step 3, respectively establishing corresponding relations among the oil gradients, the dish washing powder types suitable for the corresponding oil gradients and the dish washing powder consumption aiming at the oil gradients in the menu oil gradient mapping list to form an oil gradient and dish washing powder mapping list;
step 4, constructing a grease gradient applicable cleaning curve database matched with the menu grease gradient mapping list; the database of the cleaning curve suitable for the oil gradient comprises intelligent cleaning curves corresponding to the oil gradients in the menu oil gradient mapping list; the intelligent cleaning curve comprises a water level required during cleaning, time required during cleaning and a temperature required during cleaning;
step 5, detecting the placement condition of the tableware to be cleaned in the dish washer;
step 6, when detecting that the dishware to be cleaned is placed in the dishwasher, turning to step 7; otherwise, turning to step 5;
step 7, judging whether the intelligent menu in the intelligent menu database is called by the user by using the cooking equipment:
when at least one intelligent menu called by a user by using cooking equipment is judged to exist in the intelligent menu database, acquiring all intelligent menu information called by the user, and turning to the step 8; otherwise, the dishwasher does not perform intelligent cleaning work;
step 8, obtaining oil gradients corresponding to all the intelligent recipes respectively according to the recipe oil gradient mapping list and all the obtained intelligent recipe information, and taking the maximum oil gradient in all the obtained oil gradients as a real oil gradient corresponding to the tableware to be cleaned;
