Abstract
本发明公开一种汽车顶饰件,包括顶饰件本体,所述顶饰件本体包括装饰面料层及基材,所述基材包括发泡层及至少一层碳纤维层。与现有技术方案相比,本发明的碳纤维本身密度低于玻璃纤维,进而能减少用量,大大降低了汽车顶饰件的重量,使汽车顶饰件满足轻量化的要求,促进汽车顶饰件的轻量化发展,且相较于现有技术方案,本发明的环保性能、安全性能更优,此外,碳纤维层能起到吸声的作用,从而提高了汽车顶饰件的吸声性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车内饰件技术领域,尤其涉及一种汽车顶饰件。
背景技术
为了应对客户日益提升的轻量化要求,供应商纷纷开始研制轻量化产品。汽车顶饰件轻量化的途径有两种,一为减小汽车顶饰件的面积,二为更换或减少汽车顶饰件的材料。汽车顶饰件面积需要根据主机厂设计车型确定,因此更换或减少汽车顶饰件材料是更为有效的方法。现有汽车顶饰件包括基材及装饰面料层,基材中通常含有的是玻璃纤维层,然而,由于玻璃纤维密度较大,其用量较大,无法满足轻量化的要求,且玻璃纤维质地较细较硬,玻璃纤维毡的结合力较小,玻璃纤维易脱落散于汽车顶饰件表面或者穿破表面的装饰面料层,可能会导致现场生产人员以及顾客出现过敏,影响人体呼吸道或者刺伤人体,而且玻璃纤维不是环保材料,长期使用不利于人体健康;此外,汽车顶饰件的吸声功能一向是被客户关注的要点,现有汽车顶饰件的吸声性能主要依靠装饰面料层与基材中的发泡层两部分实现,玻璃纤维层的主要作用是为汽车顶饰件提供刚性,对吸声几无有利影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述问题,提供一种汽车顶饰件,以解决现有汽车顶饰件重量大、安全性能低、吸声效果差的问题。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种汽车顶饰件,包括顶饰件本体,所述顶饰件本体包括装饰面料层及基材,所述基材包括发泡层及至少一层碳纤维层。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述碳纤维层的直径为1um~100um。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述碳纤维层的直径为1um~10um。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述碳纤维层的厚度为0.3mm~10mm。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述碳纤维层的克重为20g/m2~300g/m2。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述碳纤维层的克重为20g/m2~100g/m2。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述基材包括由上至下依次连接设置的第一纤维布层、碳纤维层、发泡层、碳纤维层、第二纤维布层;装饰面料层设置于第一纤维布层上方,由此,顶饰件本体按以上顺序组成,并以胶黏剂在一定的温度和压力下结合,组合成汽车顶饰件。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述第二纤维布层的上表面设置有粘接性薄膜。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述粘接性薄膜为PP、PE、PU、EVA、聚酰胺、氯丁橡胶、丁晴橡胶或丁苯橡胶中的任意一种。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述装饰面料层为织布、不织布、麂皮、织布与泡棉的结合、不织布与泡棉的结合、麂皮与泡棉的结合中的任意一种。
本发明中,装饰面料层的克重在100g/m2~600g/m2,例如,可以是100g/m2、300g/m2、500g/m2等,限于篇幅及出于简明的考虑,本发明不再穷尽列举。
