Description

Anti-allergy repair cream and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to an anti-allergy repair cream and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Make-up and skin care are essential parts of many people, and a huge number of people with sensitive skin are presented, and the reasons for the formation are many, such as heredity, air pollution, improper use of skin care products, excessive cleaning and the like, and the external factors stimulate the development of histamine from mast cells after basophils release histamine and H1 receptors to cause allergic reactions. The incidence of sensitive skin in asian women is 40% -55.98%, with chinese women reaching 36.1%, that is to say one in every three women is sensitive skin. In this regard, people often choose soothing anti-allergic products to avoid allergic reactions from skin care products and to alleviate or reduce the symptoms of skin sensitivity, which is more desirable for people with sensitive skin where the skin is no longer sensitive.
The anti-allergy cosmetic sold in the market contains anti-allergy components which are basically extracted from plants, prebiotics, probiotics and the like, relieves allergy symptoms from histamine resistance and restoration of skin microecological balance, has long action time, and is easy to mark the face because of poor skin care during allergy.
Therefore, a new solution is needed to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a new anti-allergy repair cream, wherein a light blue gel wraps one oil with different sizes, and the cream has the advantages of repairing damaged skin cells, preventing the water dispersion of the damaged skin and endowing the skin with anti-allergy capability. In addition, the invention also provides a preparation method of the anti-allergy repair cream.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
an anti-allergy repair cream comprises the following components in parts by weight:
phase A:
deionized water: 60.5-91.91 parts of methyl hydroxybenzoate: 0.1 part of phenoxyethanol: 0.25-0.4 part;
phase B:
xanthan gum: 0.04-0.2 part of carbomer: 0.35-0.8 parts of allantoin: 0.1-0.5 parts of betaine: 1-4 parts of diglycerin: 1-5 parts of methyl propylene glycol: 2-6 parts;
and C phase:
triethanolamine: 0.35-0.8 part;

phase E:
animal fat and oil: 0.001-1 part of cyclopentadimethicone: 0.5-3 parts of natural oil: 0.1-3 parts of vegetable oil: 0.5-5 parts.
Preferably, the anti-allergy repair cream comprises the following components in parts by weight:
phase A:
deionized water: 69.5 parts of methyl hydroxybenzoate: 0.1 part of phenoxyethanol: 0.35 part;
phase B:
xanthan gum: 0.2 part of carbomer: 0.8 part of allantoin: 0.1 part, betaine: 4 parts of diglyceride: 5 parts of methyl propylene glycol: 6 parts of (1);
and C phase:
triethanolamine: 0.8 part;
phase D:
oat kernel extract: 0.5 part, PEG/PPG/polytetramethylene glycol-8/5/3 glycerin: 5 parts of plant anti-allergic agent: 0.5 part, hydrolyzed royal jelly protein: 1 part, brilliant blue: 0.0005 part;
phase E:
animal fat and oil: 0.5 part, cyclopenta dimethyl silicone: 3 parts of natural oil: 1 part of vegetable oil: and 3 parts.
By adopting the technical scheme, the phase A adopts deionized water, an antibacterial agent and a thickening agent so as to prolong the shelf life and the use freshness of the anti-allergy repair cream.
The B phase mainly plays a role in moisture retention, wherein betaine is considered as an intermediate product of metabolism of a living body, provides an organic osmotic substance participating in methionine synthesis, can inhibit a large amount of loss of the osmotic substance in skin cells under external high osmotic pressure such as dehydration of the skin surface layer and ultraviolet irradiation, so that apoptosis is caused, the balance of the cells is protected by permeating the skin cuticle, and the water content of the skin surface layer is increased;
the moisturizing agent is matched with allantoin, so that the water absorption capacity of the outermost layer of the skin is promoted, the hydrophilic force of keratin molecules is improved, the growth of cell tissues is promoted, the rapid granulation of epidermis is influenced, and the damaged stratum corneum is repaired.
The phase C is a neutralizing agent, so that the consistency of the anti-allergy repair cream is increased, and the stability and the pH value of the anti-allergy repair cream are adjusted.
