技术领域
本发明属于禽畜养殖的技术领域,具体涉及一种用于禽畜养殖舍的排风净化设备。
背景技术
随着中国禽畜养殖业的迅速发展,禽畜养殖的密度也越来越大,养殖舍内的有害气体会导致禽畜生长出现病症和生长缓慢的状态。尤其是冬季时,禽畜养殖场为了保证禽畜在成长过程中需要的适宜温度,常常会使禽畜养殖舍处于一个封闭的状态。在封闭状态下,禽畜养殖舍内不能进行通风换气,就会使氨气、二氧化碳、H2S、甲烷、一氧化碳等有害气体的浓度一直处在偏高的状态,较高浓度的这些有害气体会对禽畜的生长状况和健康状况造成一定的损害,会对养殖收益产生一定的损失。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种用于禽畜养殖舍的排风净化设备,其包括:净化剂供给装置、导流装置和风机。所述净化剂供给装置通过净化剂输送管连接所述导流装置,所述风机紧贴地固定设置在所述导流装置的一侧,所述导流装置的另一侧面朝着所述禽畜养殖舍的内部空间。所述导流装置包括框架主体、导流组件、透气物填充区、净化剂引流槽和净化剂喷洒管,所述导流组件设置在所述框架主体内,所述透气物填充区设置在所述导流组件的间隙空间中,所述净化剂引流槽设置在所述框架主体的上侧部,所述净化剂引流槽与所述导流组件流体连通,所述净化剂喷洒管位于所述净化剂引流槽的上方且所述净化剂喷洒管上正对着所述净化剂引流槽的周壁具有多个喷洒孔,所述净化剂喷洒管以能拆卸的方式与所述净化剂输送管连接。
优选地,所述导流组件包括竖向相互平行的若干导流板构件,所述透气物填充区位于相邻导流板构件之间的间隙空间中。
优选地,所述导流板构件选自多孔板、上面分布有孔洞的波纹板中的任一种。
优选地,所述导流装置的框架主体为矩形形状,尺寸是长1000mm、宽1000mm、厚200mm。

优选地,至少一个所述净化剂容器中盛装有微生物型发酵酸性净化剂,所述微生物型发酵酸性净化剂包含体积百分比为5%的复合菌种和体积百分比为95%的水,所述复合菌种由以下组分发酵制备得来:光合菌液40-50份、酵母菌液5-10份、乳酸菌液5-10份、饱和葡萄糖溶液35-40份。
优选地,所述微生物型发酵酸性净化剂通过以下步骤制备得来:(1)将按体积计的光合菌液40-50份、酵母菌液5-10份、乳酸菌液5-10份和饱和葡萄糖溶液35-40份充分混合,在好氧22-26℃条件下发酵7天;(2)再在光照条件下厌氧发酵15天,pH值达到4.0以下,菌总量达到10亿以上,得到复合菌种;(3)将步骤(2)的复合菌种稀释50倍,制得所述微生物型发酵酸性净化剂。
本发明提供的用于禽畜养殖舍的排风净化设备具有结构简单、操作方便等特点,能够用于对禽畜养殖舍进行快速、高效地排风净化,尤其适用于喷洒多种能兼容配合使用的净化剂,从而提高净化效率和净化质量。
本发明的排风净化设备中至少一个净化剂容器中盛装有微生物型发酵酸性净化剂,其中的微生物发酵后产生大量酶类,将其释放到养殖舍环境中后能够帮助降低空气中氨氮含量和硫化氢含量。微生物发酵代谢产生的抗菌素和有机酸能够帮助抑制病菌的繁殖,从而降低禽畜呼吸道疾病的发生。

