Further, in order to facilitate the rotational adjustment of the supporting member 51 and the mounting seat 62, the space photographing device further includes a first adjusting knob 10 and a second adjusting knob 11, the first adjusting knob 10 is detachably connected to the supporting member 51 and is disposed between the top of the base 1 and the bottom wall of the photographing box 2 so as to facilitate the rotation of the supporting member 51, and the second adjusting knob 11 is detachably connected to one end of the mounting seat 62 so as to facilitate the rotation of the mounting seat 62.
In this embodiment, the first adjusting knob 10 and the second adjusting knob 11 are detachably connected to the supporting member 51 and the mounting seat 62 by fixing pins, respectively.
Further, it is accurately known whether the rotation angle of the support 51 is 90 degrees for convenience, so that the front view of the four side wall surfaces of the product is photographed. The space shooting device further comprises a limiting device 12, the limiting device 12 comprises a limiting member 121, an elastic member 122 and a fixing member 123, the limiting member 121 is designed to be a step rod-shaped structure, a first end of the limiting member 121 is a spherical part, the limiting member 121 is provided with a first accommodating cavity 1211 with an opening at a second end, the first adjusting knob 10 is provided with a step through hole 101, the limiting member 121 is slidably disposed in the step through hole 101, the fixing member 123 is screwed to the second end of the step through hole 101, the elastic member 122 is disposed in the first accommodating cavity 1211, one end of the first holding cavity 1211 abuts against the end of the first holding cavity, the other end abuts against the fixing member 123, the top of the base 1 is provided with a plurality of spherical grooves 100 matched with the spherical part, and the spherical part can extend out of the first end of the step through hole 101 and go deep into the spherical groove 100 to limit the supporting member 51.
Specifically, in this embodiment, four spherical grooves 100 are uniformly distributed on the top of the base 1, and in the initial state, the spherical portion is clamped into the spherical groove 100, and then the supporting member 51 is subsequently rotated to clamp the spherical portion into different spherical grooves 100, so that the front views of four side wall surfaces of the product can be captured. In the rotation adjustment process of the supporting member 51, in an initial state, the spherical portion is clamped into the spherical groove 100, when the first adjusting knob 10 is rotationally adjusted, under the action of an external force and the common action force of the spherical groove 100, the spherical portion can slide into the step through hole 101, at this time, the elastic member 122 is in a compressed state, and when the limiting member 121 rotates to the next position of the spherical groove 100, under the action of the elastic force of the elastic member 122, the spherical portion can be clamped into the spherical groove 100, so that the limiting of the supporting member 51 is realized.
In this embodiment, the elastic member 122 is preferably a compression spring, and the fixing member 123 is preferably a headless screw. The second adjusting knob 11 is also provided with a limiting device 12, the size of the limiting device is matched with that of the second adjusting knob 11, and the sliding seat 61 is correspondingly provided with four spherical positioning grooves.
Further, to facilitate the sliding adjustment of the sliding seat 61, thereby satisfying the use requirement of the second suction cup device 7. The space shooting device further comprises a screw rod motor 13 and a guide rod 14, wherein the screw rod motor 13 and the guide rod 14 are both installed on the outer side of the second side wall and are respectively arranged at two ends of the sliding seat 61, the guide rod 14 is in sliding connection with the sliding seat 61, and the screw rod motor 13 is in driving connection with the sliding seat 61 so that the sliding seat 61 can slide up and down. The screw rod on the screw rod motor 13 rotates to drive the sliding seat 61 to slide up and down along the guide rod 14.
Further, in order to make the shooting background clearly distinguishable from the color of the shot product, the subsequent processing of the shot picture is facilitated. Specifically, in this embodiment, both ends of the background cloth 15 are fixed to the first winding rod 16 and the second winding rod 17 by adhesive. When the color of the background cloth 15 used currently needs to be changed, the conversion of different colors on the background cloth 15 can be realized only by rotating and adjusting the first rolling rod 16 or the second rolling rod 17, so that the use requirement is met.
Further, in order to facilitate the rotation adjustment of the first winding rod 16 or the second winding rod 17, the space photographing device further comprises a handle 18, wherein the handle 18 is correspondingly and fixedly arranged at the end portions of the first winding rod 16 and the second winding rod 17 so as to facilitate the rotation of the first winding rod 16 and the second winding rod 17.