Phase D mainly has anti-inflammatory and repair damaged cells, and multiple channels repair skin barriers. The plant antiallergic agent can inhibit histamine release, and the oat kernel extract and hydrolyzed royal jelly protein can prevent allergic reaction caused by lymph fluid accumulation due to external factor change H1 receptor.
The E phase mainly adopts various oils, is added into the anti-allergy repair cream to be compounded with other anti-allergy and anti-inflammation components, can soften and moisten sensitive skin, forms a hydrophobic film on the skin, plays a role in protecting the skin, and prevents discomfort caused by external harmful substances or the environment.
Further preferably, the carbomer is carbomer 940 and/or carbomer U21.
By adopting the technical scheme, when the carbomer 940 and the carbomer U21 are used in a matching manner, a system with high transparency and moderate smearing and hydrating speed can be prepared, so that the prepared anti-allergy repair cream has a fresh and moist skin feeling, is easy to smear and can allow effective substances to permeate into the skin at a reasonable speed.
Further preferably, the plant anti-allergic agent is an extract of radix paeoniae alba.
By adopting the technical scheme, the main effective components of the radix paeoniae alba extract are paeoniflorin, paeonol and the like, and histamine release can be inhibited; inhibiting 5-lipoxygenase and cyclooxygenase, thereby inhibiting leukotriene and prostaglandins, and relieving pain; paeoniflorin can improve the allergic inflammatory reaction induced by Ig-E (immunoglobulin, the increase of which indicates the occurrence of allergy) complex; the contained paeonol has the functions of relieving pain, resisting inflammation, relieving fever and inhibiting allergic reaction, and can repair damaged skin cells and reduce itching pain caused by allergy when added into anti-allergy repair cream. Therefore, the peony root extract of the present invention can suppress allergic reactions through multiple channels.
More preferably, the animal fat is emu oil.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, emu oil possess powerful anti-inflammatory function and outstanding skin permeability. It has been found that pure emu oil contains up to 70% unsaturated fatty acids, of which the monomeric unsaturated fatty acids account for 40% of the total fatty acids, and Omega (Omega) 3,6,7,9, which are present in proportions that are optimal for absorption by the human body, are purely natural components closest to human skin oils and fats, have a high penetration capacity, and are capable of bringing said essential fatty acids and their naturally contained vitamins A, D, E, F, K2 into the human body. The skin care product effectively carries the moisturizing and nutrient components to deep skin, promotes the skin to be compact and elastic, and does not leave any grease on the surface of the skin. Paul Smith, professor of Pathen Patch university, USA, concluded in its research that emu oil penetrates deeper into the soft tissue of the skin, at a rate more than twice that of mineral oil. Can be compounded with radix Paeoniae extract, oat kernel extract, and hydrolyzed Lac Regis Apis protein, and has multichannel antiallergic effect for repairing damaged skin.
Preferably, the hydrolyzed royal jelly protein is ROYALBIOCYTE hydrolyzed royal jelly protein which is extracted and refined from fresh protein and then decomposed by enzyme (enzyme), has good effect of alleviating stimulation on damage caused by ultraviolet rays, acid-base stimulation, preservatives, oxidants, surfactants and the like, selectively shields components harmful to the skin and prevents the components from permeating into the damaged skin. Thereby endowing the anti-allergy repair cream with enhanced efficacy of repairing damaged skin and reduced irritation.
Further preferably, the natural oil is trilaurin, and SustOleo TL trilaurin manufactured by INOLEX is adopted. Trilaurin is esterified from natural glycerol and natural lauric acid, and SustOleo TL from natural sources has two different crystal forms: the melting point of the alpha-form was 29.92 ℃ and the melting point of the beta-form was 43.86 ℃. The two melting temperatures are very close to the skin of a human body, the two melting temperatures can be quickly melted when the skin is contacted, the heat absorption process brings cool feeling to the skin, and meanwhile, a protective film is formed on the surface of the skin, so that the water dispersion is reduced, and the dry and itching feeling is reduced.
