Referring to fig. 2, the trace monitor 230 is disposed at an upper portion of the accommodating space 293, and in one example, the number of the trace monitors 230 is two. Note that the trace monitor 230 records only images and does not capture sound. And the audio and video signals collected by the audio and video collector 270 are sent to the other side through the intranet, so that the privacy of the limited user is effectively protected, and the legal rights and interests of the limited user are further maintained.

After the assistant user finds that the indicator light flashes or whistles, the host computer sends the meeting termination signal to the meeting opposite end through the communicator by executing the operation of the trigger stopper to generate the meeting termination signal.
S326: and the elimination alarm connected with the Internet of things gateway responds to the execution operation to generate an alarm termination signal so that the host acquires the alarm termination signal and controls the state indicator.

Claims (22)

1. A remote meeting system under a limited environment is characterized by comprising a communication unit, a host unit, a trace monitoring unit, an Internet of things gateway unit, a display screen unit and a signal generation unit, wherein the host unit, the trace monitoring unit and the Internet of things gateway unit are in communication connection with the communication unit, the signal generation unit is in communication connection with the Internet of things gateway unit, and the Internet of things gateway unit acquires a signal generated by the signal generation unit and transmits the signal to the communication unit so that the host unit acquires the signal;
the signal generation unit comprises an occupation sensor module and a switch detection module, the occupation sensor module can generate an occupation state signal, the switch detection module can generate a switch state signal, and the host unit acquires the occupation state signal and the switch state signal and controls the trace-remaining monitoring unit and the display screen unit.
2. The remote meeting system of claim 1, wherein the signal generating unit further comprises an initiating module, the initiating module being responsive to an execution operation to generate a corresponding meeting initiating signal.

The remote interview system of claim 1 wherein said signal generating unit further comprises a status indication module and a foot-operated button module, said foot-operated button module being responsive to an execution operation to generate a corresponding alarm signal, said host unit obtaining said alarm signal and controlling said status indication module.
4. The remote meeting system of claim 3, wherein the signal generating unit further comprises a stopping module, the stopping module being responsive to an execution operation to generate a corresponding meeting termination signal.
5. The remote meeting system of claim 3, wherein the signal generating unit further comprises a dismissal alarm module, the dismissal alarm module being responsive to an execution operation to generate a corresponding alarm-terminating signal, the host unit obtaining the alarm-terminating signal and controlling the status indicating module.
6. The remote interview system of claim 1 further comprising an audio/video acquisition unit in communication with the host unit, the audio/video acquisition unit capable of generating an audio/video signal to enable the host unit to send the audio/video signal through the communication unit.
7. The remote meeting system of claim 1, further comprising an information display unit, wherein the information display unit is communicatively coupled to the communication module, and wherein the host unit obtains a reservation information signal through the communication unit to cause the information display unit to execute the reservation information signal.
8. A remote meeting device in a restricted environment, comprising:
a closing component, wherein the closing component comprises a body and a movable door, the body is provided with an accommodating space and an opening communicated with the accommodating space, and the movable door is mounted at the opening;
the main machine, the trace monitor and the Internet of things gateway are in communication connection with the communicator, the signal generator is in communication connection with the Internet of things gateway, and the Internet of things gateway acquires a signal generated by the signal generator and transmits the signal to the communication unit so that the main machine acquires the signal; the signal generator comprises an occupation inductor and a switch detector, the communicator, the host, the Internet of things gateway and the switch detector are respectively arranged on the body, the switch detector and the movable door are oppositely arranged and used for sensing the state of the movable door and generating a switch state signal, the occupation inductor is arranged in the accommodating space and used for sensing the using state of the accommodating space and generating an occupation state signal, the host acquires the switch state signal and the occupation state signal and controls the trace-remaining monitor and the display screen, and the trace-remaining monitor and the display screen are arranged in the accommodating space.
9. The remote meeting device of claim 8, wherein the signal generator further comprises an actuator disposed on the body to generate a meeting initiating signal.

The remote meeting device of claim 8, wherein the signal generator further comprises a status indicator and a foot button, the foot button being disposed in the receiving space to generate an alarm signal, the host computer obtaining the alarm signal and controlling the status indicator, the status indicator being disposed on the body.
11. The remote meeting device of claim 10, wherein the signal generator further comprises a stopper provided on the body to generate a meeting termination signal.
12. The remote meeting device of claim 10, wherein the signal generator further comprises a cancellation alarm disposed on the body to generate an alarm termination signal, the host computer obtaining the alarm termination signal and controlling the status indicator.
13. The remote interview device of claim 8, further comprising an audio/video collector in communication with the host and disposed in the receiving space to generate audio/video signals, such that the host can obtain the audio/video signals.
14. The remote meeting device of claim 8, further comprising an information display communicatively coupled to the communicator and configured to execute the appointment information signal obtained through the communicator on the body.
15. The remote meeting device of claim 8, further comprising a seat disposed within the receiving space.
16. A method for remote interview in a restricted environment, comprising the steps of:
the switch detector senses the state of the movable door to generate a switch state signal, and the occupancy sensor senses the state of the accommodating space to generate an occupancy state signal;
