7. The preparation process of the wood cloth composite structure layer as claimed in claim 4, wherein the primer and the finish in steps 4 and 6 are any one of water paint, water-based cloth paint and wood wax oil.

The wood cloth composite structure layer as recited in claim 1 or 2, further characterized in that the cloth of the cloth art surface layer is attached to the wood base layer by: the surface of the wooden base layer is provided with a clamping groove which is matched with the clamping strip embedded into the clamping groove, and the periphery of the cloth is fixed in the clamping groove.
