composition of any one of claims 1 to 3.
5. A process for the preparation of sachets as claimed in claim 4 comprising the steps of:
(1) mixing the components and then crushing to obtain traditional Chinese medicine fine powder;
(2) filling, compressing, sealing and packaging the traditional Chinese medicine fine powder to obtain the sachet.
