【1】 Non-standardized function module 220
The non-standardized function module 220, which is a function module provided for an individual user to use, may further include a registration module and a login management module for an individual user having professional skills.
The registration module is used for providing a registration function and can further comprise a common user registration module and a real-name authentication user module. The system comprises a common user registration module, a user interface module and a user interface module, wherein the common user registration module is used for registering a common user, the registration parameters at least comprise a contact way, a password and professional labels (or industry labels), and the professional labels can be professional labels selected by the user from a plurality of professional labels included in a label tree provided by the module in advance, or can also be professional labels input by the user. The real-name authentication user module is used for providing a real-name authentication registration function, and the registration parameters comprise real-name information such as an identification number, a real name and the like, further background information such as a working experience, a academic calendar and the like, and parameters such as expected remuneration and the like.
And the login management module is used for providing a registration parameter modification function, and can be used for modifying the registration parameters submitted by the common user registration module and the real-name authentication user module by an individual user. Alternatively, the individual user may be limited in the opportunity to modify the registration parameters, for example only before the authenticity check is performed, and no modification is allowed after the authenticity check is completed (see below for authenticity check).
【2】 Standardized function module 230
The standardized function module 230 is a function module provided for the supplier user to use, provides functions related to standardized products and services, and may further include a registration module and a login management module.
The registration module is used for providing a registration function, and the registration information comprises a contact address and a password. The login management module may allow a vendor user to submit, publish, and manage standardized product and service information after logging in. The standardized product and service information may include the model number, price, third party store or website link address, special coupons, etc. of the product and service. The standardized product and service information is transmitted to the background server device and published by the server 100. Unlike a typical e-commerce platform or a typical price comparison platform, the various supplier users cannot see some or all of the information posted by others, e.g., at least the price information, from each other. Alternatively, the published product and service information is not viewable by ordinary users, but rather by enterprise users who must be authorized by the system user administrator.
【3】 Enterprise management Module 210
The enterprise management module 210, which is a functional module provided for enterprise users, may further include a registration module and a login module. Optionally, the user name and password of the registration module are assigned by the system administrator of the server 100, so as to implement certain sealing and manageability. The login module may issue demand information (professional demand information) for an individual user with professional skills according to the own demand after the enterprise user logs in, and may also submit a query request for product and service information and receive information fed back by the server 100. The issued demand information may include an occupation label, expected reward, urgency, and the like.
【4】 Server 100
The server 100 provides the core functions of the present invention.
The server 100 runs on the background server device 10, and can acquire the registration parameters of the individual user, including the professional label, from the non-standardized function module 220 on the personal user device 22, and determine the credit score and professional score of the individual user according to the registration parameters. The server 100 can obtain the requirement information of the enterprise user for the individual user from the enterprise management module 210 on the enterprise client device 21. The server 100 may match and screen the individual users required for the enterprise user according to at least one of the professional label, the credit score and the professional score, for example, first search for the individual users whose professional labels match the requirement information of the enterprise user, then further screen the found individual users according to one or more of the parameters such as the credit score, the professional score and the reward, and finally push the screened individual users to the enterprise management module 210 running on the enterprise user end device 21.
Further, the service end 100 may provide a user approval function, by which to determine credit scores and/or professional scores of individual users, including: the registration parameters submitted by the individual user through the common user registration module and the real-name authentication user module can be verified for authenticity according to the request of the individual user, a credit score is verified for the individual user providing professional skills according to the matching degree of the verification result, and a professional score is verified for the individual user according to one or more parameters of the parameters of work experience, academic history, identification number, location, professional label and the like in the verified registration parameters. Further, a total score reflecting the professional skill level may be determined based on the product of the credit score and the professional score or other function, and an approved reward may be determined for the individual user based on the total score, optionally, the approved reward may be divided into different grades, corresponding to different score segments.
