Abstract
本发明公开了一种中药抑菌口罩用材料的制备方法,属于口罩材料技术领域。本发明包括步骤:1)苦参、牡丹皮、蒲公英的乙醇提取浓缩液中加入薄荷油,得到中药抑菌浓缩液;2)将聚乳酸、乳化剂OP‑10溶液以及中药抑菌浓缩液置于反应器;制备中药抑菌微胶囊溶液;3)将中药抑菌微胶囊溶液均匀喷洒至口罩材料,得到中药抑菌口罩用材料。通过将具有抑菌效果显著的中药微胶囊溶液喷洒至口罩无纺布材料或木浆纤维滤芯,使得口罩无纺布材料和木浆纤维滤芯具有显著的抑菌效果,同时由于将中药提取液制备成中药微胶囊,具有缓释作用,因此可以长期保持口罩无纺布材料和/或木浆纤维滤芯的抑菌功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及口罩材料技术领域,特别涉及一种中药抑菌口罩用材料的制备方法。
背景技术
细菌的个体非常小,而且可以说细菌处处存在,然而有些细菌是疾病的病原体,可以通过各种方式,如接触、消化道、呼吸道、昆虫叮咬等在正常人体间传播疾病,具有较强的传染性,对社会危害极大。因此人们研发制造了各种各样的抑菌产品,用于日常洗手、衣物消毒、伤口消毒等等。
在医院、诊所、生物研究室等场所,为了隔离细菌,需要佩戴口罩,然而现有的口罩基本都是通过材料的孔径尽量防止细菌穿过口罩。然而,这种方式虽然可以一定程度上防止细菌进入,但是口罩使用寿命非常短。
因此开发一种抑菌效果好的中药抑菌口罩用材料具有重要的现实意义。
发明内容
为了弥补现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种中药抑菌口罩用材料。
本发明的技术方案为:
一种中药抑菌口罩用材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
1)苦参、牡丹皮、蒲公英按照1~15:2~10:15~40的质量比混合,加入中药质量4~6倍的乙醇,加热回流2~5 h,过滤;滤液浓缩至中药重量的1.5~2倍,加入薄荷油,得到中药抑菌浓缩液;
2)将聚乳酸、乳化剂OP-10溶液以及步骤1)制备的中药抑菌浓缩液置于反应器;控制聚乳酸与中药抑菌浓缩液的质量比为1:1~3;油相与外水相的比值为13~20:100,在温度30~60℃下,搅拌反应10~20h,制得中药抑菌微胶囊溶液;
3)将中药抑菌微胶囊溶液均匀喷洒至口罩无纺布材料,3)将中药抑菌微胶囊溶液均匀喷洒至口罩材料,得到中药抑菌口罩用材料。
作为优选方案,步骤1)中,苦参、牡丹皮、蒲公英的质量比为3~10:4~8:18~25。
作为优选方案,薄荷油的质量占中药抑菌浓缩液质量的0.01~0.1%。
进一步地,薄荷油的质量占中药抑菌浓缩液质量的0.03~0.08%。
作为优选方案,控制聚乳酸与中药抑菌浓缩液的质量比为1:2。
作为优选方案,步骤3)中,口罩材料为口罩无纺布材料。
作为优选方案,步骤3)中,口罩材料为木浆纤维滤芯。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、苦参、牡丹皮、蒲公英的乙醇提取液与薄荷油混合,具有非常好的抑菌效果。
2、通过将具有抑菌效果显著的中药微胶囊溶液喷洒至口罩无纺布材料或木浆纤维滤芯,使得口罩无纺布材料和木浆纤维滤芯具有显著的抑菌效果,同时由于将中药提取液制备成中药微胶囊,具有缓释作用,因此可以长期保持口罩无纺布材料和/或木浆纤维滤芯的抑菌功效。
具体实施方式
实施例1:一种中药抑菌口罩用材料的制备方法,
1)苦参、牡丹皮、蒲公英按照3:8:20的质量比混合,加入中药质量5倍的乙醇,加热回流4 h,过滤;滤液浓缩至中药重量的1.5倍,加入薄荷油,得到中药抑菌浓缩液(薄荷油的质量占中药抑菌浓缩液质量的0.05%);
2)将聚乳酸、乳化剂OP-10溶液以及步骤1)制备的中药抑菌浓缩液置于反应器;控制聚乳酸与中药抑菌浓缩液的质量比为1:2;油相与外水相的比值为17:100,在温度50℃左右,搅拌反应15h,制得中药抑菌微胶囊溶液;
3)将中药抑菌微胶囊溶液均匀喷洒至口罩无纺布材料,得到中药抑菌口罩用无纺布材料。
实施例2:一种中药抑菌口罩用材料的制备方法,
1)苦参、牡丹皮、蒲公英按照15:3:15的质量比混合,加入中药质量6倍的乙醇,加热回流5 h,过滤;滤液浓缩至中药重量的2倍,加入薄荷油,得到中药抑菌浓缩液(薄荷油的质量占中药抑菌浓缩液质量的0.02%);
2)将聚乳酸、乳化剂OP-10溶液以及步骤1)制备的中药抑菌浓缩液置于反应器;控制聚乳酸与中药抑菌浓缩液的质量比为1: 3;油相与外水相的比值为1:5,在温度60℃下,搅拌反应10h,制得中药抑菌微胶囊溶液;
