Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a feed formula, in particular to a special feed for optimal feeding of weaned sows before mating.
Background
After more than 20 days of lactation, the sows are generally thin, and the high-quality short-term excellent feed is beneficial to recovering the body condition and improving the mating and conception rate. Because short-term optimal feeding before mating can directly affect oocyte quality and ovulation quantity, and has important influence on the survival of embryos in uterus after mating. However, in the actual production, before the sows are bred, some feed for feeding in pig farms, some reserve feed for the pig farms and the pregnancy feed for the pig farms are not prepared according to the physiological characteristics and nutritional requirements of the sows before the breeding. Application No. 201510387332.4 discloses a special feed for optimal feeding of weaned sows before mating, which comprises corn; soybean meal; glucose; puffing soybean; soybean oil; premixing; calcium hydrogen phosphate; stone powder; the sodium chloride can improve the quality of the oocyte and the ovulation quantity of the sow, and can greatly improve the mating conception rate and litter size of the sow. With the progress of research, it was found that: the deep sea fish oil is rich in docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), and the fish oil added into animal feed can improve the production performance of animals and improve the disease resistance of animals. The unique omega-3 type long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acid in the fish oil can promote the development of oocytes. The daidzein has weak estrogenic activity, can regulate the expression of certain genes of the growth axis and the reproductive axis of the hypothalamus-pituitary through a central approach, further influences the reproductive performance of animals, and also has multiple physiological functions of resisting oxidation and mutagenesis, improving the immunity of organisms, regulating the reproduction of the animals and the like. Therefore, how to further optimize the formula and develop an improved special feed for optimal feeding of weaned sows before mating is of great significance.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing an improved special feed for optimal feeding of weaned sows before mating.
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a special feed for optimal feeding of weaned sows before mating comprises the following components in parts by weight: 580 portions of corn and 700 portions of; 130-250 parts of soybean meal; 50-80 parts of glucose; 50-80 parts of puffed soybeans; 0-25 parts of soybean oil; 5-20 parts of deep sea fish oil; 0.5-1.0 part of soybean isoflavone; 10-12 parts of calcium hydrophosphate; 10-15 parts of stone powder; 10-20 parts of premix; 0.1-0.2 parts of beta-carotene; 0.15-0.3 part of vitamin E; 0.2-0.4 part of vitamin C.
The inventor obtains the components of the special material and the using amount of each component through a large amount of experiments for a long time. The special feed can further improve the quality of the oocyte and the ovulation quantity of the sow, and can improve the mating conception rate and litter size of the sow.
Preferably, the special material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 550-650 parts of corn; 200-250 parts of soybean meal; 50-60 parts of glucose; 50-60 parts of puffed soybeans; 10-15 parts of soybean oil; 15-20 parts of deep sea fish oil; 0.5-1.0 part of soybean isoflavone; 10-12 parts of calcium hydrophosphate; 10-15 parts of stone powder; 10-20 parts of premix; 0.1-0.2 parts of beta-carotene; 0.15-0.3 part of vitamin E; 0.2-0.4 part of vitamin C.
Most preferably, the special material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 665.8 parts of corn; 168 parts of soybean meal; 60 parts of glucose; 60 parts of puffed soybeans; 10 parts of soybean oil; 10 parts of deep sea fish oil; 0.5 part of soybean isoflavone; 12 parts of calcium hydrophosphate; 13 parts of stone powder; 15 parts of premix; 0.15 part of beta-carotene; 0.2 part of vitamin E; 0.3 part of vitamin C.
Preferably, the soybean oil is a quaternary soybean oil.
The premix can be purchased from the market, and is preferably prepared according to the following formula:
the premix comprises the following components: monomer amino acids (98% lysine: 0.25-0.5%, 98% threonine: 0.07-0.025%, 98% methionine: 0.015-0.02%), sodium chloride (0.4-0.5%), choline 60% (0.1-0.15%), vitamins and trace elements recommended by NRC2012, and the like.
NRC2012 recommended vitamins and trace elements: per kilogram of complete feed offer: 250mg of copper; 150mg of iron; 200mg of zinc; 40mg of manganese; 0.4mg of selenium; 0.3mg of iodine; vitamin E20 mg; 11250 IU vitamin A; vitamin D32500 IU; vitamin K32.5 mg; vitamin B12.5mg; vitamin B26.0 mg; vitamin B63.0 mg; vitamin B120.08mg; biotin 0.01 mg; 12.5mg of pantothenic acid; folic acid 1.25 mg; nicotinic acid, 25 mg.
In the invention:
glucose is a monosaccharide that can be directly absorbed and is an energy source and metabolic intermediate for living cells. After the feed is fed, the blood sugar concentration of weaned sows can be quickly improved, and the secretion of insulin is promoted, so that the oestrus and follicle development of the sows are induced, the hybridization is accepted, the number of large follicles can be increased, the ovulation is promoted, and the corpus luteum is generated. On the other hand, the glucose is sweet in taste, so that the sow is lovely to eat, and the daily total nutrient intake of the sow can be further improved.
Vitamin E: tocopherol is also known as vitamin essential for ensuring normal breeding. The invention additionally increases the content of tocopherol on the basis of premix, which is beneficial to further optimally feeding sows before hybridization.
Carotene: is beneficial to preventing the body from being damaged by free radicals, promotes the growth and development, effectively promotes the health and cell development of the sows and maintains the reproductive function.
Vitamin C: plays a regulating role in redox metabolism.
Puffing soybeans: the puffed soybean removes the anti-nutritional factors of the soybean, has thick soybean flavor, good palatability and high nutrient digestibility.
Deep sea fish oil: the deep sea fish oil not only can provide a high-quality energy source, but also has research that the unique omega-3 type long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acid can promote the development of oocytes.
Soybean isoflavone: has weak estrogen-like activity, and can regulate the expression of some genes in the growth axis and the reproductive axis of the hypothalamus-pituitary through a central pathway so as to influence the reproductive performance of animals.
Has the advantages that: (1) the invention overcomes the defects of traditional extensive and non-targeted feed, and provides a special feed for the weaned sow before mating with a high-energy and high-digestibility formula; (2) the invention optimizes the nutrition level, and simultaneously adds soybean meal, glucose and the like, thereby not only ensuring the palatability of the feed and improving the feed intake of the sows, but also being easy to digest and absorb, and fully ensuring the nutritional requirement of the follicular development of the weaned sows; and special raw materials such as deep sea fish oil, soybean isoflavone, carotene and the like are added, so that the mating and conception rate and litter size of the sows can be further improved.
