Abstract
本发明公开了一种易安装的铝蜂窝板,包括铝基板、粘板和蜂窝板,粘板和蜂窝板可拆卸的安装在铝基板上下两个板面上,铝基板上还设置有安装板和钳板,通过安装板和钳板的组合进行多组复合板的组装,铝基板与粘板之间设置有多个气囊条和泡沫隔层,通过管路相通的气囊条使粘板与铝基板之间弹性连接,以增强板体的减震性能。本发明的有益效果是:本装置将通过多层组合的方式,便于单体板材的安装的拆卸,通过安装板、钳板以及连接件的设置,便于多组复合板的组装,粘板和铝基板之间设置有气囊条和泡沫隔层,从而增强板材整体的减震效果,安装板和钳板之间的组装方式为嵌入式锁紧结构,安装操作简便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种铝蜂窝板,具体为一种易安装的铝蜂窝板,属于板材制作技术领域。
背景技术
蜂窝铝复合板采用质地轻便耐用的铝制金属板作为整体材料,广泛用于居家、建筑、轨道交通等区域,既能达到很好的装饰效果,又可根据内部结构改进,使其具备多种功效,如吸音、吸烟、抗震等功能,其中铁路车厢由于环境封闭、人员出入较多,出于通风和静音效果,采用蜂窝铝复合板作为壁板较为常见。
现有的蜂窝铝复合板多为简单的贴装板材,由于列车长期晃动以及乘坐人员的推挤,极易产生松动变形,且车厢内环境使得板材容易受潮,需要经常做车厢空气清洁,在某些用电区域,普通的蜂窝铝复合板结构也很难满足线路及电器的安装需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种易安装的铝蜂窝板。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的,一种易安装的铝蜂窝板,包括铝基板、粘板和蜂窝板,所述粘板和蜂窝板可拆卸的安装在所述铝基板上下两个板面上,所述铝基板上还设置有安装板和钳板,通过安装板和钳板的组合进行多组复合板的组装,所述铝基板与粘板之间设置有多个气囊条和泡沫隔层,通过管路相通的气囊条使粘板与铝基板之间弹性连接,以增强板体的减震性能。
作为本发明的一种技术优化方案,所述铝基板中部设置有放置槽,放置槽内填装有药剂挥发棉,通过填装药剂挥发棉,使板材能够起到驱霉、净化的作用,挥发棉内可填充各种干燥剂、清新剂等药剂。
作为本发明的一种技术优化方案,所述钳板分为固定结构的基板和活动夹板,基板和活动夹板平行安装在铝基板两侧,并构成钳口状结构,钳口的尺寸与所述安装板相配合,通过钳板将安装板钳夹固定。
作为本发明的一种技术优化方案,所述活动夹板与所述铝基板之间安装有杆状的弹簧轴,且所述活动夹板通过所述弹簧轴与所述铝基板侧边转动连接,使钳口能够张开,方便安装板的填装。
作为本发明的一种技术优化方案,所述弹簧轴上设置有推板,当所述活动夹板平行于所述基板时,所述推板与活动夹板角度垂直,使活动夹板收起,从而方便安装板的稳定钳装。
作为本发明的一种技术优化方案,所述粘板上设置有若干个凹槽,通过凹槽方便线路的布置。
作为本发明的一种技术优化方案,所述安装板和所述钳板上配套设置有若干个卡件和线路孔,通过卡件将安装板与钳板卡紧,并通过线路孔将所需要布置的线路伸出板面。
作为本发明的一种技术优化方案,所述铝基板和粘板及蜂窝板之间均设置有安装扣件,并通过安装扣件对粘板和蜂窝板卡装固定,使板面的安装更加方便,并便于药剂挥发棉的更换。
本发明的有益效果是:本装置将通过多层组合的方式,便于单体板材的安装的拆卸,通过安装板、钳板以及连接件的设置,便于多组复合板的组装,粘板和铝基板之间设置有气囊条和泡沫隔层,从而增强板材整体的减震效果,安装板和钳板之间的组装方式为嵌入式锁紧结构,安装操作简便,药剂挥发棉可以通过拆卸蜂窝板进行更换,节省了人力损耗。

实施例1
