Abstract
The invention discloses a young silkworm collecting device, which comprises a feather duster structure, a plastic rod and a forceps structure; the feather duster structure and the tweezers structure are respectively arranged at two ends of the plastic rod; the feather duster structure comprises a feather duster head and a fixing piece; the forceps structure comprises forceps upper arms and forceps lower arms; the outer side of the upper arm of the forceps is provided with an anti-slip structure; and a rubber pad is arranged on the inner side of the lower arm of the forceps. The invention has the double functions of collecting 1-year silkworms and 2-year silkworms, has the advantages of no damage to silkworm bodies, convenient disinfection treatment, greatly improved labor efficiency of rearing of young silkworms and suitability for popularization and application in various silkworm areas, along with the operation method.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to development of a novel young silkworm collecting device, in particular to creation of a young silkworm collecting device.
Background
Silkworm (silkworm)Bombyx mori) Is an important economic insect and has been domesticated and raised for more than 8500 years. Silkworm is a completely metamorphic lepidopteran insect, and passes through four morphologically and physiologically completely different development stages of eggs, larvae, pupae, imagoes and the like in life. The nutrient intake is mainly to eat mulberry leaves during the larval stage. Silkworm larvae can be generally divided into 5 instars, namely 1 instar, 2 instar, 3 instar, 4 instar and 5 instar, wherein 1-3 instars are commonly called young silkworms and 4-5 instars are commonly called large silkworms.
The young silkworms hatched from silkworm eggs are called ant silkworms, the process of collecting and raising the young silkworms is called ant receiving, the process of enlarging the raising area of the young silkworms is called expanding, and the operation of enabling the silkworm rearing seats to be uniformly distributed is called uniform rearing. The ant harvesting is an operation process of collecting hatched newly-hatched silkworms, weighing the collected silkworms, fixing the collected silkworms to a silkworm basket, and feeding the silkworms with mulberry. The silkworm bodies of 1-2 years old are small and inconvenient to pick up directly by hands, and are generally treated by goose feathers and silkworm chopsticks (common bamboo chopsticks are used after one end is sharpened manually). With the promotion of large-scale silkworm breeding, the traditional goose feather and silkworm chopsticks cannot meet the production requirement, and the development of an integrated novel small silkworm collecting appliance with dual functions is urgently needed.
The invention discloses an innovation, namely an integrated novel young silkworm collecting tool is developed according to the production requirement.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention professionally develops a new silkworm collecting appliance with double functions, and solves the problems that goose feather and bamboo chopsticks are inconvenient to use and store and cannot meet the requirements of mass production.
The invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a young silkworm collecting device comprises a feather duster structure, a plastic rod and a forceps structure; the feather duster structure and the tweezers structure are respectively arranged at two ends of the plastic rod; the feather duster structure comprises a feather duster head and a fixing piece; the forceps structure comprises forceps upper arms and forceps lower arms; the outer side of the upper arm of the forceps is provided with an anti-slip structure; and a rubber pad is arranged on the inner side of the lower arm of the forceps.
In the invention, both ends of the plastic rod are respectively provided with a new young silkworm collecting appliance which integrates a feather duster structure and a tweezers structure into a whole and has double functions, the use is convenient, and the young silkworm collecting appliance can be randomly replaced according to production requirements; the hair duster head consists of a plurality of fiber bundles, the hair duster head is fixed on a fixing piece serving as a hair duster fixing neck, the specific fixing method is a conventional technology, young silkworms can be collected through the fiber bundles, and further, the fiber bundles consist of a fiber layer and an antistatic layer positioned on the outer side of the fiber layer, so that the young silkworms are prevented from being stuck on fibers and not falling off; furthermore, the feather duster head is of a conical structure, is similar to a feather pen head, is 1.5-2.0 cm long, has the diameter of a thick end of 0.8-1.2 cm, and is one end of the feather duster head arranged on the fixing piece, so that the feather duster head is favorable for attachment of the newly-hatched silkworms.
In the invention, the fixing piece and the plastic rod are selected conventionally according to the description of the invention, and the fiber bundle can be installed and connected with the feather duster structure and the tweezers structure, and plastic products are generally selected.