3)将中药抑菌微胶囊溶液均匀喷洒至口罩无纺布材料,得到中药抑菌口罩用无纺布材料。
实施例3:一种中药抑菌口罩用材料的制备方法,
1)苦参、牡丹皮、蒲公英按照2:10: 40的质量比混合,加入中药质量4倍的乙醇,加热回流3h,过滤;滤液浓缩至中药重量的1.5倍,加入薄荷油,得到中药抑菌浓缩液(薄荷油的质量占中药抑菌浓缩液质量的0.08%);
2)将聚乳酸、乳化剂OP-10溶液以及步骤1)制备的中药抑菌浓缩液置于反应器;控制聚乳酸与中药抑菌浓缩液的质量比为1:1~3;油相与外水相的比值为13:100,在温度40℃下,搅拌反应20h,制得中药抑菌微胶囊溶液;
3)将中药抑菌微胶囊溶液均匀喷洒至口罩无纺布材料,得到中药抑菌口罩用无纺布材料。
实施例4:一种中药抑菌口罩用材料的制备方法,
1)苦参、牡丹皮、蒲公英按照6:8:35的质量比混合,加入中药质量5倍的乙醇,加热回流4 h,过滤;滤液浓缩至中药重量的1.5倍,加入薄荷油,得到中药抑菌浓缩液(薄荷油的质量占中药抑菌浓缩液质量的0.04%);
2)将聚乳酸、乳化剂OP-10溶液以及步骤1)制备的中药抑菌浓缩液置于反应器;控制聚乳酸与中药抑菌浓缩液的质量比为1:2;油相与外水相的比值为19:100,在温度50℃下,搅拌反应13h,制得中药抑菌微胶囊溶液;
3)将中药抑菌微胶囊溶液均匀喷洒至木浆纤维滤芯,得到中药抑菌口罩用木浆纤维滤芯。
实施例5:一种中药抑菌口罩用材料的制备方法,
1)苦参、牡丹皮、蒲公英按照5:7:30的质量比混合,加入中药质量5倍的乙醇,加热回流4h,过滤;滤液浓缩至中药重量的2倍,加入薄荷油,得到中药抑菌浓缩液(薄荷油的质量占中药抑菌浓缩液质量的0.06%);
2)将聚乳酸、乳化剂OP-10溶液以及步骤1)制备的中药抑菌浓缩液置于反应器;控制聚乳酸与中药抑菌浓缩液的质量比为1:1~3;油相与外水相的比值为15:100,在温度50℃下,搅拌反应12h,制得中药抑菌微胶囊溶液;
3)将中药抑菌微胶囊溶液均匀喷洒至木浆纤维滤芯,得到中药抑菌口罩用木浆纤维滤芯。
以上各实施例中所述的喷洒需要均匀喷洒至材料的整个表面,一般在材料的整个表面喷洒4~6遍,然后晾干。
按照国家标准GB/T 20944-2007对实施例1-3的中药抑菌口罩用材料的抗菌效果进行测试。
通过测试,各实施例的中药抑菌口罩用材料均具有非常好的抑菌效果,各中药抑菌口罩用无纺布材料对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率达100%,对大肠杆菌和白色念球菌的抑菌率均达到98%以上。
Claims (7)
1.一种中药抑菌口罩用材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:1)苦参、牡丹皮、蒲公英按照1~15:2~10:15~40的质量比混合,加入中药质量4~6倍的乙醇,加热回流2~5 h,过滤;滤液浓缩至中药重量的1.5~2倍,加入薄荷油,得到中药抑菌浓缩液;2)将聚乳酸、乳化剂OP-10溶液以及步骤1)制备的中药抑菌浓缩液置于反应器;控制聚乳酸与中药抑菌浓缩液的质量比为1:1~3;油相与外水相的比值为13~20:100,在温度30~60℃下,搅拌反应10~20h,制得中药抑菌微胶囊溶液;3)将中药抑菌微胶囊溶液均匀喷洒至口罩材料,得到中药抑菌口罩用材料。
2.如权利要求1所述中药抑菌口罩用材料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤1)中,苦参、牡丹皮、蒲公英的质量比为3~10:4~8:18~25。
3.如权利要求1或2所述中药抑菌口罩用材料的制备方法,其特征在于:薄荷油的质量占中药抑菌浓缩液质量的0.01~0.1%。
4.如权利要求3所述中药抑菌口罩用材料的制备方法,其特征在于:薄荷油的质量占中药抑菌浓缩液质量的0.03~0.08%。
5.如权利要求1所述中药抑菌口罩用材料的制备方法,其特征在于:控制聚乳酸与中药抑菌浓缩液的质量比为1:2。
6.如权利要求1所述中药抑菌口罩用材料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤3)中,口罩材料为口罩无纺布材料。
7.如权利要求1所述中药抑菌口罩用材料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤3)中,口罩材料为木浆纤维滤芯。
