As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, the discharging device 6 includes; a water tank 601 which is a tank body arranged between the working tank 1 and the magnetic separation tank 401, the right side of the working tank 1 is provided with a first discharge hole 602, a first material conveying device 603 is arranged in the first discharge port 602, atomizing nozzles 606 are uniformly arranged on the upper side of the first discharge port 602 and the second discharge port 604, a high-pressure water pump 608 pumps water in the water tank 601 and conveys the water to the atomizing nozzles 606 through a water pipe 607, the atomizing nozzles 606 spray water mist to play a role of humidifying and dedusting, dust is prevented from being discharged into the outside air through the first discharge port 602 and the second discharge port 604, the second discharge port 604 is arranged on the left side of the working box 1, a second material delivery device 605 is arranged in the second material outlet 604, atomizing nozzles 606 are arranged at the top of the first material outlet 602 and the top of the second material outlet 604, and the atomizing nozzle 606 is communicated with a high-pressure water pump 608 through a water pipe 607, and the high-pressure water pump 608 is arranged inside the water tank 601.
The working principle is as follows: when the wet type crushing and screening device for treating construction waste is used, the model of the signal processor 311 is TMS320F28016PZA, the model of the pressure sensor 308 is MS5837-02BA, the loader conveys materials into the bin 201 through the bucket, the materials enter the crushing box 206, an external power supply is switched on, the first driving motor 205 is started, the first driving motor 205 drives the left toothed roller 202 and the right toothed roller 203 simultaneously through the gear 204, the left toothed roller 202 is matched with the right toothed roller 203 to pre-crush the materials, the pre-crushed materials fall into the working box 1, the materials with the sizes fall into the upper surface of the conveyor belt 407 through gaps between the driven rollers 301, the slow motor 309 is started to drive the rotating member 302 to rotate, the rotating member 302 drives the crushing rollers 305 to rotate through the rotating frame 304, the crushing rollers 305 are matched with the driven rollers 301 to finely crush the materials until the materials with the sizes fall into the upper surface of the conveyor belt 407 through the gaps between the driven rollers 301, when materials which are difficult to crush are encountered, the pressure of the crushing roller 305 pushing the rotating frame 304 is increased, the pressure sensor 308 sends monitored pressure information to the signal processor 311, the signal processor 311 controls the slow motor 309 to stop rotating, meanwhile, the electromagnetic brake 310 is released, the rotating frame 304 pushes the limiting shaft 306 to rotate, then one end of the rotating frame 304 close to the limiting shaft 306 slides into the groove 307 along the first sliding groove 303, the distance between the crushing roller 305 and the driven roller 301 is increased, the overload protection effect is further improved, after the materials fall into the conveyor belt 407, the second driving motor 403 is started, the second driving motor 403 drives the transmission shaft 402 to rotate, the transmission shaft 402 drives the conveyor belt 407 to rotate through the rack 408, the balls 406 outside the fixing piece 404 enable the conveyor belt 407 to rotate more smoothly, the second sliding groove 409 outside the fixing piece 404 facilitates the rotation of the rack 408, and the electromagnet 405 is started, the electromagnet 405 adsorbs steel through magnetic force, so that the steel is adhered to the surface of the conveyor belt 407, the conveyor belt 407 pushes the material to move leftwards until sand and slag in the material fall into the upper surface of the sieve tray 503, then the conveyor belt 407 drives the steel to move rightwards along the lower surface of the fixing part 404 until the steel moves into the magnetic separation box 401, at the moment, the steel is separated from the adsorption range of the electromagnet 405, then the steel falls into the magnetic separation box 401 under the action of gravity, so that the steel is separated independently, the practicability is high, the vibration motor 505 is started, the vibration motor 505 drives the sieve tray 503, the vibration damping spring 502 prevents the sieve tray 503 from being rigidly connected with the support table 501, so that the sieve tray 503 vibrates more smoothly, the sand and the slag in the material are sieved by the sieve tray 503, the slag falls into the upper surface of the second material conveying device 605 through the sieve holes 504, the sand is pushed to move rightwards when the sieve, the construction waste is conveniently classified, the high-pressure water pump 608 is started, the high-pressure water pump 608 pumps water in the water tank 601, the water is moved to the atomizing nozzle 606 through the water pipe 607, the atomizing nozzle 606 sprays water mist, the first discharging port 602 and the second discharging port 604 are humidified and cooled, dust sealed in the working box 1 is prevented from being discharged to the outside air through the first discharging port 602 and the second discharging port 604, the problem that the dust generated during crushing and screening is easy to pollute the atmosphere is solved, and all work is completed.

