In conclusion, the stainless steel hot-rolled strip steel pickling process adopts the descaling unit to carry out descaling pretreatment, so that the surface roughness, investment and operation cost of the stainless steel hot-rolled strip steel can be reduced, and the subsequent cold-rolled strip steel can obtain good surface quality; the acid washing process of the stainless steel hot rolled strip steel does not use sulfuric acid, so that the discharge of solid waste and the generation of acid mud are reduced, the problems of difficult stacking of the solid waste and secondary environmental pollution caused by the difficult stacking of the solid waste are solved, the shutdown maintenance frequency in acid washing production is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved; the pickling process of the stainless steel hot-rolled strip steel does not involve mixed acid (HNO)3+ HF), thus avoid producing high polluting nitrogen oxide and nitrogenous waste water, reduce production cost and waste water treatment cost, has lightened the environmental pollution; the stainless steel hot rolled strip steel pickling process adopts two-stage hydrochloric acid pickling, namely the first-stage hydrochloric acid pickling and the second-stage hydrochloric acid pickling, and reasonably controls the hydrochloric acid concentration and the iron ion concentration of the hydrochloric acid pickling solution and the temperature of the hydrochloric acid pickling solution, so that the pickling time of the stainless steel hot rolled strip steel is shortened.
It should be noted that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention, and not for limiting the same; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or alterations do not depart from the spirit of the invention.
Claims (5)
1. The pickling process of the stainless steel hot-rolled strip steel is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
a descaling pretreatment step of a descaling unit, wherein the stainless steel hot-rolled strip steel is subjected to descaling pretreatment through the descaling unit, and the total elongation of the stainless steel hot-rolled strip steel is controlled to be more than or equal to 3.0%;
a first-stage hydrochloric acid pickling step, namely soaking the stainless steel hot-rolled strip steel subjected to descaling pretreatment into a first-stage hydrochloric acid pickling solution to perform first-stage hydrochloric acid pickling, wherein the hydrochloric acid concentration of the first-stage hydrochloric acid pickling solution is controlled to be 50-300 g/L, the iron ion concentration is controlled to be 5-100 g/L, the temperature is controlled to be 60-80 ℃, and the first-stage hydrochloric acid pickling time is controlled to be 25-50 s;
a second hydrochloric acid pickling step, namely soaking the stainless steel hot-rolled strip steel subjected to the first hydrochloric acid pickling into a second hydrochloric acid pickling solution to perform second hydrochloric acid pickling, wherein the hydrochloric acid concentration of the second hydrochloric acid pickling solution is controlled to be 50-250 g/L, the iron ion concentration is controlled to be 5-100 g/L, the temperature is controlled to be 50-75 ℃, and the second hydrochloric acid pickling time is controlled to be 25-50 s;
and a grinding and brushing step, wherein the stainless steel hot rolled strip steel subjected to the second-stage hydrochloric acid pickling is ground and brushed, the diameter of brush bristles of a roller brush used for grinding and brushing is controlled to be 0.7-1 mm, the brush bristles contain silicon carbide abrasive, the mesh number of the silicon carbide abrasive is 170-200 meshes, the rotating speed of a roller brush motor is controlled to be 600-1000 rpm, and the current of the roller brush motor is controlled to be 100-200A.
2. The pickling process of the stainless hot-rolled strip steel according to claim 1, wherein the stainless hot-rolled strip steel is a medium-low chromium 400 series stainless hot-rolled strip steel containing Cr less than or equal to 18% and containing no Mo.
3. The pickling process of the stainless hot-rolled strip steel according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that:
the stainless steel hot-rolled strip steel is 430 ferrite stainless steel hot-rolled strip steel;
in the descaling pretreatment step of the descaling unit, the total elongation of the 430 ferrite stainless steel hot-rolled strip steel is controlled to be 4.5 percent;
in the first-stage hydrochloric acid pickling step, the hydrochloric acid concentration of the first-stage hydrochloric acid pickling solution is 185g/L, the iron ion concentration is 20g/L, the temperature is 70 ℃, and the first-stage hydrochloric acid pickling time is 30 s;
in the second-stage hydrochloric acid pickling step, the hydrochloric acid concentration of the second-stage hydrochloric acid pickling solution is 160g/L, the iron ion concentration is 12g/L, the temperature is 65 ℃, and the second-stage hydrochloric acid pickling time is 30 s;
in the grinding and brushing step, the diameter of the brush hair of the roller brush is 1mm, the brush hair contains 180 meshes of silicon carbide abrasive, the rotating speed of a motor of the roller brush is 700rpm, and the current of the motor of the roller brush is 175A.
4. The pickling process of the stainless hot-rolled strip steel according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that:
the stainless steel hot-rolled strip steel is 441 ferrite stainless steel hot-rolled strip steel;
in the descaling pretreatment step of the descaling unit, the total elongation of the 441 ferritic stainless steel hot-rolled strip steel is controlled to be 7 percent;
in the first-stage hydrochloric acid pickling step, the hydrochloric acid concentration of the first-stage hydrochloric acid pickling solution is 220g/L, the iron ion concentration is 18g/L, the temperature is 75 ℃, and the first-stage hydrochloric acid pickling time is 48 s;
in the second-stage hydrochloric acid pickling step, the hydrochloric acid concentration of the second-stage hydrochloric acid pickling solution is 190g/L, the iron ion concentration is 10g/L, the temperature is 70 ℃, and the second-stage hydrochloric acid pickling time is 48 s;
in the grinding and brushing step, the diameter of the brush hair of the roller brush is 1mm, the brush hair contains 180 meshes of silicon carbide abrasive, the rotating speed of a motor of the roller brush is 800rpm, and the current of the motor of the roller brush is 180A.
5. The pickling process of the stainless hot-rolled strip steel according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that:
the stainless steel hot-rolled strip steel is 4Cr13 martensitic stainless steel hot-rolled strip steel;
in the descaling pretreatment step of the descaling unit, the total elongation of the 4Cr13 martensitic stainless steel hot-rolled strip steel is controlled to be 4%;
in the first-stage hydrochloric acid pickling step, the hydrochloric acid concentration of the first-stage hydrochloric acid pickling solution is 100g/L, the iron ion concentration is 15g/L, the temperature is 65 ℃, and the first-stage hydrochloric acid pickling time is 30 s;
in the second-stage hydrochloric acid pickling step, the hydrochloric acid concentration of the second-stage hydrochloric acid pickling solution is 80g/L, the iron ion concentration is 12g/L, the temperature is 55 ℃, and the second-stage hydrochloric acid pickling time is 30 s;
in the grinding and brushing step, the diameter of the brush hair of the roller brush is 1mm, the brush hair contains 180 meshes of silicon carbide abrasive, the rotating speed of a motor of the roller brush is 700rpm, and the current of the motor of the roller brush is 175A.