Further preferably, the vegetable oil is hydrogenated castor oil behenyl ester. Hydrogenated castor oil behenyl ester from plant source can raise the melting point of oil phase mixed oil. Prevent the grease from dissolving and becoming turbid due to the temperature change in the storage and transportation processes, keep the crystal and clear appearance of the body and have the skin feel of being instantly smeared.
The preparation method of the anti-allergy repair cream comprises the following steps:
(1) cleaning all instruments and sterilizing for later use;
(2) weighing the phase A raw materials according to the corresponding weight parts, putting the phase A raw materials into an emulsifying pot, heating the mixture to 80-90 ℃, weighing the phase B raw materials in sequence, adding the phase B raw materials into the emulsifying pot, stirring and homogenizing the mixture, and homogenizing the mixture at 3000r/min for 10min until the phase A and the phase B are completely dissolved without particles; preserving the heat for 20 min;
(3) cooling interlayer cold water to 60 ℃, adding the C-phase raw material under slow stirring at 300r/min, and stirring for 10-30min, wherein the material body is transparent and has no fish eyes;
(4) continuously cooling to 45-50 ℃, adding the D-phase raw material, continuously stirring uniformly, and cooling to room temperature;
(5) weighing the E-phase raw material according to the corresponding weight part, heating to completely dissolve the E-phase raw material, and rapidly cooling to below 0 ℃ to obtain a milky hard paste; keeping the paste in a cooling state to form small hard paste, gradually adding into an emulsifying pot, slowly stirring and dispersing into uneven snow shape, and stopping stirring until the appearance is transparent and clear;
(6) and (6) detecting, packaging and warehousing.
The anti-allergy repair cream prepared by the method has the advantages of repairing damaged skin cells, preventing the water dispersion of the damaged skin brick structure and endowing the skin with anti-allergy capability.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. according to the invention, by adding oil components such as emu oil into the transparent anti-allergy repair cream, the problem of greasy and heavy skin feeling can be greatly solved, the skin feeling is moist and not sticky, and simultaneously, the moisture loss of damaged skin is prevented, and the damaged skin is prevented from being red and itchy;
2. the preparation method adopts the scheme of rapid cooling and oil proportioning, so that the anti-allergy repair cream has the appearance like a snowflake, gel is crystal and clear and can be melted by touch, and the appearance of the anti-allergy repair cream cannot become muddy along with the change of temperature.
3. The invention also adds the hydrolyzed royal jelly protein which effectively isolates the invasion of stimulation to the skin, reduces the stimulation of sensitive skin and has good repairing effect on the skin sunburned by ultraviolet rays.

Subject: 120 female volunteers with inflammation sensitive muscles on the face are selected and randomly divided into 7 groups, and 20 volunteers in each group are respectively coated with the anti-allergy repair cream of the embodiment 1 to 7.
The experimental method comprises the following steps: after the face of a volunteer is cleaned every day, the anti-allergy repair cream is smeared on the face of the volunteer, the face of the volunteer is continuously carried out for 2 weeks, after the experiment is finished, the anti-allergy repair effect of the volunteer is evaluated by observing the face of the volunteer and the volunteer, and the experimental result is shown in a figure 1.
Evaluation criteria: the A has obvious effects of repairing and improving skin dryness, itching, stabbing pain and redness, and the skin has obvious anti-allergy capability; b has the effects of repairing and improving skin dryness, itching, tingling and redness, and meanwhile, the skin has anti-allergy capability and limited effect; the C repair improvement effect and the anti-allergy capability are weak and hardly reflected.
As can be seen in fig. 1:
example 1 (radix Paeoniae extract) A was 45% very effective, B was 35% normally effective, and C was 20% ineffective.
Example 2 (hydrolyzed royal jelly extract) A was very effective at 60%, B was normally effective at 25%, and C was ineffective at 15%.
Example 3 (emu oil) a was 35% very effective, B was 40% normally effective and C was 25% ineffective.