本发明中,所述发泡层的厚度为4mm~15mm,例如,可以是6mm、8mm、10mm或14mm,以及上述数值之间的具体点值,限于篇幅及出于简明的考虑,本发明不再穷尽列举。
本发明中,所述发泡层的克重为400g/m2~1500g/m2,例如,可以是500g/m2、1000g/m2、1200g/m2或1500g/m2,以及上述数值之间的具体点值,限于篇幅及出于简明的考虑,本发明不再穷尽列举。
本发明中,所述发泡层的材质为PU、聚酰胺、PE、PP中的任意一种,并且所述发泡层是透气的。
上述碳纤维层采用碳纤维毡,碳纤维毡可以是通过针刺等机械手法使碳纤维材料自行缠结,碳纤维网得以加固而制成毡状;碳纤维毡也可以是使用例如胶类或脂类等物质将碳纤维粘接成毡。
上述汽车顶饰件在湿法工艺或干法工艺中均可以应用。
碳纤维本身密度低于玻璃纤维,进而能减少用量,可以使汽车顶饰件降低20%甚至更多的重量,从而使汽车顶饰件满足轻量化的要求。
对于本发明而言,碳纤维质地较软,且不会导致人体过敏,有效地避免了因玻璃纤维导致的环保与安全问题。
对于本发明而言,碳纤维的阻尼系数更高,当声波入射引起振动时,材料振动克服自身阻尼和摩擦力,使部分声能转化为热能而耗损。当入射声波的频率与振动系统的固有频率相同时,发生共振,可以消耗声波能量。因此,碳纤维层能达到吸声的作用。
本发明的有益效果为,与现有技术方案相比,本发明的碳纤维本身密度低于玻璃纤维,进而能减少用量,大大降低了汽车顶饰件的重量,使汽车顶饰件满足轻量化的要求,促进汽车顶饰件的轻量化发展,且相较于现有技术方案,本发明的环保性能、安全性能更优,此外,碳纤维层能起到吸声的作用,从而提高了汽车顶饰件的吸声性能。

下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。可以理解的是,此处所描述的实施例仅仅用于解释本发明,而非对本发明的限定。
请参照图1所示,图1为本发明一种汽车顶饰件的结构示意图。
于本实施例中,一种汽车顶饰件,所述顶饰件本体包括装饰面料层1及基材,所述基材包括由上至下依次设置的第一纤维布层2、碳纤维层3、发泡层4、碳纤维层3、第二纤维布层5,各层材料之间通过胶水、胶膜连接。
具体的,所述碳纤维层3的直径为1um~100um;优选的,所述碳纤维层3的直径为1um~10um。
具体的,所述碳纤维层3的厚度为0.3mm~10mm。
具体的,所述碳纤维层3的克重为20g/m2~300g/m2;优选的,所述碳纤维层3的克重为20g/m2~100g/m2。
具体的,所述第一纤维布层2的下表面设置有粘接性薄膜,所述第二纤维布层5的上表面设置有粘接性薄膜,粘接性薄膜的单位面积质量为10g/m2~100g/m2;通过采用上述结构设计,能够增强第一纤维布层2与碳纤维层3的连接强度,增强第二纤维布层5与碳纤维层3的连接强度。
进一步的,所述粘接性薄膜为PP、PE、PU、EVA、聚酰胺、氯丁橡胶、丁晴橡胶或丁苯橡胶中的任意一种。
本实施例中,所述装饰面料层1为织布、不织布、麂皮、织布与泡棉的结合、不织布与泡棉的结合、麂皮与泡棉的结合中的任意一种。
为了检验上述结构汽车顶饰件的刚性及吸声性能,本申请做如下测试:
1)、制备汽车顶饰件的样品a,该样品a包括装饰面料层1及基材,所述基材包括由上至下依次设置的第一纤维布层2、碳纤维层3、发泡层4、碳纤维层3、第二纤维布层5,各层材料之间通过胶水、胶膜连接。
其中,
装饰面料层1为针织面料+PU泡棉,克重为270g/m2,厚度为3.5mm;
第一纤维布层2的克重为50g/m2;
位于第一纤维布层2与发泡层4之间的碳纤维层3的克重为50g/m2;
发泡层4的密度为32kg/m3,厚度为7.5mm;
位于第二纤维布层5与发泡层4之间的碳纤维层3的克重为50g/m2;
第二纤维布层5的克重为80g/m2;其中有60g/m2无纺布+20g/m2PE膜。
样品a所用碳纤维为使用脂类粘接压制成的碳纤维毡,碳纤维的直径为5um。
2)、制备汽车顶饰件的样品b,该样品b包括装饰面料层1及基材,所述基材包括由上至下依次设置的第一纤维布层2、碳纤维层3、发泡层4、碳纤维层3、第二纤维布层5,各层材料之间通过胶水、胶膜连接。
其中,
装饰面料层1为针织面料+PU泡棉,克重为270g/m2,厚度为3.5mm;