Claims (8)

1. A space shooting device is used for shooting products and is characterized by comprising a base (1), a shooting box (2), a first sliding frame (3), a camera (4), a first sucker device (5), a second sliding frame (6) and a second sucker device (7);
the photographing box (2) is fixedly arranged on the base (1), a photographing space (21) with an opening in the front side is arranged on the photographing box (2), a first sliding groove (22) is formed in a first side wall of the photographing box (2), a second sliding groove (23) is formed in a second side wall of the photographing box, and the first side wall is adjacent to the second side wall;
the first sliding frame (3) is slidably arranged on the first sliding groove (22), and a placing cavity (310) is arranged on the first sliding frame (3);
the camera (4) is placed in the placing cavity (310) to take pictures of the product;
the first suction cup device (5) comprises a support piece (51) and a first vacuum suction cup (52), the support piece (51) is rotatably connected to the base (1), the first end of the support piece penetrates through the bottom wall of the photographing box (2) and extends into the photographing space (21), and the first vacuum suction cup (52) is detachably mounted on the first end of the support piece (51) to suck a product so as to bring convenience to photographing;
the second sliding frame (6) comprises a sliding seat (61) and a mounting seat (62) which is rotatably connected to the sliding seat (61), and the sliding seat (61) can be arranged on the outer side of the second side wall in a sliding mode;
the second sucker device (7) comprises an air cylinder (71) and a second vacuum sucker (72), the air cylinder (71) is installed on the installation seat (62), a piston rod of the air cylinder penetrates through the second sliding groove (23) to extend into the photographing space (21), the second vacuum sucker (72) is detachably installed at the end part of the piston rod to suck the product to be convenient for photographing, and the first sucker device (5) and the second sucker device (7) are respectively provided with a vacuum pressure sensor.

A space camera according to claim 1, characterized in that the first carriage (3) comprises a support block (31) and a sliding block (32), the sliding block (32) is of dovetail-shaped structure and is matched with the first sliding groove (22), one end of the sliding block (32) extends to the outside of the first side wall and is detachably connected with the support block (31), one end of the support block (31) abuts against the outside of the first side wall, and the placing cavity (310) is arranged on the support block (31).

The space shooting device of claim 2, further comprising a permanent magnetic chuck (8) and a metal block (9), wherein an installation groove is formed on the outer side of the first side wall, the metal block (9) is fixedly arranged in the installation groove, the end surface of the metal block is flush with the outer side surface of the first side wall, and the permanent magnetic chuck (8) is fixedly arranged on the supporting block (31) and can be adsorbed on the metal block (9).

A space camera according to claim 1, further comprising a first adjusting knob (10) and a second adjusting knob (11), wherein the first adjusting knob (10) is detachably connected to the support member (51) and is disposed between the top of the base (1) and the bottom wall of the photographing box (2) so as to rotate the support member (51), and the second adjusting knob (11) is detachably connected to one end of the mounting seat (62) so as to rotate the mounting seat (62).

The space shooting device of claim 4, further comprising a limiting device (12), wherein the limiting device (12) comprises a limiting member (121), an elastic member (122) and a fixing member (123), the limiting member (121) is designed to be a stepped rod-shaped structure, a first end of the limiting member (121) is a spherical portion, the limiting member (121) is provided with a first accommodating cavity (1211) with an open second end, the first adjusting knob (10) is provided with a stepped through hole (101), the limiting member (121) is slidably disposed in the stepped through hole (101), the fixing member (123) is screwed to the second end of the stepped through hole (101), the elastic member (122) is disposed in the first accommodating cavity (1211), one end of the elastic member abuts against the end of the first accommodating cavity (1211), the other end of the elastic member abuts against the fixing member (123), the top of the base (1) is provided with a spherical groove (100) matched with the spherical portion, spherical groove (100) are equipped with a plurality ofly, and the circumference equipartition is on base (1) top, but the first end outside of step through-hole (101) can be stretched out to spherical portion to go deep into in spherical groove (100) to carry out spacing to support piece (51).

The space shooting device of claim 1, further comprising a lead screw motor (13) and a guide rod (14), wherein the lead screw motor (13) and the guide rod (14) are both installed at the outer side of the second side wall and are respectively arranged at two ends of the sliding seat (61), the guide rod (14) is slidably connected with the sliding seat (61), and the lead screw motor (13) is drivingly connected with the sliding seat (61) so as to enable the sliding seat (61) to slide up and down.

The space shooting device according to claim 1, further comprising a background cloth (15), a first rolling rod (16) and a second rolling rod (17), wherein a second accommodating cavity (211) and a third accommodating cavity (212) are further arranged in the shooting space (21), the second accommodating cavity (211) and the third accommodating cavity (212) are both arranged at one end far away from the first side wall and are respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the shooting space (21), the first rolling rod (16) is rotatably arranged in the second accommodating cavity (211), the second rolling rod (17) is rotatably arranged in the third accommodating cavity (212), one end of the background cloth (15) is fixed on the first rolling rod (16), the other end of the background cloth is fixed on the second rolling rod (17) and can be rolled on the first rolling rod (16) or the second rolling rod (17), the background cloth (15) is sequentially connected in multiple sections, and the color of each section is different, and the length dimension is larger than the height dimension of the photographing space (21).
8. A space camera according to claim 7, further comprising a handle (18), wherein the handle (18) is fixedly arranged at the end of the first winding rod (16) and the second winding rod (17) correspondingly so as to rotate the first winding rod (16) and the second winding rod (17).
