Description

塑料面板及其制作过程和设备
本发明涉及一种塑料面板。
目前,塑料面板在工业的各个分支中应用十分广泛,例如,用于车辆内部饰面、建筑物中、家具制造以及其他一些领域。
本发明的目的是提供一种上面所说类型的饰面板,靠简单并且容易形成的结构,面板的重量可以减轻,而其柔性、刚性和强度的品质得以改善。
本发明用这样一种前面所述类型的面板来达到上述的目的,这种面板由两张注册商标为Wood—Stock的片材构成,换言之,用两张由一种热塑材料(聚丙烯)填充以木粉或类似物质制成的片材构成,这两张片材具有限定边界的相互接触区域,这些接触区域可以任意分布,具有任何形状和尺寸,并且至少局部被具有空腔的区域所包围,在这些空腔区域中上述两张片材是相互分开的;这些空腔区域可以相互沟通,也可以不沟通。
每张Wood—Stock片材的厚度多在0.3到1.2mm的范围内,而最好是0.5到0.6mm。
在面板可见面的一张片材外侧,如果选用的话,还有面板层面的一张片材外侧,可以用一装饰片材蒙覆,例如,用布、织物、非织纤维品、人造革、胶粘三聚氰胺纸或类似物品蒙覆。
装饰片材,尤其是非织纤维品的重量可以在20g/m2到500g/m2的范围内。在一种可用并且是优先的成分组成中,这种片材由聚酯、粘胶丝、聚丙烯、尼龙、棉混合物、聚氯乙烯、三聚氰胺,或类似材料构成。
在一个实施例中,Wood—Stock片材中的一张基本上是平的,或做成一种形状,与其所要覆上去的或适配的表面相补,或者按照顾客所要求的形状,做成基本上是连续展开的,而另一张片材则要进一步加工成某种形状,使其在与第一张片材接触的一些区域有许多凹陷。视需要,制有一些凹陷的一张片材可以做面板的可见面,或者后面。
在另一实施例中,两张Wood—Stock片材都可以有许多凹陷,形成一些相互接触的区域。
根据本发明制作的面板,由于采用了这种结构,其重量与传统结构的Wood—Stock面板相比,可以减轻约10%到60%,结果节省了材料,降低了成本。
面板的这种特殊结构使其具有较大的柔性,而强度则大大增强。
虽然与传统的结构相比,重量是减轻了,而面板仍保持其刚性的特征。这种特殊结构还使得支承载荷的部分可以按需要改变,以使最关键的区域增强。
本发明还涉及一种制作上述面板的方法,它包括下面几个步骤:
加热Wood—Stock片材;
将下面一张片材馈给下压模;
插入至少一个吹气嘴,或者多个吹气嘴,将它们布置在下面一张Wood—Stock片材的外边缘的上方;
馈给第二张Wood—Stock片材,叠加在第一张Wood—Stock下片材之上,以使第二张片材位于吹气嘴末端的上方;
将两张Wood—Stock片材沿它们的外边缘相互部分地压紧,以使Wood—Stock片材沿外边缘形成充分密封的接口;
通过一个或多个吹气嘴将空气吹入两张片材之间,并将上压模与下压模闭合。
根据一项改进,Wood—Stock片材的一面或数面外装饰层,可以事先,例如在片材的挤出阶段中,加覆。
按照上述方法制作面板所用的设备包括一加热炉,接着是一成形模,它有两部分,可以相互压紧,而在下压模中,最好备有可移动的工具,将两张Wood—Stock片材沿它们的外边缘压紧。
根据本发明的上述制作面板用的方法和设备,可以用来形成有相互沟通的空腔的面板,也可以用来形成空腔隔开的面板,方法简易,比较快捷,并且所用空气量和吹气嘴数量都不大。

参阅图1,这是汽车乘员舱内饰的一块面板,特别是,举例来说,车顶内面板或同一类的面板,它具有称为Wood—Stock的薄片材1,2,换言之,用热塑材料,例如聚丙烯,填充木粉或同类物料制成的薄片材。
Wood—Stock片材的一张是大致平的,或制成某种形状,其表面是基本上连续展开的。另一张片材2制成这样的形状,即在其外侧有许多凹陷102,这些凹陷向相联系的片材伸出,以致上述凹陷102的底侧表面202,在面板之中与片材1相接触,并且两张片材1和2的内侧在上述表面202处固定在一起。

片材1和2在它们的外侧均有一装饰覆面,这覆面是一薄片材4。装饰片材4可以由任何材料,诸如织物、非织纤维品、人造革或类似材料构成。
装饰片材4最好用一种非织纤维品制成,这种材料的重量为20g/m2到500g/m2,它由聚酯、粘胶丝、聚丙烯、尼龙和棉混合物组成。
装饰片材4最好是在制作面板之前,尤其是在轧制Wood—Stock片材的阶段中,蒙覆在Wood—Stock片材上面,但这不是必需的,这样使得在制作面板时,Wood—Stock片材和所附加的装饰片材一起形成。
空腔3的深度可以从最小2mm变到最大50mm,视面板的用途而定。如果面板系用来作为车辆的内饰面,尤其是作为汽车内部车顶,最好使用厚度在5到7mm之间的Wood—Srock片材。
图2到4示根据本发明制作面板的过程的第一例。
两张热塑材料,即Wood—Stock的片材,两相反的面上均覆以装饰片材4,从两个卷筒6上展开出来,两张同时被馈送入加热炉7中,在炉中,片材1和2的未包覆的相对两侧之间设置有加热灯8。然后,两张被加热的片材1,2被馈送入成形站的两压模部分9,10之间。
如图3和4中的剖面所明显表明,两压模部分之一或两个,特别在本例中是下压模10,具有凸台11,向相对的压模突出,在本例中是向上压模9突出,上述凸台11被一些相互沟通的凹陷所包围。在所描述的例子中,上压模9大体上是平的,或者做成与面板可见形状相应的形状。
在两压模部分9,10之间留有一个或多个放置相应的吹气嘴12的位置,至少在它们外边缘的一点上以及在与凸台11之间的凹陷相沟通的一个区域中留有这种位置。
吹气嘴可以是一根套管或者类似的机件,它们可以插在放置在两个压模部分9,10间的两片材1,2之间。

参阅图5,压紧两张Wood—Stock片材1,2的外边缘的工具13,是与下压模10的每一对应的边相联系的,上述工具,在特定的情况下,包括几块支承板14,它们与下压模10的对应边用铰链相连接,所以它们可以绕一与相联系边平行的轴线,朝上压模转动。装在板14的自由端上的是压紧用的镶条15,它们突出于板之外,从而它们坐落于放置在下压模上的片材1,2的外边缘上,而将上述边缘夹在一起,并靠紧在下压模10的平的外边缘上。压紧用的镶条15可以用毡、聚四氟乙烯或类似的材料制成。它们压紧用的表面可以是斜的,而成为楔形,这有其好处,因为它可以渐进地和片材1,2的外边缘相结合并将它们压紧。压紧用的镶条15的相关端制成互补的形状,例如倾斜45°,以致它们在角部区域也坐落在片材1,2的上面。

Claims (18)
