When the partner wants to stop the remote meeting, a signal for stopping the remote meeting is transmitted to the host 220 through the communication unit 210, and the host 220 controls the status indicator 286 to flash or sound a light according to the signal for stopping the remote meeting, so as to inform the assisting user.
The status indicator 286 is disposed on the upper portion of the actuator 283 and the stopper 282, facing away from the side where the movable door 292 and the body 291 are hinged.
The signal generator further includes a stopper 282, the stopper 282 being provided on the body 291 to generate a meeting termination signal.
Referring to fig. 2, the stopper 282 is provided at a side of the body 291, and is away from a side where the movable door 292 is hinged with the body 291. After the assisting user presses the stopper 282, the host 220 transmits the meeting termination signal generated by the stopper 282 to the counterpart to inform the counterpart of the end of the remote meeting.
The signal generator further includes a cancel alarm 281, the cancel alarm 281 being provided on the body 291 to generate an alarm termination signal, the host 220 acquiring the alarm termination signal, and controlling the status indicator 286.
Referring to fig. 2, the elimination alarm 281 is provided at a side of the body 291, and is away from a side where the movable door 292 and the body 291 are hinged. The assisting user may press the cancel alarm 281 such that the cancel alarm 281 generates an alarm termination signal, upon which the host 220 controls the status indicator 286 to stop the alarm.
The stopper 282 is located between the elimination alarm 281 and the actuator 283 so as to assist the user in operating the elimination alarm 281, the stopper 282, and the actuator 283.
The remote meeting device further includes an audio/video collector 270, where the audio/video collector 270 is communicatively connected to the host 220 and is disposed in the accommodation space 293 to generate an audio/video signal, so that the host 220 obtains the audio/video signal.
Referring to fig. 2, the audio/video collector 270 is located above the display screen 260, and the audio/video collector 270 and the display screen 260 are disposed opposite to the seat 294, respectively. The audio/video collector 270 collects images and sounds of the limited user and generates corresponding audio/video signals, and the host 220 receives the audio/video signals and transmits the signals to the counterpart through the communication unit 210, and simultaneously displays the images and sounds of the counterpart through the display 260 for remote interviewing.
The remote interview device further includes an information display 240, and the information display 240 is communicatively connected to the communication unit 210 and is provided on the body 291 to execute the reservation information signal acquired through the communication unit 210.
Referring to fig. 2, the information display 240 is disposed at an upper portion of the body 291 and located at a side of the body 291 where the movable door 292 is disposed, the reservation information may be identity information of the restricted user, and the host 220 may control the information display 240 to reserve information to guide the restricted user into the corresponding remote interview device when acquiring the reservation information signal through the communication unit 210.
The communication unit 210 includes a 5G communicator 212 and a network switch 211. The 5G communicator 212 is communicatively connected to the network switch 211.
The 5G communicator 212, the network exchanger 211, the host 220 and the gateway 250 for internet of things are respectively disposed on the upper portion of the body 291 and are located at the rear portion of the information display 240, so that the installation space of the remote meeting device is effectively utilized, and the structure is more compact. The 5G communicator 212 transmits signals to the meeting opposite side through the 5G private network, establishes a private network on the 5G public network for encryption communication in order to ensure data security, and the VPN gateway realizes remote access through encryption of the data packet and conversion of the destination address of the data packet, so as to realize reliable and remote audio/video communication between the limited user and the opposite side.
Referring to fig. 2, the mark monitor 230 is disposed at an upper portion of the accommodation space 293, and in one example, the number of mark monitors 230 is two. Note that, the mark monitor 230 only records images, and does not collect sounds. And the audio and video signals collected by the audio and video collector 270 are sent to the other party through the intranet, so that the privacy of the limited user is effectively protected, and the legal rights and interests of the limited user are further maintained.
The body 291 has a square cross section, but is not limited thereto, such as a circular shape or an oval shape. The body 291 may be made of metal or nonmetal, and the movable door 292 may be made of transparent material, so that the material of the closure member 290 is not limited. And the communication unit 210, the host 220, the mark monitor 230, the internet of things gateway 250, the display screen 260, the signal generator and the like are conveniently and quickly installed on the sealing component 290, so that the remote meeting device has no special requirement on a physical field, and is beneficial to popularization of the remote meeting device.
The body 291 is internally provided with a sound insulation mechanism comprising a sound absorption layer, and the sound absorption layer is arranged on the inner wall of the body 291. By arranging the sound insulation mechanism, the content of the limited user cannot leak in the remote meeting, the privacy of the meeting is ensured, and the legal rights and interests of the limited user are maintained.
In summary, the remote meeting device is convenient to assemble and form and is not required by the arrangement sites, so that the remote meeting device can be widely popularized and applied, and the problem that the meeting sites are in shortage and the requirement of increasing the meeting quantity cannot be met is effectively solved. And by arranging the stopper 282, the starter 283 and the pedal button 287, the user can be assisted to start and stop the meeting, so that the requirement of managing the remote meeting of the limited user is met.
