Abstract
本发明涉及一种鲤鱼的生态养殖方法,所述养殖方法主要包括以下步骤:(1)鱼塘的选址与修建;(2)池塘清整;(3)鱼苗放养;(4)饲养管理;(5)水质管理;(6)疾病防治和(7)定期捕捞。采用本发明所述的生态养殖方法,提高了鲤鱼的成活率,养殖的鲤鱼具有抗病力强,还能够大大缩短鲤鱼的生长周期,所养殖的鲤鱼安全性高,无污染,鱼肉质更加接近原生态,肉质鲜美,与常规饲养相比,能极大地降低发病率,显著提高了养殖业的经济效益。

本发明属于水产养殖技术领域,具体涉及一种鲤鱼的生态养殖方法。
背景技术
锦屏腌鱼是贵州省锦屏县特产,中国国家地理标志产品。锦屏腌鱼是苗族侗族等少数民族在长期生产生活中,形成的将食物以腌制成酸辣味长期贮存食用的独特传统加工技术。锦屏腌鱼,鱼体完整,无内脏,体内填充腌料,体外也有少量腌料附着。表面鱼鳞呈淡黄色,肉体呈暗红色。滋味、风味具有锦屏腌鱼特有的鲜香、适酸,微甜或香辣。腌时愈长,酸味不增,香气却更浓,以油煎之,香味满屋。食之,不但极具口感,且有开胃治泻之功效。有的人家保存上几十年,视为珍馐,不遇至亲尊客,不轻易启桶取食。锦屏腌鱼产自贵州省黔东南苗族侗族自治州锦屏县,锦屏县境内清水江干流河长57.45公里,流域面积1596.9平方公里。清水江在境内共接纳大小支流147条,河长10公里以上或流域面积20平方公里以上的河流23条,总长411公里。其中大的支流有乌下江、八洋河、小江和亮江4条。锦屏县属中亚热带湿润季风气候区。因境内植被条件较好,对气候的分配有了相应的调节,故气候温和,雨量充沛。特别适宜养殖鱼类,制作咸鱼。
鲤鱼属于鲤形目,鲤科,其种类多,有野鲤、鳞鲤.镜鲤、红鲤、荷包鲤等。鲤鱼对水体环境适应性强,是我国淡水养殖传统的优良品种。鲤鱼平时多栖息于江河、湖泊、水库、池沼的水草丛生的水体底层,以食底栖动物为主。其适应性强,耐寒、耐碱、耐缺氧。在流水或静水中均能产卵,产卵场所多在水草丛中,卵粘附于水草上发育。鲤鱼是淡水鱼类中品种最多、分布最广、养殖历史最悠久、产量最高者之一。
目前,在鱼类养殖过程中,人们长期使用各种化学制剂,这些化学试剂容易使水体污染,干扰鱼类的正常生长,鱼体上还会有化学残留,人类食用后会对身体产生严重的危害。但是现有鲤鱼养殖都是滥用配置不合理的饲料,不仅导致水质变差,鲤鱼减产,并且鲤鱼的品质也大大的降低。同时,随着市场需求不断增加,现有的野生鲤鱼满足不了咸鱼的制作。因此,为进一步发挥池塘的生产潜力,不断增加渔业生产的产量和效益,采取一种生态养殖方法,不仅可给养殖户带来丰厚的利益和实惠,同时也能满足人民群众对水产品供应,有着十分重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种鱼苗成活率高、抗病力强、鱼增长速度快、肉质鲜美、产量高的鲤鱼的养殖方法,具体地说是一种鲤鱼的生态养殖方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种鲤鱼的生态养殖方法,所述养殖方法主要包括以下步骤:
(1)鱼塘的选址与修建:选择远离居民住宅区和水源丰富地段修建鱼塘;所述鱼塘为长方形,鱼塘面积为3~5亩,深度为1.5~2.5米,淤泥厚度为0.2~0.4米;在所述鱼塘上方向设置一个储水池、下方向设有排污口;在所述鱼塘内配备投饵机一台,增氧机多台,并在所述储水池内设有搅拌装置;
