The wool with the thickness of 45mm is suitable for processing the loose carbonized wool in a carbonization plant under the normal condition, but new products need to be developed in China, hollow spheres produced by a wool top plant are required to be easy to dye by the hollow spheres directly to a dyeing and finishing plant, the length index of the product is stable, the dyeing is uniform, the production cost is reduced in the subsequent spinning process of the product, the fiber yield loss caused by excessive chemical process treatment is reduced, and the utilization rate of the wool is improved.
