Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of textile dyes, in particular to a red cationic dye composition and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Cationic Dyes (Cationic Dyes) are one kind of textile Dyes, also called basic Dyes and basic Dyes, are dissolved in water to be in a Cationic state, are mainly used for dyeing acrylic fibers, and can also be combined with protein molecules in a saline-alkali manner, the Cationic Dyes are soluble in water and ionized in an aqueous solution to generate Dyes with positively charged colored ions, and the cations of the Dyes can be combined with acid groups of a third monomer in a fabric to dye the fibers, so that the Cationic Dyes are special Dyes for dyeing the acrylic fibers.
The affinity of the cationic dye and acrylic fiber is high, the combination is firm, the fastness is high, once the dye is dyed, dye molecules are difficult to migrate from a region with high dyeing concentration to a region with low dyeing concentration, defects of uneven dyeing are easily caused, the correction is difficult, and when the cationic dye is used, a retarding agent is required to be added, and the temperature rising speed is strictly controlled, so that the level dyeing effect is obtained.
However, in some composite cationic dyes on the market, which are blended by two to three kinds of cationic dyes, the compatibility of the dyes is greatly different, when the composite cationic dyes are used for dyeing, because the affinity of each dye and fibers is greatly different, the dye with high affinity competes for more dye bases, the adsorbed dye is more, the concentration difference with the inside of the fibers is large, the diffusion is fast, the dyeing speed is fast, the dye with low affinity competes for less dye bases, the dye adsorption is less, the concentration with the inside is small, the dyeing is slow, the dyeing speed difference of various dyes is large, the color and light of products are easily generated, and the rubbing fastness, the washing fastness and the perspiration fastness of the dyes are poor.