第一纤维布层2的克重为50g/m2;
位于第一纤维布层2与发泡层4之间的碳纤维层3的克重为80g/m2;
发泡层4的密度为32kg/m3,厚度为7.5mm;
位于第二纤维布层5与发泡层4之间的碳纤维层3的克重为80g/m2;
第二纤维布层5的克重为80g/m2;其中有60g/m2无纺布+20g/m2PE膜。
样品b所用碳纤维为使用脂类粘接压制成的碳纤维毡,碳纤维的直径为5um。
3)、制备汽车顶饰件的对比样品c,该对比样品c包括装饰面料层及基材,所述基材包括由上至下依次设置的第一纤维布层、玻璃纤维层、发泡层、玻璃纤维层、第二纤维布层,各层材料之间通过胶水、胶膜连接。
其中,
装饰面料层为针织面料+PU泡棉,克重为270g/m2,厚度为3.5mm;
第一纤维布层的克重为50g/m2;
位于第一纤维布层与发泡层之间的玻璃纤维层的克重为200g/m2;
发泡层的密度为32kg/m3,厚度为7.5mm;
位于第二纤维布层与发泡层之间的玻璃纤维层的克重为200g/m2;
第二纤维布层的克重为80g/m2;其中有60g/m2无纺布+20g/m2PE膜。
通过如下方法对上述实施例和对照例得到的顶饰件进行刚性和吸声测试。
(1)刚性测试
根据通用认证标准GMW14189中所述的方法分别测试三种顶饰件的刚性。

由表中数据可知,样品b与对比样品c的刚性接近,但样品b中碳纤维层3的克重为80g/m2,而对比样品c中玻璃纤维层的克重为200g/m2,由此,采用碳纤维的汽车顶饰件,在保证刚性的前提下,能大大减少碳纤维的用量,进而实现轻量化。
(2)吸声测试
根据通用认证标准GMW14177-2014中所述的方法分别测试样品a、样品b、对比样品c在不同频率下的吸声系数,绘制吸声系数随声波频率之间的变化曲线,以表征其吸声性能。
图2为样品a、样品b与对比样品c的吸声测试数据对比图。由图中曲线分析,碳纤维顶饰件在400Hz~5000Hz的吸声性能均优于玻璃纤维顶饰件,中低频段吸声效果提升显著。

1.一种汽车顶饰件,包括顶饰件本体,其特征在于:所述顶饰件本体包括装饰面料层及基材,所述基材包括发泡层及至少一层碳纤维层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车顶饰件,其特征在于:所述碳纤维层的直径为1um~100um。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种汽车顶饰件,其特征在于:所述碳纤维层的直径为1um~10um。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种汽车顶饰件,其特征在于:所述碳纤维层的厚度为0.3mm~10mm。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种汽车顶饰件,其特征在于:所述碳纤维层的克重为20g/m2~300g/m2。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种汽车顶饰件,其特征在于:所述碳纤维层的克重为20g/m2~100g/m2。
7.根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的一种汽车顶饰件,其特征在于:所述基材包括由上至下依次连接设置的第一纤维布层、碳纤维层、发泡层、碳纤维层、第二纤维布层。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种汽车顶饰件,其特征在于:所述第二纤维布层的上表面设置有粘接性薄膜。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种汽车顶饰件,其特征在于:所述粘接性薄膜为PP、PE、PU、EVA、聚酰胺、氯丁橡胶、丁晴橡胶或丁苯橡胶中的任意一种。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种汽车顶饰件,其特征在于:所述装饰面料层为织布、不织布、麂皮、织布与泡棉的结合、不织布与泡棉的结合、麂皮与泡棉的结合中的任意一种。
