Abstract

本发明提供了抗紫外线扶手面材,该扶手面材由如下重量份的原料制成:聚氧乙烯树脂100g,DOP 30g,环氧大豆油5g,钙锌稳定剂4.2g,煅烧黏土10g,石蜡0.5g,抗氧剂1010 0.4g,UV531 0.3g,双酚A 0.6g,碳酸钙5g。本发明所述的扶手面材中含有UV531以及抗氧剂1010等耐光、耐热性好的助剂,在使用时能够有效增加扶手的抗紫外线能力以及防老化能力,避免扶手因长时间暴晒使得扶手老化较为严重,使得扶手能够长时间稳定使用,本发明所述的扶手面材通过采用环氧大豆油以及钙锌稳定剂等无毒稳定剂,使得该扶手面材的环保型更好,能够在使用时确保人体健康。

抗紫外线扶手面材
技术领域
本发明属于扶手面材技术领域,尤其是涉及抗紫外线扶手面材。
背景技术
在扶手使用时,为了确保扶手能够长时间稳定使用,常需要在扶手外侧涂覆一层面材,以提高扶手的抗老化能力。
然而现有的扶手面材的抗老化能力一般,扶手的抗紫外线能力较差,容易使扶手在长时间暴晒后老化严重,无法正常使用,且现有的扶手面材中多含有有毒助剂,使得扶手面材使用不够环保,有害于人体健康。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明旨在提出抗紫外线扶手面材,在使用时能够有效增加扶手的抗紫外线能力以及防老化能力,避免扶手因长时间暴晒使得扶手老化较为严重,使得扶手能够长时间稳定使用。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
抗紫外线扶手面材,该扶手面材由如下重量份的原料制成:聚氧乙烯树脂 100g,DOP30g,环氧大豆油 5g,钙锌稳定剂 4.2g,煅烧黏土 10g,石蜡 0.5g,抗氧剂1010 0.4g,UV531 0.3g,双酚A 0.6g,碳酸钙 5g。
进一步的,所述煅烧黏土以及所述碳酸钙均需经过粉碎研磨处理。
进一步的,所述的碳酸钙为轻质碳酸钙。
进一步的,所述的聚氧乙烯树脂有优良的耐低温性能(最低使用温度可达-70~-100℃),化学稳定性好,能耐大多数酸碱的侵蚀(不耐具有氧化性质的酸),常温下不溶于一般溶剂,吸水性小,电绝缘性能优良;所述的DOP是通用型增塑剂,具有良好的综合性能,混合性能好,增塑效率高,挥发性较低,低温柔软性较好,耐水抽出,电气性能高,耐热性和耐候性良好;所述的环氧大豆油是一种使用广泛的聚氯乙烯无毒增塑剂兼稳定剂,具有优良的热稳定性和光稳定性,耐水性和耐油性亦佳,可赋予制品良好的机械强度、耐候性及电性能,且无毒性,是国际认可的用于食品包装材料的化学工艺助剂;所述的钙锌稳定剂是一种良好的无毒稳定剂,具有相当好的热稳定性、光稳定性和透明性及着色力;所述的煅烧黏土基本组成是高岭土与其他含氢的铝土矿物,粘土矿物是一种微小的晶体,科学家们发现,粘土矿物晶体中存在一种有趣的缺陷结构,这种结构可能保存相当多的信息,从而决定晶体生长的取向和构型。
进一步的,所述的石蜡可提高橡胶抗老化性和增加柔韧性;所述的抗氧剂1010是一种多元受阻酚型抗氧剂,与大多数聚合物具有很好的相容性,具有良好的防止光和热引起的变色作用;所述的UV531能吸收240-340 nm紫外光,是一种性能卓越的高效防老化助剂,对聚合物有很大的保护作用,有助于减少色泽,同时延缓泛黄和阻滞物理性能损失;所述的双酚A能够作为橡胶防老剂使用,延缓橡胶制品的老化;所述的碳酸钙具有轻微的吸潮作用,可用作橡胶、塑料、造纸、涂料和油墨等行业的填料。
所述的扶手面材的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按照上述配比依次取用聚氧乙烯树脂、DOP、环氧大豆油、煅烧黏土以及石蜡进行混合搅拌,制得混合液备用;
(2)向步骤(1)中所制得的混合液中加入上述配比的碳酸钙、钙锌稳定剂、抗氧剂1010、UV531以及双酚A进行混合搅拌;
(3)将步骤(2)中所制得的混合物料进行消泡,并调节好黏度后,便可进行过滤包装。
进一步的,该扶手面材的使用方法为:使用时首先取用一定量的该种扶手料,然后根据实际使用需要将其涂覆在相应的扶手表面,使其自然风干,即可实现该扶手料的使用。
相对于现有技术,本发明所述的扶手面材具有以下优势:
1、本发明所述的扶手面材中含有UV531以及抗氧剂1010等耐光、耐热性好的助剂,在使用时能够有效增加扶手的抗紫外线能力以及防老化能力,避免扶手因长时间暴晒使得扶手老化较为严重,使得扶手能够长时间稳定使用;
2、本发明所述的扶手面材通过采用环氧大豆油以及钙锌稳定剂等无毒稳定剂,使得该扶手面材的环保型更好,能够在使用时确保人体健康。

1.抗紫外线扶手面材,其特征在于:该扶手面材由如下重量份的原料制成:聚氧乙烯树脂 100g,DOP 30g,环氧大豆油 5g,钙锌稳定剂 4.2g,煅烧黏土 10g,石蜡 0.5g,抗氧剂1010 0.4g,UV531 0.3g,双酚A 0.6g,碳酸钙 5g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的扶手面材,其特征在于:所述煅烧黏土以及所述碳酸钙均需经过粉碎研磨处理。
3.根据权利要求1所述的扶手面材,其特征在于:所述的碳酸钙为轻质碳酸钙。
4.权利要求1-3中任一项所述的扶手面材的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)按照上述配比依次取用聚氧乙烯树脂、DOP、环氧大豆油、煅烧黏土以及石蜡进行均匀混合搅拌,制得混合液备用;
(2)向步骤(1)中所制得的混合液中加入上述配比的碳酸钙、钙锌稳定剂、抗氧剂1010、UV531以及双酚A进行均匀混合搅拌;
(3)将步骤(2)中所制得的混合物料进行消泡,并调节好黏度后,便可进行过滤包装。
5.根据权利要求4所述的扶手面材的制备方法,其特征在于:该扶手面材的使用方法为:使用时首先取用一定量的该种扶手料,然后根据实际使用需要将其涂覆在相应的扶手表面,使其自然风干,即可实现该扶手料的使用。
