Knowledge screen: the knowledge screen comprises four modules of item list recommendation, historical work order recommendation, department duty recommendation, processing flow and suggestion, the contents of a background database are automatically searched according to the input appeal contents, the category of an event is automatically judged through a word segmentation technology and a semantic analysis technology, and a recommendation processing department is given by combining with an event list library; if the corresponding department cannot be found through the item list library, similar cases are found through the historical work order stored in the system, and recommended handling departments are given according to the dispatching conditions of the similar cases; and if the recommended department cannot be obtained, giving a recommended handling department by combining the description of the event with the responsibility description and the authority list of the department. And according to the category determined by the appeal content, the processing flow and suggestion of the event are given.
The background system comprises a multi-screen control system and a database system; the multi-screen control system comprises a message bus, message subscription and publishing, message receiving and the like; the database part comprises an item list library, an event library, a work list library, a knowledge library and the like.