The remote meeting device can be used for a watching department, and the phenomenon that the number of people meeting is increased due to the shortage of meeting rooms can be effectively avoided by correspondingly increasing the number of the remote meeting devices. The limited user can be criminal suspects, the assisting user can be a policeman, the object of the limited user for remote meeting can be lawyer, and the meeting efficiency is effectively improved by setting the remote meeting device.
Wherein, the fixing member 2942 is provided on the armrest 2941 of the seat 294, the fixing member 2942 is implemented to fix the hand of the limited user, thereby realizing the action of limiting the limited user, the fixing member 2942 can be a handcuff provided on the armrest 2941, and the seat 294 is further fixedly installed in the accommodation space 293. Also, foot button 287 may secure the foot of a limited user.
As shown in fig. 3, the method for controlling the remote meeting device to execute the remote meeting in the limited environment includes the following steps:
s310: the switch detector senses the state of the movable door to generate a switch state signal, and the occupancy sensor senses the use state of the accommodating space to generate an occupancy state signal;
s320: the gateway of the Internet of things, which is in communication connection with the switch detector and the occupancy sensor, acquires the switch state signal and the occupancy state signal and transmits the switch state signal and the occupancy state signal to the communication unit, so that the host acquires the switch state signal and the occupancy state signal, and controls the mark monitor and the display screen.
The step S320 includes:
s321: the host acquires a switch state signal corresponding to the opening state of the movable door and an occupied state signal corresponding to the using state of the accommodating space, and controls the display screen to be lightened.
S322: the host acquires a switch state signal corresponding to the door closing state of the movable door and an occupied state signal corresponding to the using state of the accommodating space, and controls the mark-remaining monitor to record the video.
S327: the host acquires a switch state signal corresponding to the door closing state of the movable door and an occupied state signal corresponding to the unused state of the accommodating space, controls the display screen to be turned off, and controls the mark-remaining monitor to stop video recording.
Between step S322 and step S327, the remote meeting method further includes:
s323: the starter of the gateway device of the Internet of things is in communication connection with the gateway device of the Internet of things, and responds to the execution operation to generate a meeting starting signal so that a host obtains the meeting starting signal;
and the audio and video collector which is in communication connection with the host generates audio and video signals so that the host can acquire the audio and video signals.
The assisting user generates a meeting starting signal by executing a trigger starter operation, and the host sends the meeting starting signal to the opposite party through the communication unit so as to inform the opposite party of carrying out remote meeting. After the other party of the meeting party receives the meeting starting signal, the meeting party initiates a meeting application through the opposite party, at the moment, the display screen enters a meeting picture, and the audio and video collector collects images and sounds of the limited user to generate audio and video signals, so that remote meeting of the two parties is realized.
S324: and the pedal button in communication connection with the gateway of the Internet of things responds to the execution operation to generate an alarm signal so that the host acquires the alarm signal and controls the status indicator in communication connection with the gateway of the Internet of things.
The limited user generates an alarm signal by executing the operation of triggering the foot button, and after the host acquires the alarm signal, the host controls the state indicator to flash or whistle so as to inform the assisted user.
Further, the meeting party ends the meeting operation through the triggering of the opposite end, so that the host controls the state indicator lamp to flash or whistle.
S325: and the stopper which is in communication connection with the gateway of the Internet of things responds to the execution operation to generate a meeting termination signal so that the host acquires the meeting termination signal.
After the user is assisted to find that the indicator lamp blinks or whishes, the host computer sends the meeting termination signal to the opposite end of the meeting through the communication unit by executing the operation of triggering the stop device to generate the meeting termination signal.
S326: and the elimination alarm connected with the gateway of the Internet of things responds to the execution operation to generate an alarm termination signal so that the host acquires the alarm termination signal and controls the state indicator.
The host computer obtains the alarm termination signal and then controls the state indicator to stop the flashing or whistling of the indicator light.
Prior to step S310, the remote meeting method further includes:
an information display communicatively coupled to the communication unit executes the reservation information signal acquired by the communication unit.
The remote meeting method is used for controlling the remote meeting device to execute the remote meeting method, so that the beneficial effects brought by the remote meeting method adopt the embodiment.

Claims (16)

1. The remote meeting system under the limited environment is characterized by comprising a communication unit, a host unit, a mark-keeping monitoring unit, an Internet of things gateway unit, a display screen unit and a signal generating unit, wherein the host unit, the mark-keeping monitoring unit and the Internet of things gateway unit are in communication connection with the communication unit, the signal generating unit is in communication connection with the Internet of things gateway unit, and the Internet of things gateway unit acquires signals generated by the signal generating unit and transmits the signals to the communication unit so that the host unit acquires the signals;
the signal generation unit comprises an occupancy sensor module and a switch detection module, wherein the occupancy sensor module can generate an occupancy state signal, the switch detection module can generate a switch state signal, and the host unit acquires the occupancy state signal and the switch state signal and controls the mark-remaining monitoring unit and the display screen unit;
the signal generation unit also comprises a starting module, wherein the starting module responds to an execution operation to generate a corresponding meeting starting signal;
the signal generating unit further comprises a state indicating module and a pedal button module, wherein the pedal button module responds to an execution operation to generate a corresponding alarm signal, and the host unit acquires the alarm signal and controls the state indicating module.
