本发明涉及加热塑料或有塑料涂层的金属制成的管状容器的开口端的内表面的装置,它使开口端本身的材料软化以便进行其后的加压密封。
所述管状容器,长颈瓶或类似物一般包括塑料或有塑料涂层的金属制成的管,其一端借助盖或类似物封闭以便容纳食品、化妆器、药品或类似产品。
大家知道,用于容纳食品、化妆品、药品或类似产品的带有盖的管是通过开口端借助自动注入机器灌装的。
所述管的开口端在灌装后借助各种技术封闭并密封,上述技术包括使用高频焊接,超声波焊接,或者借助爪焊接,所述爪被加热并使其接触待密封的容器开口端的内表面以便焊接起来。
在其它的情况中,所述管形端部的封闭是用下述方法进行的:在圆筒形管内引入一个适当的喷嘴,通过喷嘴使热空气吹向管端的内壁,使其内表面部分熔化、然后,借助适当的夹爪,相对于管的纵轴线横向地密封管的端部。
所有上述从外部向管的内壁加热,从而密封塑料管体的焊接方法都会使管的外壁软化,这使得在借助压力进行封闭的过程中,密封会相对于管的直径方面产生横向变形。
在实践中,人们已经注意到,高频焊接技术除复杂和成本高之外,还可能全部地作用在有复合层的金属和塑料管上。
另外,通过喷嘴或类似物将热空气吹至管的开口端内壁上的焊接方法可能有以下严重的缺点,即一部分热空气会在管内所装产品的方向通过,这样,即使设有保护件也可能使产品本身变质。
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种加热塑料管状容器开口端内表面的装置,它能克服现有各种装置的缺陷。
为解决这个技术问题,主要的目标是以一种均匀和可控的方式对管端的内表面进行加热,而无需对相应于内部受热表面的管的外表面进行冷却,因而具有实用而且经济的优点。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种加热装置,它能够通过与待密封的管端的圆筒内壁直接接触的方式传热,因而所要求的软化主要是在管端的内部区域,从而避免了管体的变形。
本发明的上述的和其它的目的从以下的描述中可更清楚地理解。按照本发明的加热塑料或有塑料涂层的金属制成的管状容器的开口端的内表面的装置包括一个加热头,该加热头具有相应于管状容器形状的横截面,并可轴向地沿着相应于待从内部软化的部分的一个部分插入管状容器的开口端并与其接触,所述加热头内设有加热电阻,并与在加热时将管抵压在加热头上的装置配合工作,因而借助直接接触传导方式将热量传至管状容器的内表面。
按照一个推荐实施例,所述抵压装置在加热头进入时并不作用在管上,该抵压装置包括一个刚性的环状体,该环状体保持同轴地固定于承受加热的容器端部,并设有分别用于在压力下提供和排放流体的孔,所述孔并入一个环形座,环形座中容纳一个弹形屈服材料如天然或合成橡胶等制成的套,所述套的形状使得其能够借助与环状体为整体的对面板抵靠住环形体,因而在压力下将流体引入环形座可使所述套在将加热和定心头引入管状容器中后在管的纵轴方向上作径向膨胀,因此,在加热头进入管状容器后,管状容器围绕加热头受到压迫。
按照另一个实施例,所述抵压装置包括至少一对爪,所述爪装在绕一条相对于管状容器纵轴固定的轴线转动的臂上;另外,所述加热头的端部可借助可互换的螺环构成,所述螺环具有不同的外径,并可通过适当的装置连接加热头的端部。

现参阅图1,2和3,本发明的加热装置包括一个加热头1,其内部设有电阻2,电阻2的定位可均匀加热所述加热头的圆周区域,在图示实例中,加热头呈圆筒形,但是可以具有相应于管状容器形状的形状。
所述加热头1安装在本身已知的因而未画出的自动机器上,且可借助已知的技术手段与预定的止动器一起轴向平动,以便轴向插在塑料制成的或具有塑料涂层的金属制成的已注入产品4的管状容器B,长颈瓶或类似物的开口端3α中;所述管状容器由前述自动密封机器的转动平台或类似物(未画出)竖直地支承在朝上的位置上。
所述加热头1的底端沿着基本相应于底端部分的一段,插入所述管状容器3的开口端3a中,以便使上述底端部软化,以便借助抓爪进行密封,抓爪沿着相对于管状容器的轴线的横向的一条线实施压焊。
加热头1的自由端1a基本呈圆锥形以便于其自己的圆筒形部分进入管状容器3。