When the authenticity verification is carried out, the relevant data can be compared and verified by utilizing Internet public information or information acquired from other channels according to parameters such as working experience, academic background, professional labels and the like submitted by an individual user, and if the relevant data are deviated or cannot be verified, manual verification can be carried out.
One way to determine the credit score is to set the total score of the credit to 5 points and the initial score to 4 points. When the authenticity is checked, 0.2 is deducted when the credit default occurs every time. Optionally, the credit score is bound with the identity card number of the registered user, and the lost credit is not allowed to register for the second time in the system.
One way to determine the professional scores is to set professional scores of different levels according to the scale of the company the individual user has been in, the level of the position the individual user has, the working history period, and the like, wherein the professional scores of different levels are used for reflecting the professional skills of the individual user.
The total score may be calculated by multiplying the credit score by the professional score, or by adding or subtracting a certain compensation constant to the credit score and the professional score, respectively, and then adding or subtracting a certain compensation value to the result of the multiplication, which is not limited herein.
When the individual users are matched according to the requirement information of the enterprise users, matching calculation is carried out at least by adopting the professional labels, and further, matching calculation can be carried out by combining parameters such as working experience and the like, and the individual users with the matching degree above a set threshold value are preliminarily selected. For the preliminarily selected individual users, the found individual users can be screened by adopting credit scores and professional scores, and can be further screened by combining parameters such as remuneration and the like, so that the appropriate individual users are finally screened. The priority of the matching calculation and the screening can be set to be that the approved user is larger than the real-name user and larger than the ordinary user, wherein the ordinary user is a registered user who does not perform real-name authentication, the real-name user is a registered user who performs real-name authentication, and the approved user is a real-name user who has undergone authenticity verification. Alternatively, for example, the enterprise user may be allowed to search for the appropriate personal preferences by himself or herself from the registered individual users.
For ease of understanding, an example of matching and screening individual users is given below, with the following steps: firstly, according to requirement information issued by an enterprise and aiming at individual users, performing matching calculation on professional labels of professional talents required by the enterprise and professional labels in a pre-established candidate user library, and retrieving candidate persons with matching degree of more than 60% or 70% (for example, each individual user can have 3 professional labels, wherein 1-2 professional labels are consistent, or 2-3 professional labels are similar); secondly, screening according to the reward range given by the enterprise, and reserving candidates for determining the reward or expecting the reward in the reward range given by the enterprise; a third step of screening according to the credit score and/or professional score, for example, to remove any credit score below 3 and/or professional score below a set value; and fourthly, listing candidates (including credit parameters, professional parameters, total parameters, matching degree values and user categories) according to the principles of professional label matching degree priority, user priority real-name user verification (common registered users can be set to not participate in matching) and the like, and pushing the candidates to enterprise users.
As described above, the present invention discloses an enterprise information system. The system provides two functional modules, namely a standardized functional module and a non-standardized functional module according to the property and the characteristics of abnormal transaction behaviors of enterprises, deals with different types of transactions, and adopts different technical schemes to realize corresponding functions. Two functional modules and an enterprise management module related to abnormal transaction behaviors of the enterprise are respectively interacted with a server running in a background server, and are organically unified. The system can be used to solve the following problems: for standardized products and services, the system is used for interfacing enterprises and suppliers, and the suppliers issue provided product and service information to the enterprises for the enterprises to inquire and trade; for non-standardized products and services, the system is used for connecting enterprises and individuals with professional skills, the individuals release individual information to the enterprises, the system matches the individual information with enterprise demand information, required talents are recommended for the enterprises, and the enterprises are helped to control transaction links.
Therefore, the enterprise information system scientifically classifies the existing abnormal transaction behaviors of the enterprise according to the essence and inherent attributes of the behaviors and adopts corresponding technical means according to the classification, so that the personal user information, the product information and the service information required by the matching recommendation of the enterprise can be more accurately and more reliably matched, and the technical problem of reducing the reliability and the effectiveness of the abnormal transaction behaviors of the enterprise by using the internet technical means can be systematically solved.