(2)池塘清整:先对鱼塘清淤,再用生石灰对鱼塘和储水池分别进行消毒,然后暴晒15~20天;
(3)鱼苗放养:鱼苗放养前先要进行消毒处理,选择体质健壮、大小一致的锦屏本地高背鲤鱼作为鱼苗,将鱼苗先放入3~5%的盐水中浸泡5~8分钟后,在将鱼苗放入所述鱼塘;
(4)饲养管理:每天定时投放复合饲料,每天3~5次;所述复合饲料由以下原料组分的重量份组成:玉米蛋白粉20~30份、豆粕15~25份、米糠10~20份、鱼粉8~15份、菜籽饼6~12份、食盐1~3份、中药添加剂4~7份、矿物添加剂3~5份和复合维生素1~3份;
(5)水质管理:每天开机增氧1.5~2.5小时,确保鱼塘内水中的溶解氧在4~6mg/L之间;每周更换所述鱼塘池水的1/3,将储水池内经消毒处理的新鲜水注入鱼塘内;每一个月用生物菌剂泼洒全池;
(6)疾病防治:随时清理鱼塘内的死鱼和病鱼,定期往鱼塘内撒入石灰粉;
(7)定期捕捞:每个月捕捞体重达到2kg以上的鱼,以降低鱼塘水体的载鱼量,促进后期鱼塘内的鲤鱼快速生长。
进一步地,本发明所述鲤鱼的生态养殖方法,其中所述步骤(2)中的生石灰用量为30~35公斤/亩。
进一步地,本发明所述鲤鱼的生态养殖方法,其中所述步骤(3)中的鱼苗放养密度为2000~2500尾/亩。
进一步地,本发明所述鲤鱼的生态养殖方法,其中所述中药添加剂由以下原料组分的重量份组成:鱼腥草8~10份、金银花7~9份、废弃茶叶6~8份、废弃茶叶6~8份、松针5~7份、黄连5~7份、苦参4~6份、黄岑4~6份、蒲公英3~5份、艾叶3~5份、陈皮2~4份、苦楝皮2~4份、生姜1~2份和大蒜1~2份。
进一步地,本发明所述鲤鱼的生态养殖方法,其中所述矿物添加剂由以下原料组分的重量份组成:蚯蚓粉5~8份、黄虫粉5~8份、沸石粉4~6份、麦饭石4~6份、硅藻土4~6份、钾长石3~5份、膨润土3~5份、硫酸铜2~4份、硫酸亚铁2~4份、磷酸氢钙1~3份和食盐1~2份。
进一步地,本发明所述鲤鱼的生态养殖方法,其中所述复合维生素由以下原料组分的重量份组成:维生素A 4000毫克、维生素D3 150毫克、维生素E 10克、维生素K3 5克、维生素B1 4克、维生素B2 2克、维生素H 100毫克、叶酸4克、维生素B2 4克、维生素C 5克、氨基酸4克、赖氨酸10克和酵母5克。
进一步地,本发明所述鲤鱼的生态养殖方法,其中所述步骤(4)中的复合饲料,经粉碎过60目筛,并按常规方法膨化成漂浮性颗粒饲料。
进一步地,本发明所述鲤鱼的生态养殖方法,其中所述步骤(5)中的生物菌剂为由酵母菌、乳酸菌和枯草芽孢杆菌组成的微生物菌剂,所述生物菌剂的用量为1~2公斤/亩。
