Abstract
本发明公开了一种防尘链条,由若干个链节单元前后连接组合构成,任意一个链节单元均包括链条座、链节、销轴,链节置于链条座的上下板之间,链节两头通过销轴分别与前后链条座紧固连接,链节包括上下链片和其间的轴承,轴承套设在销轴外,轴承和销轴间置有耐磨套,链节上链片的两头分别有一个独立的蝶形弹片套设在销轴上,链节上链片上设有轴承注油口,轴承和链节下链片之间设有密封垫,蝶形弹片为空心圆台状结构,蝶形弹片上端圆周贴合链条座上板,下端圆周贴合链节的上链片且完全覆盖住上链片上的销轴孔,蝶形弹片的下端圆周处设有一凸板,凸板上设有插入轴承注油口的凸起。本发明中可以有效阻挡灰尘进入轴承注油口,延长链条的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及印染领域,尤其涉及一种防尘链条。
背景技术
专利号为“CN208997263U”的专利公开了一种防尘链条,但该专利中的在轴承注油口处会堆积灰尘,堆积的灰尘会在加注油脂时进入到轴承内部,导致高速运转发热、卡死等问题,影响轴承使用寿命。另外有些特殊布料在高温工况下会产生油性物质,进入轴承导致高温润滑脂溢出,影响链条使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种仿真步态四足机械木牛流马。
本发明的创新点在于本发明中可以有效阻挡灰尘或油性物质进入轴承注油口,延长链条的使用寿命。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种防尘链条,由若干个链节单元前后连接组合构成,任意一个链节单元均包括链条座、链节、销轴,链节置于链条座的上下板之间,链节两头通过销轴分别与前后链条座紧固连接,链节包括上下链片和其间的轴承,轴承套设在销轴外,轴承和销轴间置有耐磨套,链节上链片的两头分别有一个独立的蝶形弹片套设在销轴上,链节上链片上设有轴承注油口,所述轴承和链节下链片之间设有密封垫,所述蝶形弹片为空心圆台状结构,所述蝶形弹片上端圆周贴合链条座上板,下端圆周贴合链节的上链片且完全覆盖住上链片上的销轴孔,所述蝶形弹片的下端圆周处设有一凸板,所述凸板上设有插入轴承注油口的凸起。
进一步地,所述凸板自由端部向蝶形弹片上端圆周一侧翘起。使得打开轴承注油口时方便操作。
进一步地,所述凸板两边均设有若干凹槽。使得用工具推动蝶形弹片的凸板时有卡接点,不易打滑。
进一步地,所述密封垫为圆环形密封垫。减少轴承内油脂的流失。
本发明的有益效果是 :
1、本发明中可以有效阻挡灰尘或油性物质进入轴承注油口,延长链条的使用寿命。
2、本发明中凸板自由端部向链条座上板处翘起使得打开轴承注油口时方便操作。
3、本发明中凸板两边均设有若干凹槽使得用工具推动蝶形弹片的凸板时有卡接点,不易打滑。

实施例1:如图1、2、3、4所示,一种防尘链条,由若干个链节单元前后连接组合构成,任意一个链节单元均包括链条座1、链节2、销轴3,链节2置于链条座1的上下板之间,链节2两头通过销轴3分别与前后链条座1紧固连接,链节2包括上下链片和其间的轴承4,轴承4套设在销轴3外,轴承4和销轴3间置有耐磨套5,链节2上链片的两头分别有一个独立的蝶形弹片6套设在销轴3上,链节2上链片2.1上设有轴承注油口7,轴承3和链节下链片2.2之间设有密封垫8,密封垫8为圆环形密封垫;蝶形弹片6为空心圆台状结构,蝶形弹片6上端圆周贴合链条座上板1.1,下端圆周贴合链节的上链片2.1且完全覆盖住上链片2.1上的销轴孔,蝶形弹片6的下端圆周处设有一凸板9,凸板9上设有插入轴承注油口7的凸起9.1,凸板9自由端部向蝶形弹片6上端圆周处翘起,凸板9两边均设有若干凹槽10。

1.一种防尘链条,由若干个链节单元前后连接组合构成,任意一个链节单元均包括链条座、链节、销轴,链节置于链条座的上下板之间,链节两头通过销轴分别与前后链条座紧固连接,链节包括上下链片和其间的轴承,轴承套设在销轴外,轴承和销轴间置有耐磨套,链节上链片的两头分别有一个独立的蝶形弹片套设在销轴上,链节上链片上设有轴承注油口,所述轴承和链节下链片之间设有密封垫,其特征在于,所述蝶形弹片为空心圆台状结构,所述蝶形弹片上端圆周贴合链条座上板,下端圆周贴合链节的上链片且完全覆盖住上链片上的销轴孔,所述蝶形弹片的下端圆周处设有一凸板,所述凸板上设有插入轴承注油口的凸起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防尘链条,其特征在于,所述凸板自由端部向蝶形弹片上端圆周一侧翘起。