具体实施方式
为了帮助更好地理解本申请的技术方案,以下将结合附图对本申请的具体实施方式进行详细的描述。
图1是本发明的一种用于禽畜养殖舍的排风净化设备的一种示例性结构示意图,该排风净化设备包括净化剂供给装置、导流装置和风机2。风机2与导流装置并排紧贴并固定在导流装置的背侧面(见图1和图2),导流装置的正面朝着禽畜养殖舍的内部空间。净化剂供给装置通过净化剂输送管3与导流装置连接并向导流装置供应液态净化剂。风机2能够连接外部电源,在外部电源驱动下运行时将导流装置内的液态净化剂吹入到养殖舍空间。
导流装置包括框架主体1、导流组件、净化剂引流槽11和净化剂喷洒管9。
导流组件设置在框架主体1内,导流组件包括竖向相互平行的多个导流板构件5和透气物填充区7,透气物填充区7位于相邻导流板构件5之间的间隙内。
净化剂引流槽11位于框架主体1的上侧面,且与导流组件流体连通,净化剂从净化剂引流槽11流入到导流板构件5和透气物填充区7。每个导流板构件5上具有贯穿该导流板构件5的厚度的若干导流孔6,这些导流孔6使得液态净化剂在导流板构件5和透气物填充区7内横向扩散,从而帮助液态净化剂在导流板构件5和透气物填充区7中分布得更均匀。
如图3所示,净化剂喷洒管9位于净化剂引流槽11的正上方并以能拆卸的方式与净化剂输送管3连接,净化剂喷洒管9的周壁上具有若干喷洒孔,这些喷洒孔正对着净化剂引流槽11。净化剂喷洒管9被喷洒管罩10罩住以防止净化剂溅洒浪费,净化剂喷洒管9上连接净化剂输送管3的接头部分露在喷洒管罩10的外部。
导流装置的框架主体1优选为矩形形状,尺寸优选为长1000mm、宽1000mm、厚200mm。
导流板构件5优选使用多孔板或波纹板(见图4),导流孔6均匀分布于整个板构件上,导流孔优选是蜂窝状的孔洞。相邻导流板构件5之间的间距优选为10mm。导流板构件5可以采用现有技术中已知的任何合适的材料,例如:耐腐蚀的金属诸如镀锌板、铝合金和不锈钢,PVC,湿强牛皮纸等。透气物填充区7内的透气填充物具有毛细孔结构,可以是现有技术中已知的任何合适的耐净化剂腐蚀的材料,例如玻璃纤维材料、尼龙纤维材料、PET纤维材料等。
净化剂供给装置包括多个净化剂容器。虽然图1示例性地示出了三个净化剂容器4,但是本领域技术人员应当理解,净化剂容器的数量并不仅限于三个,可以根据需要设置任何适当数量的净化剂容器。
如图1所示,三个净化剂容器4的出液口通过四通构件连接输送泵8的进液端,且每一个净化剂容器4的出液口处分别设置有阀构件。输送泵8的出液端连接净化剂输送管3。
各个净化剂容器4可以分别盛装有相同或者不同的净化剂溶液。优选地,至少一个净化剂容器4中盛装微生物型发酵酸性净化剂,其余的净化剂容器4中分别盛装有能与该微生物型发酵酸性净化剂配合使用和//或协同作用的任何其他类型的净化剂。微生物型发酵酸性净化剂由体积百分比为5%的复合菌种和体积百分比为95%的水组成,其中复合菌种是由以下组分发酵制备得来的:按体积计的光合菌液40-50份、酵母菌液5-10份、乳酸菌液5-10份、饱和葡萄糖溶液35-40份。
上述微生物型发酵酸性净化剂的制备过程如下:(1)将按体积计的光合菌液40-50份、酵母菌液5-10份、乳酸菌液5-10份和饱和葡萄糖溶液35-40份充分混合,在好氧22-26℃条件下发酵7天;(2)再在光照条件下厌氧发酵15天,至pH值达到4.0以下,菌总量达到10亿以上,优选100亿以上,得到复合菌种;(3)将步骤(2)的复合菌种稀释50倍,制得微生物发酵酸性净化剂。
上述构造的排风净化设备可以固定安装在养殖舍的墙体,也可以构造成是可移动的或便携式的,以便灵活地移动到需要处理的禽畜养殖舍进行排风净化操作。

Claims (9)
1.一种禽畜养殖舍的排风净化设备,其包括:净化剂供给装置、导流装置和风机,
所述净化剂供给装置通过净化剂输送管连接所述导流装置,所述风机紧贴地固定设置在所述导流装置的一侧,所述导流装置的另一侧面朝着所述禽畜养殖舍的内部空间,
所述导流装置包括框架主体、导流组件、净化剂引流槽和净化剂喷洒管,所述导流组件设置在所述框架主体内,所述净化剂引流槽设置在所述框架主体的上侧部,所述净化剂引流槽与所述导流组件流体连通,所述净化剂喷洒管位于所述净化剂引流槽的上方且所述净化剂喷洒管上正对着所述净化剂引流槽的周壁具有多个喷洒孔,所述净化剂喷洒管以能拆卸的方式与所述净化剂输送管连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的排风净化设备,其特征在于:所述导流组件包括竖向相互平行的若干导流板构件和透气物填充区,所述透气物填充区位于相邻导流板构件之间的间隙空间中。
3.根据权利要求2所述的排风净化设备,其特征在于:所述导流板构件选自多孔板、上面分布有孔洞的波纹板中的任一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的排风净化设备,其特征在于:所述导流装置的框架主体为矩形形状,尺寸是长1000mm、宽1000mm、厚200mm。
5.根据权利要求2或3所述的排风净化设备,其特征在于:相邻导流板构件之间的间距为10mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的排风净化设备,其特征在于:所述净化剂供给装置包括多个净化剂容器,每一个净化剂容器分别连通到所述净化剂输送管。
7.根据权利要求6所述的排风净化设备,其特征在于:所述净化剂供给装置包括三个净化剂容器,三个所述净化剂容器通过四通构件连接输送泵的进液端,所述输送泵的出液端连接所述净化剂输送管,且每一个所述净化剂容器的出液口处设置有阀构件。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的排风净化设备,其特征在于:至少一个所述净化剂容器中盛装有微生物型发酵酸性净化剂,所述微生物型发酵酸性净化剂包含体积比为5%的复合菌种和体积比为95%的水,所述复合菌种由以下组分发酵制备得来:光合菌液40-50份、酵母菌液5-10份、乳酸菌液5-10份、饱和葡萄糖溶液35-40份。
9.根据权利要求8所述的排风净化设备,其特征在于:所述微生物型发酵酸性净化剂通过以下步骤制备得来:
(1)将按体积计的光合菌液40-50份、酵母菌液5-10份、乳酸菌液5-10份和饱和葡萄糖溶液35-40份充分混合,在好氧22-26℃条件下发酵7天;
(2)再在光照条件下厌氧发酵15天,pH值达到4.0以下,菌总量达到10亿以上,得到复合菌种;
(3)将步骤(2)的复合菌种稀释50倍,制得所述微生物型发酵酸性净化剂。