the bin (201) is a box body with a wide upper part and a narrow lower part, the lower end of the bin (201) is communicated with the crushing box (206), the crushing box (206) is connected with a left toothed roller (202) and a right toothed roller (203) in a rotating mode, the left toothed roller (202) is arranged on the left side of the right toothed roller (203), the rear side of the left toothed roller (202) is meshed with the right side of the right toothed roller (203) through a gear (204), the rear end of the right toothed roller (203) is connected with a first driving motor (205), the first driving motor (205) is arranged on the rear side of the crushing box (206), and the lower end of the crushing box (206) is communicated with the left upper end of the working box (1);
the crushing device (3) comprises:
the driven roller (301) is provided with a plurality of driven rollers, the front end and the rear end of each driven roller (301) are rotatably connected with the working box (1), the front end and the rear end of each rotating member (302) are rotatably connected with the working box (1), a first sliding groove (303) is formed in each rotating member (302), one side, close to each rotating member (302), of the rotating frame (304) is slidably arranged in the first sliding groove (303), one side, far away from each rotating member (302), of each rotating frame (304) is rotatably connected with a crushing roller (305), a limiting shaft (306) is arranged in each first sliding groove (303), a groove (307) is formed in the outer side of each limiting shaft (306), one end, close to each rotating member (302), of each rotating frame (304) is attached to each limiting shaft (306), a pressure sensor (308) is arranged at the position where each rotating frame (304) is attached to each limiting shaft (306), and a slow motor (, a slow motor (309) is arranged at the rear side of the working box (1), an electromagnetic brake (310) is arranged at the front side of the rotating member (302), the electromagnetic brake (310) is connected with the front end of the limiting shaft (306), a signal processor (311) is arranged at the front end of the rotating member (302), and a driven roller (301) at the right side part of the working box (1) is arranged at the outer side of the rotating member (302);
the magnetic separation device (4) comprises:
magnetic separation case (401), it is the box with work box (1) intercommunication, magnetic separation case (401) sets up in work box (1) rear side, and magnetic separation case (401) inside is provided with transmission shaft (402), transmission shaft (402) right-hand member runs through magnetic separation case (401) and is connected with second driving motor (403), and second driving motor (403) set up on magnetic separation case (401) right side, work box (1) inside is provided with mounting (404), and inside is provided with electro-magnet (405) of mounting (404), the mounting (404) outside is rotated and is connected with ball (406), and ball (406) and the inboard laminating of conveyer belt (407) are connected, conveyer belt (407) inboard is provided with rack (408), and rack (408) and transmission shaft (402) meshing connection of conveyer belt (407) rear side, rack (408) slide and set up inside second spout (409), the second sliding groove (409) is arranged on the outer side of the fixing piece (404);
the screening device (5) comprises;

water tank (601), its box for setting up between work box (1) and magnetic separation case (401), first discharge gate (602) have been seted up on work box (1) right side, and first discharge gate (602) inside is provided with first defeated material device (603), second discharge gate (604) have been seted up on work box (1) left side, and inside second defeated material device (605) that is provided with of second discharge gate (604), first discharge gate (602) top all is provided with atomizing nozzle (606) with second discharge gate (604) top, and atomizing nozzle (606) are linked together through raceway (607) and high pressure water pump (608), and high pressure water pump (608) set up inside water tank (601) simultaneously.

A wet crushing and screening apparatus for treating construction waste according to claim 1, wherein: the distances between the inner wall of the left side of the work box (1) and the driven roller (301) at the leftmost side, between the inner wall of the right side of the work box (1) and the driven roller (301) at the rightmost side and between two adjacent driven rollers (301) are the same.

A wet crushing and screening apparatus for treating construction waste according to claim 1, wherein: the shape and the size of the left toothed roller (202) are the same as those of the right toothed roller (203), and the rotating directions of the left toothed roller (202) and the right toothed roller (203) are opposite.

A wet crushing and screening apparatus for treating construction waste according to claim 1, wherein: the rotary frame (304) is provided with four crossed rotary frames by taking the limiting shaft (306) as the center, the shape of one end of the rotary frame (304) close to the limiting shaft (306) is matched with that of the groove (307), and the four crossed rotary frames are provided with four grooves (307) by taking the central line of the limiting shaft (306) as the center.