为了保证管状容器的开口端3a和加热头1的端部之间在加热阶段的满意接触,图1和2中示出的抵压组件7圆轴地位于管状容器3的外部,所述抵压组件包括一个刚性的环状体7a,环状体7a保持同轴地固定于E承受加热的容器的开口端3a上,并设有孔7b和7c,分别地用于在压力下提供和排放流体;所述孔并入一个环形座7a,环形座7a容纳一个套8,套8是由弹性屈服材料如天然或合成橡胶制成的,其形状使其能够通过与环状体7a本身为整体的对面板8a抵紧环状体7a。
这样通过孔7b在压力下向环状座7d中引入流体会使套8(图3)在管状容器3的纵轴线方向上的径向膨胀,因而绕加热头1产生压力,有利于将热量均匀地传向管状容器的内表面。
在加热阶段结束时,加压流体通过孔7c排放,使套8弹性地缩入环状座;这样,管状容器3可以从与加热头的接合中松释开来,并被送走以便进行其后的密封。
按照本发明的一个替代实施例,如图4所示,准备插入管状容器3的开口端3a中以使其软化的加热头1的端部使用螺环101a可以制成可互换的方式,螺环101a设有阴螺纹101b,可啮合于在圆筒形体的端部上构成整体的减径部分1c上的相应的螺纹1b。
所述螺环101a的外径显然必须相应于待加热的管的内径,显然,以这种方式,只要简单地更换螺环101a就可以软化内径变化很大的各种管。
当管的直径变化时,为了限制再次装备机器的要求,所述抵压组件7可借助两个半圆筒形爪11a构成,半圆筒形爪11a装在绕一条轴线11b转动的臂11上,如图5和6所示,轴线11b相对于管来说是固定的。
在加热阶段中,使半圆筒形爪11a接触,然后压在管的开口端3a上;输送装置是公知的,因而未详细画出。
图7画出了本发明加热头1的另一个实施例,按照这个实施例,准备插入管状容器3的加热头端部包括扇形部分1001a,每个扇形部分1001a具有从中轴向穿过的电阻2;扇形部分1001a所借助圆锥形插件14的推动作用而在径向上移动,插件14通过公知的装置可在轴向上被驱动,上述公知装置反抗另一个例如弹性的公知装置的再现作用,使扇形部分返回至其初始位置,在初始位置上,这些扇形部分具有较小的直径。

上述实施例也可以设置或不设外部反接装置7,11。
最后,在加热头1中可共轴地形成一条通道12,所述通道12适用于在很小的压力下向圆筒形体的底部和产品4的表面之间的区域13引入惰性气体,这样就可以在加热阶段防止热量传至产品。
在将加热头1引入管状容器3中时,通道12也可用作加热头1端部和产品4的表面间区域中的空气的通路。
在加热结束时,借助抓爪进行管状容器3的软化丁的开口端3a的焊接,上述抓爪相继地布置在本身公知的自动密封机器上,图中未画自动密封机器,本文也不再赘述。
采用上述各推荐实施例中所述的装置,可以实现预定的目的和优点,较之使用热空气或高频和超声焊接的设备来说,降低了设备成本,特别是可容易地控制软化温度,无需一般由无接触传热系统提供的过剩的热量;因而减少了传递的热量,这样,在加热内表面的过程中无需对管状容器外表面进行冷却。

Claims (6)

1.加热塑料管状容器开口端内表面的装置,其特征在于:它包括一个加热和定心头(1),其横截面相应于所述管状容器的形状,并可轴向沿着相应于待从内部软化的部分(3a)的部分,插入管状容器(3)的开口端内并与其接触,所述加热头内部设有加热电阻(2),还设有在加热过程中将管状容器(3)抵压在加热头(1)上的装置以便借助直接接触传导将热量传至所述管状容器的内表面。
2.如权利要求1所述的加热装置,其特征在于:所述抵压装置(7)基本包括一个刚性的环状体(7a),所述环状体保持共轴地固定于承受加热的管状容器(3)的开口端(3a),并设有分别用于在压力下提供和排放流体的孔(7b,7c),所述孔合并在一环形座(7d)中,环形座(7d)容纳一个由弹性屈服材料如天然或合成橡胶或类似物制成的套(8),套(8)的形状使其能够借助与环状体(7a)本身为整体的对面板(8a)抵靠住环状体(7a),因而在压力下将流体引入环形座(7d)可以使套(8)在管状容器(3)的纵轴方向径向膨胀,因而使管状容器(3)围绕所述加热和定心头(1)受到压迫。
3.如权利要求1所述的加热装置,共特征在于:所述抵压装置包括至少一对爪(11a),所述爪(11a)安装在绕一条相对于管状容器(3)的纵轴线固定的轴线转动的臂(11)上。
4.如前述权利要求中的一项或多项所述的加热装置,其特征在于:用于管状容器(3)的开口端内表面(3a)的加热和定心的所述加热头由可互换的螺环(101a)构成,螺环具有不同的外径,并可借助于与从加热头(1)共轴地凸起的减轻螺柱上的相应螺纹啮合而连接于加热头(1)的端部。
5.按照前述各权利要求所述的加热装置,其特征在于:至少一个通道(12),与所述圆筒形加热头(1)共轴地形成,所述通道适于在将加热头(1)引入管状容器(3)时构成产品(4)和加热头(1)之间空间中的空气的通路,该通道(12)也适于在稍许压力下将惰性气体引入加热头(1)和其下的产品(4)之间的空间(13)。
6.如权利要求1中所述的加热装置,其特征在于:准备插入管和容器(3)的加热头的端部包括多个扇形部分(1001c),每个扇形部分具有从中轴向穿过的电阻(2),所述扇形部分(1001a)可借助一圆锥形插件(14)的推力作用在径向上移动,所述插件(14)则通过相应装置在轴向上被驱动,插件(14)反抗与扇形部分(1001a)配合动作的弹性装置的作用。