Example 4 (radix Paeoniae extract + hydrolyzed Royal jelly protein) A was very effective at 65%, B was normally effective at 25%, and C was not effective at 10%.
Example 5 (radix Paeoniae extract + emu oil) A was 50% very effective, B was 30% as commonly effective, and C was 20% as ineffective.
Example 6 (hydrolyzed royal jelly protein + emu oil) a was 55% very effective, B25% as normal effective and C20% as ineffective.
Example 7 (radix Paeoniae extract + hydrolyzed Royal jelly protein + emu oil) A was 80% very effective, B was 15% normally effective, and C was 5% ineffective.
Therefore, the experiments prove that the anti-allergy and anti-inflammation effective rate of the anti-allergy repair cream is highest when the radix paeoniae alba extracting solution, the hydrolyzed royal jelly protein and the emu oil are used in a matching manner.
Efficacy test-anti-inflammatory Effect
The method comprises the following steps: dividing normal guinea pig into 10 groups according to body weight, model control group, dermatitis group, mixed extract (radix Paeoniae extract, hydrolyzed Lac Regis Apis protein, emu oil) group, radix Paeoniae extract group, hydrolyzed Lac Regis Apis protein group, emu oil group, and antioxidantThe pine solution group (internal reference control), (hydrolyzed royal jelly protein, radix Paeoniae extract liquid) group, (hydrolyzed royal jelly protein, emu oil) group, (radix Paeoniae extract, emu oil) group, 5 per group. The dorsum of the foot of the right lower limb of each guinea pig group was carefully shaved and 0.1 mL/mouse was smeared with the corresponding sample in the right lower limb of the guinea pig: 2 days continuously, and on the test day, the dehaired part of the instep of the right lower limb is scratched by coarse abrasive paper, and the area is about 1cm2After the corresponding test sample is given locally for 1h, 0.01% histamine is added dropwise to the wound surface in an amount of 0.05mL, and then the added dropwise is added at intervals of 3min in an inverse concentration of 0.01%, 0.02%, 0.03%, 0.04%, 0.05%, 0.1%, 0.2% and 0.3%, each time 0.05mL, until the guinea pig licks the right hind paw.
The experimental process comprises the following steps: after randomly grouping guinea pigs, shaving the instep of the right lower limb, smearing a test sample on each group of guinea pigs for two consecutive days, and smearing the test samples respectively as a model control group, a dermatitis flat group, a mixed extract (radix paeoniae extract, hydrolyzed royal jelly protein, emu oil) group, a radix paeoniae extract group, a hydrolyzed royal jelly protein group, emu oil group, an oxidized cortisone solution group (internal reference control), (hydrolyzed royal jelly protein, radix paeoniae extract) group, (hydrolyzed royal jelly protein, emu oil) group, (radix paeoniae extract, emu oil) group, on the test day, scratching the depilatory part of the instep of the right lower limb of the guinea pig with coarse sandpaper, smearing the corresponding test samples respectively, after 1h, dripping histamine on the wound surface, and then dripping every 3 minutes until the guinea pig licks the right lower limb of the right lower limb.
Purpose of the experiment: the tolerance degree of the test sample to histamine is reflected by the concentration of histamine required by the guinea pig for licking the foot of the right lower limb, so that the effect comparison of the test sample on antihistaminic and anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory effects is obtained.
Study of the Effect of cosmetic raw materials on Histamine-induced scratchiness threshold in Guinea pigs
As can be seen in fig. 2, the combined extracts (radix paeoniae extract, hydrolyzed royal jelly protein, emu oil) group were at least 3.3 times higher than the other radix paeoniae extract groups, hydrolyzed royal jelly protein groups, emu oil groups, (hydrolyzed royal jelly protein, radix paeoniae extract), hydrolyzed royal jelly protein, emu oil) groups, (radix paeoniae extract, emu emu oil) group for the histamine-induced threshold of itch in guinea pigs. Has the effect close to the itch threshold value of medicinal hormone products such as dermatitis treatment and hydrocortisone.
