As can be seen from Table 5, the bone density and bone calcium of the groups of examples 1 to 6 were significantly increased compared with the blank group, which indicates that the drop containing vitamin A and vitamin D provided by the invention can significantly increase the bone density of rats and promote the growth of rats. The embodiment 4 has the most obvious effect and is the best embodiment of the invention. The test effect of the comparative example 2 and the comparative example 3 is poor, which shows that the components in the formula provided by the invention play a synergistic effect and achieve the optimal effect.

Claims (10)
1. A drop containing vitamin A and vitamin D is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 1-10 parts of vitamin A oil, 0.6-6 parts of vitamin D oil, 190 parts of edible vegetable oil 170-containing material, 2-4 parts of edible essence, 0.2-4 parts of emulsifier and 0.2-4 parts of antioxidant.
2. Drops according to claim 1 containing vitamin A and vitamin D, characterized in that said vitamin A oil comprises the following components and their parts by weight: 2-10 parts of retinyl acetate, 25-50 parts of corn oil and 1-5 parts of butylated hydroxytoluene.
3. Drops according to claim 1 containing vitamin A and vitamin D, characterized in that the vitamin D oil comprises the following ingredients and their parts by weight: vitamin D310-20 parts of corn oil, 30-60 parts of dibutyl hydroxy toluene and 5-10 parts of vitamin E.
4. Drops according to claim 6 containing vitamin A and vitamin D, characterized in that the vitamin E in the vitamin D oil is vitamin E mixed with tocopherols.
5. Drops according to claim 1 containing vitamin a and vitamin D, characterized in that said vegetable oil is one or more of olive oil, rapeseed oil, sunflower oil, soybean oil, corn oil.
6. A drop according to claim 1, containing vitamin a and vitamin D, characterized in that said emulsifier is a phospholipid.
7. Drops according to claim 1 containing vitamin a and vitamin D, characterized in that the antioxidant is one of vitamin E, β -carotene, vitamin C.
8. A method of preparation of drops containing vitamin A and vitamin D according to any of the claims from 1 to 7, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
s1, adding the vitamin A oil and the vitamin D oil into the edible vegetable oil, uniformly stirring, and homogenizing for 10 minutes at the homogenizing rotation speed of 200rpm to obtain a mixed solution A;
s2, heating the mixed solution A prepared in the step S1 to 50 ℃, adding edible essence, an emulsifier and an antioxidant, uniformly stirring, and homogenizing for 20 minutes at the rotation speed of 300rpm to prepare a mixed solution B;
s3, cooling the mixed solution B prepared in the step S2 to room temperature, and filtering by using a 5-micron filter element at the flow rate of 2cc/S to prepare filtrate C;
s4, sterilizing the filtrate C prepared in the step S3 by UHT ultrahigh temperature instant sterilization, wherein the sterilization temperature is 110-;
s5, filling and sealing the sterilized liquid, and packaging to obtain the product.

A method of making drops containing vitamin A and vitamin D as claimed in claim 8, wherein said vitamin A oil is prepared by: heating corn oil to 40-60 deg.C, adding retinyl acetate and dibutyl hydroxy toluene, stirring for 30-60 min, filtering with 200 mesh intact filter cloth, cooling to room temperature, and packaging.
10. A method of making drops containing vitamin A and vitamin D as claimed in claim 8 wherein the vitamin D oil is prepared by: heating corn oil to 40-60 deg.C, adding vitamin D3And the dibutyl hydroxy toluene and the vitamin E are stirred for 30-60 minutes, then are filtered by intact filter cloth with 200 meshes, and are packaged after being cooled to room temperature.
