Description

Dyeing process of water-absorbing quick-drying nylon-cotton interwoven knitted fabric with high washing fastness
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of spinning, in particular to a dyeing process of a water-absorbing quick-drying nylon-cotton interwoven knitted fabric with high washing fastness.
Background
The nylon-cotton interwoven fabric can well organically combine the moisture absorption and air permeability of the cotton fibers with the wear resistance and high elasticity of the nylon fibers, has good hand feeling and wearing comfort, is popular with consumers and is popular in the garment fabric market. The common dyeing process of the fabric in the dyeing processing is reactive/acid dye two-bath two-step dyeing, namely dyeing the cotton component by using the reactive dye, and then dyeing the nylon component by using the acid or neutral dye. However, the problem of poor fastness to washing exists in the actual production process, and the main reason is that the glass transition temperature Tg of the nylon fiber is low, and when the fastness to washing is tested at the temperature of more than 50 ℃, part of dye molecules are easy to migrate from the interior of the fiber to the surface of the fiber, so that the problems of fading and staining are caused. In addition, the color light is unstable, and the batch difference of the fabrics dyed by the same formula is serious, which is mainly caused by the cross staining phenomenon of the two components in the dyeing process.

The invention aims to provide a dyeing process of a water-absorbing quick-drying nylon-cotton interwoven knitted fabric with high washing fastness aiming at the defects in the prior art. The invention adopts gorgeous and firm series reactive dyes developed by Henschel company to dye nylon components, so that the nylon components can obtain extremely high dyeing depth and washing fastness; by adopting a special post-treatment process, the floating color can be washed away, the cross contamination of the nylon component and the cotton component by the dye is reduced, and the color stability is greatly improved; meanwhile, a water-absorbing quick-drying finishing agent is added in the dyeing step, so that the fabric is endowed with a good water-absorbing quick-drying function, and the additional value of the fabric is increased.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