Therefore, the radix paeoniae alba extract, the hydrolyzed royal jelly protein and the emu oil are used in a matching way, so that the synergy, the anti-allergy, the itching-relieving and the anti-inflammation effects are the highest.
Efficacy testing-anti-inflammatory effect:
the method comprises the following steps: spraying 0.1% histamine on the inner side of forearm, repeatedly scratching with fingernail or other blunt object to make the inner side skin of forearm have erythema, edema, and pruritus, dividing allergic region into 7 parts, applying examples 1-7 to the allergic region, and recording the time for relieving itching, eliminating swelling, and eliminating redness of examples 1-7, as shown in FIG. 3.
In fig. 3, the left part is 0.1% histamine sprayed on the skin, and then the skin is scratched manually to cause allergic reactions such as erythema, edema, pruritus and the like. In the middle, examples 1-7 were sequentially applied to the sensitive skin in divided portions, and the time to begin the desensitizing and itching relieving effect test was recorded. The right one is the time when the complete desensitizing and antipruritic effects are most rapidly achieved after the examples 1-7 are evenly spread on the skin, as shown in the following table:
examples Required itching-relieving swelling-eliminating red-removing time (min)
1 24
2 36
3 44
4 35
5 40
6 33
7 18
As can be seen, example 7 (Paeonia lactiflora root extract + hydrolyzed royal jelly protein + emu oil) takes the shortest time, only 18 minutes. The experiments prove that the peony root extracting solution, the hydrolyzed royal jelly protein and the emu emu oil are used together, so that the synergistic effect is achieved, and the anti-allergy, itching-relieving and inflammation-diminishing effective rates are highest.
Temperature resistance test

The experimental method comprises the following steps:
1. heating, mixing and rapidly cooling the E-phase grease to below 0 ℃ by adopting a capillary melting point test method, grinding, loading a sample (the middle of a melting point tube with two closed ends of about 10-12 cm in length is split, one open end is inserted into sample powder, the height of the loaded sample is about 3-4 mm, after the sample is reversely filled, the sample height is 2-3 mm), attaching the capillary tube loaded with the sample to a thermometer (the sample part is in the middle of a mercury bulb), putting the thermometer into a hot bath (the mercury bulb of the thermometer is in the middle of the hot bath, the mercury bulb cannot touch the bottom of a bottle and cannot leave the liquid level of the hot bath), roughly measuring the melting point, raising the temperature slightly quickly during rough measurement, generally 4-5 ℃ per minute until the sample is melted, recording the reading of the thermometer at the moment, and providing reference for accurately measuring the melting. The melting point (initial melting: solid shrinkage, initial melting when the sample begins to slump and appears in the liquid phase; total melting: complete disappearance of the solid to a transparent liquid, complete melting) was observed and the results (melting point range, i.e. initial melting to full melting temperature) were recorded.
2. The cold and hot circulation is 4 months, the heat resistance is set to be 48 +/-1 ℃ and the cold resistance is set to be-15 ℃ in the temperature changing box, and the setting time is 2, 4, 7, 10, 15 and 20 days. And carrying out alternate temperature change to simulate the worst conditions of the product during storage, transportation, production and manufacturing.
E-phase melting range, and cold and hot conditions are as follows:
Figure BDA0002542141380000112
therefore, the experiments prove that the phase E compounded by the hydrogenated castor oil behenyl ester and the trilaurin has the melting temperature close to 37 ℃ of a human body, and can prevent the material body from becoming turbid due to the dissolution of grease at high temperature.
Appearance test
Table 3 tests were carried out on the samples of example 13 to 15, example 13 (rapid cooling at 0 ℃ or lower for phase E), example 14 (rapid cooling at 0 ℃ to 5 ℃ for phase E), and example 15 (normal cooling for phase E)
Figure BDA0002542141380000121
Therefore, the experiments prove that the hydrogenated castor oil behenyl ester and the trilaurin compound E must be added after being rapidly cooled to below 0 ℃ when being added, so that the phenomenon that the material body is turbid due to dispersion in the oil stirring process is effectively prevented.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like that fall within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included therein.
