Referring to fig. 9, the mechanical gripper 401 in this embodiment includes a top plate 4011, a first holding strip 4012, a second holding strip 4013, and a pushing cylinder 4014, wherein the first holding strip 4012 and the second holding strip 4013 are both rotatably disposed on the upper surface of the top plate 4011 through a pin (not labeled in the figure), the first holding strip 4012 and the second holding strip 4013 are symmetrically disposed, a spring 4015 is connected between the first holding strip 4012 and the second holding strip 4013 on the left side of the pin, the pushing cylinder 4014 is fixed on the top plate 4011 on the right side of the first holding strip 4012 and the second holding strip 4013, a triangular ejector block 4016 is connected to the end of a piston rod of the pushing cylinder 4014, and the triangular ejector block 4016 can extend into a gap between the first holding strip 4012 and the second holding strip 4013, so that the first holding strip 4012 and the second holding strip 4013 hold a bundled plastic bag.

Claims (9)

1. An automatic bundling device for plastic bag production comprises a rubber ring vibrating disc, a plastic bag discharging mechanism and a bundling device, wherein the bundling mechanism is arranged between the rubber ring vibrating disc and the plastic bag discharging mechanism, and is characterized in that the bundling device comprises a case, a rotary disc and a stepping motor, the outer side surface of the case is provided with a PLC, the stepping motor is arranged inside the case, the upper end of an output shaft of the stepping motor is connected with a rotary rod through a coupler, the top end of the rotary rod penetrates through the top wall of the case to be connected with the circle center of the rotary disc, the circumferential surface of the rotary disc is uniformly connected with a plurality of connecting strips, the outer ends of the connecting strips are connected with a rubber band bundling mechanism, the rubber band bundling mechanism comprises a fixed plate, the fixed plate is connected with the connecting strips, the upper surface of the fixed plate is provided with a plurality of first rotating pieces, the outer side surface of each semicircular column is provided with an arc-shaped bulge, the inner side surface of each semicircular column is provided with a second rotating piece, each second rotating piece is connected with a movable strip, a lifting block is arranged in the middle of each semicircular column, a third rotating piece connected with each movable strip is arranged on the outer side surface of each lifting block, a through hole is formed in the center of the fixed plate, a telescopic device is fixed on the lower surface of the fixed plate below the through hole, and the top end of each telescopic device is connected with the center of each lifting block;
a rubber band blanking pipeline is arranged at the discharge end of the rubber ring vibrating disc, is vertically arranged and is arranged right above one rubber band bundling mechanism;
