A wallboard identification system, comprising: adding an information code to a wallboard production material, wherein the information code is associated with an operator for processing the wallboard production material, the operator corresponds to a personnel information code, and the information code and the personnel information code are combined to form a finished product information code;
and analyzing the finished product information code on the wallboard through a reading device to obtain information related to wallboard production.
2. The wallboard identification mode of claim 1, wherein the wallboard production material comprises a keel, a gypsum board and glass wool, identification information codes are added on the keel and the gypsum board, and manual recording information codes are added on the glass wool.
3. The wallboard identification mode of claim 2, wherein the identification information code on the keel and the identification information code on the gypsum board are combined into a first combination information code, and the first combination information code comprises information of the identification information code of the keel and the identification information code of the gypsum board.
4. The wall panel identification method according to claim 3, wherein the first combination information code and the manual entry information code are combined into a second combination information code, and the second combination information code includes information of the first combination information code and the manual entry information code.
5. The wall panel identification mode according to claim 4, wherein the personnel information code comprises personnel identity information and personnel work information.
6. The wall panel identification mode according to claim 5, wherein a product information code is further added to the wall panel production material, and the product information code comprises product size information and product processing parameters.