采用本发明所述的一种鲤鱼的生态养殖方法,与现有技术相比,其有益效果在于:通过对于引进鱼塘的水进行预先消毒处理,可以确保鱼塘水质始终处于优质状态,同时通过合理的鱼苗密度配置,能最大限度的提高鲤鱼的活动空间,另外,通过每天定时投放复合饲料,并将复合饲料膨化成漂浮性颗粒饲料,所述复合饲料除了能量饲料外,还包括有中药添加剂、矿物添加剂和复合维生素,能满足鲤鱼生长中的物质需要,中药添加剂能提高鲤鱼的免疫力,同时调节其胃肠功能,减少了抗生素和杀毒药的的用量,同时改善了鲤鱼肉的品质;鲤鱼由于免疫力增强,能大大减小发病的几率,生长速度显著增快;增加的矿物质和维生素能满足鲤鱼生长过程中的需求,从而使鲤鱼生长速度迅速。采用本发明方法养殖的鲤鱼,提高了鲤鱼的成活率,具有抗病力强,还能够大大缩短鲤鱼的生长周期,所养殖的鲤鱼安全性高,无污染,鱼肉质更加接近原生态,肉质鲜美,与常规饲养相比,能极大地降低发病率,显著提高了养殖业的经济效益。

一种鲤鱼的生态养殖方法,所述养殖方法主要包括以下步骤:
(1)鱼塘的选址与修建:选择远离居民住宅区和水源丰富地段修建鱼塘;所述鱼塘为长方形,鱼塘面积为3~5亩,深度为1.5~2.5米,淤泥厚度为0.2~0.4米;在所述鱼塘上方向设置一个储水池、下方向设有排污口;在所述鱼塘内配备投饵机一台,增氧机多台,并在所述储水池内设有搅拌装置;

(4)饲养管理:每天定时投放复合饲料,每天3~5次;所述复合饲料由以下原料组分的重量份组成:玉米蛋白粉25份、豆粕20份、米糠15份、鱼粉12份、菜籽饼9份、食盐2份、中药添加剂6份、矿物添加剂4份和复合维生素2份,述复合饲料混合后经粉碎过60目筛,并按常规方法膨化成漂浮性颗粒饲料;其中所述中药添加剂由以下原料组分的重量份组成:鱼腥草9份、金银花8份、废弃茶叶7份、废弃茶叶7份、松针6份、黄连6份、苦参5份、黄岑4份、蒲公英4份、艾叶4份、陈皮3份、苦楝皮3份、生姜1.5份和大蒜1.5份;所述矿物添加剂由以下原料组分的重量份组成:蚯蚓粉6份、黄虫粉6份、沸石粉5份、麦饭石5份、硅藻土5份、钾长石4份、膨润土4份、硫酸铜3份、硫酸亚铁3份、磷酸氢钙2份和食盐1份;所述复合维生素由以下原料组分的重量份组成:维生素A 4000毫克、维生素D3 150毫克、维生素E 10克、维生素K3 5克、维生素B1 4克、维生素B2 2克、维生素H 100毫克、叶酸4克、维生素B2 4克、维生素C 5克、氨基酸4克、赖氨酸10克和酵母5克;

5.根据权利要求1所述鲤鱼的生态养殖方法,其特征在于,所述矿物添加剂由以下原料组分的重量份组成:蚯蚓粉5~8份、黄虫粉5~8份、沸石粉4~6份、麦饭石4~6份、硅藻土4~6份、钾长石3~5份、膨润土3~5份、硫酸铜2~4份、硫酸亚铁2~4份、磷酸氢钙1~3份和食盐1~2份。
6.根据权利要求1所述鲤鱼的生态养殖方法,其特征在于,所述复合维生素由以下原料组分的重量份组成:维生素A 4000毫克、维生素D3 150毫克、维生素E 10克、维生素K3 5克、维生素B1 4克、维生素B2 2克、维生素H 100毫克、叶酸4克、维生素B2 4克、维生素C 5克、氨基酸4克、赖氨酸10克和酵母5克。
7.根据权利要求1所述鲤鱼的生态养殖方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中的复合饲料,经粉碎过60目筛,并按常规方法膨化成漂浮性颗粒饲料。
8.根据权利要求1所述鲤鱼的生态养殖方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(5)中的生物菌剂为由酵母菌、乳酸菌和枯草芽孢杆菌组成的微生物菌剂,所述生物菌剂的用量为1~2公斤/亩。
