Abstract

本发明专利涉及一种碳化硅推板表面用耐火涂料,可用于碳化硅抗氧化以及防止相关制品粘连的问题。所述涂层按组成及重量份为:氧化铝微粉10~30份,氧化锆细粉50~80份,板状刚玉颗粒10~30份;此外所用结合剂30~60份,所用质量为0.1~0.4份的添加剂和0.05‑0.2份增稠流平剂。按所述组成混合均匀得到耐火浆料,在SiC制品上均匀涂敷,自然晾干,经高温处理,得到结合强度高、性能稳定的SiC制品表面用耐火涂层。与现有技术的涂料相比,本发明制得的涂层具有结合强度高、耐高温(最高使用温度可达1600℃)以及抗热震性能好、操作简单、使用寿命长、绿色环保的特点。

Description

一种碳化硅制品表面用耐火涂料
技术领域
本发明属于耐火材料技术领域,特别涉及一种碳化硅制品表面用耐火涂料。
背景技术
碳化硅材料具有高温强度、抗蠕变性能、热导率和抗热震性能等优异的高温性能,因而成为高温结构材料和电热元件等材料的理想选择,可广泛用作高温陶瓷棚板,陶瓷支撑元件,热交热器,燃气轮机,先进的内燃机材料,电热元件,热电偶保护管等。在干燥的高温氧化环境中,当温度超过900℃,碳化硅表面会生成一层致密的缓慢生长的二氧化硅,使其具有一定的抗氧化性能。但在较高温度下二氧化硅保护膜发生变化,并且因与碳化硅热膨胀系数不同,反复加热冷却易产生裂纹,另外在瓷球行业碳化硅作为陶瓷棚板或者支撑立柱时,二氧化硅的生成会粘连瓷球影响瓷球质量,碳化硅制品的使用寿命也会缩短。涂层法通过将产品和碳化硅制品隔离开达到防粘连和防氧化的目的。但是对于瓷球行业用碳化硅制品防粘连涂层的研究还未见报道,因此成功开发碳化硅制品表面涂层可以解决瓷球行业目前所面临的一大难题,具有较高的实用价值。
碳化硅防氧化涂层已有很多报道,但是产品制作复杂,并且没有较好的解决涂层在高温下容易开裂、脱落等问题,存在一系列短板,本发明采用氧化铝粉为原料,与碳化硅制品中的二氧化硅高温下反应生成莫来石结合相,涂层的强度更高,不易开裂,使涂层与基体的结合能力更强,而不影响发挥氧化锆的高温性能,较好的解决了已有涂层的开裂、脱落问题;特别是有针对性的为了解决例如瓷球行业,碳化硅推板制品的易氧化、粘连瓷球,严重影响产品质量,相比现有铺撒一层刚玉砂方案存在浪费严重和影响窑车寿命这一问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种碳化硅制品表面用耐火涂料,使其具有制作简单、绿色环保且与碳化硅制品结合强度高、耐高温、热震稳定性好的特点。
本发明为完成上述目的采用如下技术方案如下:
一种碳化硅制品表面用耐火涂料,耐火涂料的原料组分和重量份为:氧化铝微粉10~30份、氧化锆细粉50~80份、板状刚玉颗粒10~30份;所述的耐火涂料还外加有30~60份的结合剂、0.1~0.4份的添加剂、0.05-0.2份的增稠流平剂;所述氧化铝微粉粒径为3~5µm、氧化锆粉体的平均粒径≤0.088mm,所述板状刚玉颗粒平均粒径0~0.2mm。
所述结合剂为水玻璃或铝溶胶中的一种。
所述增稠流平剂为羧甲基纤维素。
所述添加剂为三聚磷酸钠。
本发明耐火涂料的组合物可以通过材料重量份数均匀混合得到耐火浆料,然后均匀涂敷SiC制品表面,自然晾干,烘箱内100℃下烘干,经1400~1600℃不同温度下保温3小时烧成,增强了涂层与基体的结合力,并伴随物相组成变化。结果表明,本发明碳化硅制品表面用耐火涂料的有益效果是:
1)耐高温。该发明所表述的耐火涂层可承受1600℃左右的高温煅烧,而保持不变形,不熔融。涂料所使用的氧化锆、氧化铝原料均为耐高温、高纯体系。保证了涂层在高温下使用的基础支撑。
2)易操作。本发明操作简单,仅采用氧化铝以及氧化锆两种粉状不同粒度的颗粒,合适的结合剂以及添加剂用砂浆搅拌机混合均匀,用刷子直接涂敷到碳化硅制品表面,随后烘干、煅烧即可。
3)防氧化。本发明所表述的涂料均匀涂敷在制品表面,可有效阻止碳化硅基体与氧气的直接接触,从而一定程度上阻止了碳化硅制品的氧化,保证了碳化硅制品的长期使用。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施方式对本发明做进一步描述。
本发明所述的氧化铝微粉粒径为3~5µm、氧化锆粉体的平均粒径≤0.088mm,所述板状刚玉颗粒平均粒径0~0.2mm。
实施例1:一种碳化硅制品表面用耐火涂料,按照重量份数计包括如下组分:氧化铝微粉20份、氧化锆细粉70份、板状刚玉颗粒10份、三聚磷酸钠0.1份、羧甲基纤维素0.2份,水玻璃50份。
先将添加剂和增稠剂溶入水玻璃,在搅拌机中进行搅拌,依次加入其余各料直至混合均匀,将混合好的浆料均匀涂敷于制品表面,自然晾干,而后在干燥箱中100℃下干燥,最后将其在1400~1600℃条件下保温3小时煅烧,均可得到表面平整、结合强度高、性能良好的耐火涂层。
实施例2:一种碳化硅制品表面用耐火涂料,按照重量份数计包括如下组分:氧化铝微粉10份、氧化锆细粉80份、板状刚玉颗粒10份、三聚磷酸钠0.2份、羧甲基纤维素0.05份,水玻璃60份。

实施例3:一种碳化硅制品表面用耐火涂料,按照重量份数计包括如下组分:氧化铝微粉20份、氧化锆细粉60份、板状刚玉颗粒20份、三聚磷酸钠0.3份、羧甲基纤维素0.1份,铝溶胶50份。

实施例4:一种碳化硅制品表面用耐火涂料,按照重量份数计包括如下组分:氧化铝微粉30份、氧化锆细粉60份、板状刚玉颗粒10份、三聚磷酸钠0.1份、羧甲基纤维素0.2份,铝溶胶50份。

1.一种碳化硅制品表面用耐火涂料,其特征在于:耐火涂料的原料组分和重量份为:氧化铝微粉10~30份、氧化锆细粉50~80份、板状刚玉颗粒10~30份;所述的耐火涂料还外加有30~60份的结合剂、0.1~0.4份的添加剂、0.05-0.2份的增稠流平剂;所述氧化铝微粉粒径为3~5µm、氧化锆粉体的平均粒径≤0.088mm,所述板状刚玉颗粒平均粒径0~0.2mm。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种碳化硅制品表面用耐火涂料,其特征在于:所述结合剂为水玻璃或铝溶胶中的一种。