2. The remote meeting system of claim 1 wherein the signal generating unit further comprises a stop module that generates the corresponding meeting termination signal in response to an execution operation.
3. The remote meeting system of claim 1 wherein the signal generating unit further comprises a cancellation alarm module responsive to an execution operation to generate a corresponding alarm termination signal, the host unit obtaining the alarm termination signal and controlling the status indication module.
4. The remote meeting system of claim 1, further comprising an audio-video acquisition unit communicatively coupled to the host unit, the audio-video acquisition unit capable of generating an audio-video signal to cause the host unit to transmit the audio-video signal via the communication unit.
5. The remote interview system of claim 1, further comprising an information display unit communicatively coupled to the communication unit, the host unit acquiring a reservation information signal via the communication unit to cause the information display unit to execute the reservation information signal.
6. A remote meeting device in a confined environment, comprising:
a closing assembly, wherein the closing assembly comprises a body and a movable door, the body is provided with an accommodating space and an opening communicated with the accommodating space, and the movable door is arranged at the opening;
the system comprises a communication unit, a host, a mark monitor, an Internet of things gateway, a display screen and a signal generator, wherein the host, the mark monitor and the Internet of things gateway are in communication connection with the communication unit, the signal generator is in communication connection with the Internet of things gateway, and the Internet of things gateway acquires signals generated by the signal generator and transmits the signals to the communication unit so that the host acquires the signals; the signal generator comprises an occupancy sensor and a switch detector, the communication unit, the host, the Internet of things gateway and the switch detector are respectively arranged on the body, the switch detector and the movable door are oppositely arranged and are used for sensing the state of the movable door and generating a switch state signal, the occupancy sensor is arranged in the accommodating space and is used for sensing the use state of the accommodating space and generating an occupancy state signal, the host acquires the switch state signal and the occupancy state signal and controls the mark monitor and the display screen, and the mark monitor and the display screen are arranged in the accommodating space;
the signal generator further comprises an initiator, and the initiator is arranged on the body to generate a meeting starting signal;
the signal generator further comprises a status indicator and a foot button, the foot button is arranged in the accommodating space to generate an alarm signal, the host acquires the alarm signal and controls the status indicator, and the status indicator is arranged on the body.
7. The remote meeting device of claim 6, wherein the signal generator further comprises a stopper disposed on the body to generate a meeting termination signal.
8. The remote meeting device of claim 6, wherein the signal generator further comprises a cancellation alarm disposed on the body to generate an alarm termination signal, the host acquiring the alarm termination signal to control the status indicator.
9. The remote meeting device of claim 6, further comprising an audio-video collector communicatively coupled to the host and disposed within the receiving space to generate an audio-video signal for the host to obtain the audio-video signal.
10. The remote meeting device of claim 6, further comprising an information display communicatively coupled to the communication unit and disposed on the body to perform the reservation information signal acquired by the communication unit.
11. The remote meeting device of claim 6, further comprising a seat disposed within the receiving space.
12. A remote meeting method based on the remote meeting device according to any of claims 6 to 11, comprising the steps of:
the switch detector senses the state of the movable door to generate a switch state signal, and the occupancy sensor senses the state of the accommodating space to generate an occupancy state signal;
the gateway of the internet of things, which is in communication connection with the switch detector and the occupancy sensor, acquires the switch state signal and the occupancy state signal and transmits the switch state signal and the occupancy state signal to the communication unit, so that the host acquires the switch state signal and the occupancy state signal and controls the mark monitor and the display screen;
the remote meeting method further comprises the following steps:
the starter of the gateway device of the Internet of things is in communication connection with the starter to respond to the execution operation to generate a meeting starting signal so that the host obtains the meeting starting signal;
and the pedal button in communication connection with the gateway of the Internet of things responds to the execution operation to generate an alarm signal so that the host acquires the alarm signal and controls the status indicator in communication connection with the gateway of the Internet of things.
13. The remote meeting method of claim 12, wherein the remote meeting method further comprises:

and the elimination alarm connected with the gateway of the Internet of things responds to the execution operation to generate an alarm termination signal so that the host acquires the alarm termination signal and controls the state indicator.
15. The remote meeting method of claim 12, wherein the remote meeting method further comprises:
and the audio and video collector which is in communication connection with the host generates audio and video signals so that the host can acquire the audio and video signals.
16. The remote meeting method of claim 12, wherein the remote meeting method further comprises:
an information display communicatively coupled to the communication unit executes the reservation information signal acquired by the communication unit.