In the invention, the upper arms of the forceps are used for applying force, and the anti-slip structure arranged on the outer side can be anti-slip lines, so that fingers can be conveniently fixed; the lower forceps arm is used for clamping, the opening at the lowest end is a forceps mouth, namely the end part of the lower forceps arm is the forceps mouth and used for clamping a young silkworm, a rubber pad is arranged on the inner side of the lower forceps arm, the thickness of the rubber pad is 1-1.2mm, the silkworm body is prevented from being damaged by clamping when the forceps mouths are combined, further, an anti-skid texture structure is arranged on the inner side wall of the forceps mouth, the silkworm body is prevented from slipping off when the forceps mouths are combined, all operation force is very light, the forceps are stably fixed and the silkworm body is stably clamped under the existence of the anti-skid texture and the anti-skid texture structure, and meanwhile, the; furthermore, the length of the forceps structure is 15-25 cm, the outer diameter is 0.8-1.2 cm, and the outer diameter is the maximum outer diameter under the state of no force application; a forceps structure.

All parts and raw materials of the invention are conventional commercial products, and the specific manufacturing method and using method can be realized by adopting the conventional method according to the description of the invention.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1-2, the young silkworm collecting device of the invention is composed of a feather duster structure, a plastic rod 3 and a tweezers structure; the feather duster structure and the tweezers structure are respectively arranged at two ends of the plastic rod;
the feather duster structure consists of a feather duster head 1 and a fixing piece 2, wherein the feather duster head consists of a fiber bundle 41, and the method is a conventional method; the fiber bundle is a PE fiber bundle, the feather duster head is of a conical structure, is similar to a feather pen head, is 1.5 cm long and has a thick end diameter of 1.0 cm;
the forceps structure comprises forceps upper arms 4 and forceps lower arms 6; the outer side of the upper arm of the forceps is provided with an anti-skid structure 5 which is an anti-skid line; the inner sides of the lower arms of the tweezers are provided with two rubber pads 7 with the thickness of 1mm, the two rubber pads are preferably arranged and symmetrically distributed, and when the tweezers are clamped, the rubber pads are mutually abutted to ensure that the young silkworms are not damaged; the end part of the forceps lower arm is a forceps mouth 8, and an anti-skid texture structure 81 is arranged on the inner side wall of the forceps mouth; the forceps structure is made of PE material, and is in the shape of forceps, with a length of 20cm and an outer diameter of 1 cm.
The invention relates to an orientation of a young silkworm collecting device when the young silkworm collecting device is vertically placed and a feather duster head is upward. When the collector is actually used, the newly-opened silkworms are collected by the feather duster head or the nipper mouth according to the size of the silkworm body, and almost one amount of the newly-opened silkworms are collected through actual comparison.
Example two
On the basis of the first embodiment, the fiber bundle 41 is composed of the fiber layer 42 and the antistatic layer 43 located outside the fiber layer, and the rest is the same, that is, the antistatic layer is only arranged outside the fiber, see fig. 3, and can be prepared by a conventional dipping method; the absorption phenomenon of the young silkworms does not appear in the using process, but the absorption phenomenon of the young silkworms occasionally appears in the duster head of one embodiment.
The novel young silkworm collecting tool specially created by the invention has the double functions of collecting 1-year silkworms and 2-year silkworms, is simple in operation method, does not damage silkworm bodies, is beneficial to taking, collecting and operating of the tool and integral strength due to the existence of the plastic rods, is convenient for disinfection treatment, can greatly improve the labor efficiency of young silkworm breeding, and is suitable for popularization and application in various silkworm areas.
Claims (10)
1. A young silkworm collecting device is characterized by comprising a feather duster structure, a plastic rod and a forceps structure; the feather duster structure and the tweezers structure are respectively arranged at two ends of the plastic rod; the feather duster structure comprises a feather duster head and a fixing piece; the forceps structure comprises forceps upper arms and forceps lower arms; the outer side of the upper arm of the forceps is provided with an anti-slip structure; and a rubber pad is arranged on the inner side of the lower arm of the forceps.
2. The young silkworm collecting device according to claim 1, wherein the fiber bundle is composed of a fiber layer and an antistatic layer on the outer side of the fiber layer.
3. The young silkworm collecting instrument as claimed in claim 1, wherein the feather duster head has a tapered structure.
4. The young silkworm collecting instrument as claimed in claim 1, wherein the duster head has a length of 1.5-2.0 cm and a diameter of 0.8-1.2 cm at its butt end.
5. The young silkworm collecting tool as claimed in claim 1, wherein the anti-slip structure is an anti-slip texture.
6. The young silkworm collecting instrument as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rubber mat has a thickness of 1 to 1.2 mm.
7. The young silkworm collecting tool as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inner side wall of the end portion of the lower arm of the forceps is provided with an anti-slip thread structure.
8. The young silkworm collecting instrument as claimed in claim 1, wherein the forceps structure has a length of 15 to 25 cm and an outer diameter of 0.8 to 1.2 cm.
9. The young silkworm collecting tool as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rubber pad is two in number.
10. The young silkworm collection implement according to claim 9, wherein the two rubber pads are symmetrical.