请参阅图1-5所示,一种易安装的铝蜂窝板,包括铝基板、粘板和蜂窝板,粘板和蜂窝板可拆卸的安装在铝基板上下两个板面上,铝基板上还设置有安装板和钳板,通过安装板和钳板的组合进行多组复合板的组装,铝基板与粘板之间设置有多个气囊条和泡沫隔层,通过管路相通的气囊条使粘板与铝基板之间弹性连接,以增强板体的减震性能,铝基板中部设置有放置槽,放置槽内填装有药剂挥发棉;钳板分为固定结构的基板和活动夹板,基板和活动夹板平行安装在铝基板两侧,并构成钳口状结构,钳口的尺寸与安装板相配合;活动夹板与铝基板之间安装有杆状的弹簧轴,且活动夹板通过弹簧轴与铝基板侧边转动连接;弹簧轴上设置有推板,当活动夹板平行于基板时,推板与活动夹板角度垂直;粘板上设置有若干个凹槽;安装板和钳板上配套设置有若干个卡件和线路孔;铝基板和粘板及蜂窝板之间均设置有安装扣件,并通过安装扣件对粘板和蜂窝板卡装固定。
本发明在使用时,首先,将铝基板1整体通过粘板2粘附在指定的车厢板壁上,向药剂挥发棉6内充入清新剂或者干燥剂后,填装入放置槽101内,通过安装扣件将蜂窝板3与铝基板1组合安装,形成安装的复合板板体,通过铝基板1两侧的安装板4和钳板5组合,将多组复合板组装,铝复合板1另外两侧也安装有配合的连接件,便于复合板的组装,在安装板4填入钳板5的钳口时,安装板4会向内顶住推板503转动,从而带动多节的弹簧轴502纵向转动,与此同时,活动夹板501会跟随着弹簧轴502转动,从而使活动夹板501靠近基板位置,并通过活动夹板501和安装板4上共同设置的的卡件66将安装板4锁紧在钳板5内,在列车晃动时或者乘客不小心挤压时,粘板2与铝基板1之间的气囊条7和泡沫隔层8对粘板2和铝基板1之间的组装结构进行减震缓冲,保持装置结构的稳定性,在列车单次形成结束后,工作人员可通过打开安装扣件,并选择合适的复合板间距,拆卸蜂窝板2,并更换放置槽101内的药剂挥发棉6。
此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。

1.一种易安装的铝蜂窝板,其特征在于:包括铝基板(1)、粘板(2)和蜂窝板(3),所述粘板(2)和蜂窝板(3)可拆卸的安装在所述铝基板(1)上下两个板面上,所述铝基板(1)上还设置有安装板(4)和钳板(5),通过安装板(4)和钳板(5)的组合进行多组复合板的组装,所述铝基板(1)中部设置有放置槽(101),放置槽(101)内填装有药剂挥发棉(6),所述铝基板(1)与粘板(2)之间设置有多个气囊条(7)和泡沫隔层(8),通过管路相通的气囊条(7)使粘板(2)与铝基板(1)之间弹性连接,以增强板体的减震性能,所述钳板(5)分为固定结构的基板和活动夹板(501),基板和活动夹板(501)平行安装在铝基板(1)两侧,并构成钳口状结构,钳口的尺寸与所述安装板(4)相配合,所述活动夹板(501)与所述铝基板(1)之间安装有杆状的弹簧轴(502),且所述活动夹板(501)通过所述弹簧轴(502)与所述铝基板(1)侧边转动连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种易安装的铝蜂窝板,其特征在于:所述弹簧轴(502)上设置有推板(503),当所述活动夹板(501)平行于所述基板时,所述推板(503)与活动夹板(501)角度垂直。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种易安装的铝蜂窝板,其特征在于:所述粘板(2)上设置有若干个凹槽。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种易安装的铝蜂窝板,其特征在于:所述安装板(4)和所述钳板(5)上配套设置有若干个卡件(66)和线路孔(99)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种易安装的铝蜂窝板,其特征在于:所述铝基板(1)和粘板(2)及蜂窝板(3)之间均设置有安装扣件,并通过安装扣件对粘板(2)和蜂窝板(3)卡装固定。
