The double-sided adhesive tape is conveyed to the upper part of the paper tube through the double-sided adhesive tape conveying mechanism 22, the starting end of the adhesive tape of the double-sided adhesive tape conveyed to the paper tube is adhered to the paper tube through the double-sided adhesive tape stripping mechanism 24, so that the adhesive tape is stripped from the formed paper, the adhesive tape mounting seat 21 is driven to move according to a specified path through the movable end of the double-sided adhesive tape adhering mechanism 25, the adhesive tape stripped by the double-sided adhesive tape stripping mechanism 24 is adhered to the paper tube according to the specified path, the formed paper stripped of the adhesive tape is collected through the formed paper collecting mechanism 23 while the adhesive tape is adhered, the stripped adhesive tape is cut off through the double-sided adhesive tape cutting mechanism after the adhesive tape is adhered, and the formed paper is kept complete. In this embodiment, the double-sided tape conveying mechanism 22 and the molded paper collecting mechanism 23 are symmetrically disposed on the tape mounting base 21, and the double-sided tape peeling mechanism 24 and the double-sided tape cutting mechanism are located at the bottom of the tape mounting base 21, so that the double-sided tape is conveyed downwards to the double-sided tape peeling mechanism 24 through the double-sided tape conveying mechanism 22, and the molded paper peeled off by the double-sided tape peeling mechanism 24 is conveyed upwards and collected through the molded paper collecting mechanism 23. The double-sided adhesive tape cutting mechanism and the molded paper collecting mechanism 23 are located on the same side of the double-sided adhesive tape peeling mechanism 24, so that the adhesive tape at the peeled position is cut off by the double-sided adhesive tape cutting mechanism.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the double-sided adhesive tape conveying mechanism 22 includes a conveying speed-regulating motor 221 mounted on the adhesive tape mounting seat 21, a double-sided adhesive tape placing wheel 222, and a double-sided adhesive tape running wheel 223, a first end of the double-sided adhesive tape placing wheel 222 is connected to an output shaft of the conveying speed-regulating motor 221 through a transmission belt, a double-sided adhesive tape is sleeved on a second end of the double-sided adhesive tape placing wheel 222, and the rotating speed of the double-sided adhesive tape placing wheel 222 is adjusted by adjusting the rotating speed of the output shaft of the conveying speed-regulating motor 221, so as to adjust the speed of the double-sided adhesive tape ring for releasing the double-sided adhesive tape; a plurality of double-sided adhesive tape running wheels 223 are arranged on the adhesive tape mounting base 21 along the conveying path of the double-sided adhesive tape and connected with the double-sided adhesive tape placing wheels 222 through the double-sided adhesive tape, so that the double-sided adhesive tape is conveyed to the double-sided adhesive tape peeling mechanism 24 for peeling; the molded paper collecting mechanism 23 comprises a collecting speed regulating motor 231, a molded paper collecting wheel 232 and a molded paper feeding wheel 233 which are arranged on the rubberizing mounting seat 21, wherein the first end of the molded paper feeding wheel 233 is in transmission connection with an output shaft of the collecting speed regulating motor 231 through a transmission belt, a molded paper collecting cylinder is sleeved on the second end of the molded paper collecting wheel 232, and the rotating speed of the molded paper collecting cylinder is adjusted by adjusting the rotating speed of the output shaft of the collecting speed regulating motor 231 so as to adjust the rotating speed of the molded paper collecting wheel 232 and further adjust the speed of the molded paper collected by the molded paper collecting cylinder; the plurality of form feeding wheels 233 are arranged on the adhesive mounting base 21 along the conveying path of the form, and are in transmission connection with the form collecting wheel 232 through the form, so that the form stripped by the double-sided adhesive stripping mechanism 24 is collected on the form collecting cylinder.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the rubberizing mounting seat 21 is provided with a first tensioning and balancing device 224 for tensioning the double-sided adhesive tape downward by gravity and a second tensioning and balancing device 234 for tensioning the profile paper downward by gravity, the first tensioning and balancing device 224 includes a first sliding rod mounted on the rubberizing mounting seat 21 in the vertical direction, a balancing weight slidably connected with the first sliding rod, and first tensioning wheels respectively mounted on both sides of the first balancing weight, the first tensioning wheel is hung on the double-sided adhesive, the second tensioning and balancing device 234 includes a second sliding rod mounted on the rubberizing mounting seat 21 in the vertical direction, a balancing weight slidably connected with the second sliding rod, and second tensioning wheels respectively mounted on both sides of the second balancing weight, the second tensioning wheels are hung on the profile paper, the first balancing weight slides downward on the first sliding rod by its own gravity, so that the two first tensioning wheels tension the double-sided adhesive downward, the second balancing weight slides downwards on the second sliding rod by utilizing the gravity of the second balancing weight, so that the two second tensioning wheels tension the paper downwards, and the double-faced adhesive tapes and the paper are conveyed forwards along with the rotation of the corresponding double-faced adhesive tape running wheel 223 and the corresponding paper collecting wheel 232. The tape mounting base 21 is further provided with a photoelectric sensor for detecting the tightness degree of the double-sided tape, and the rotation speeds of the conveying speed regulating motor 221 and the collecting speed regulating motor 231 are controlled according to detection signals of the photoelectric sensor.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the double-sided adhesive tape conveying mechanism 22, the double-sided adhesive tape peeling mechanism 24 and the molded paper collecting mechanism 23 are connected through transmission of double-sided adhesive tape and molded paper with the adhesive tape removed, and form a conveying route of the double-sided adhesive tape, the adhesive tape and the molded paper, a first needle type cylinder 225 and a second needle type cylinder 235 are arranged on the adhesive tape mounting base 21, the first needle type cylinder 225 is located at the conveying tail end of the double-sided adhesive tape conveying mechanism 22, the second needle type cylinder 235 is located at the conveying start end of the molded paper collecting mechanism 23, the double-sided adhesive tape is clamped or loosened through the first needle type cylinder 225, the molded paper is clamped through the second needle type cylinder 235, and linkage operation of the conveying route is controlled. After the gluing of one paper tube is finished, before the rewinding machine moves the other paper tube to the position below the double-sided adhesive tape stripping mechanism 24, the conveying speed regulating motor 221 and the collecting speed regulating motor 231 are controlled to stop rotating, and the first needle type air cylinder 225 and the second needle type air cylinder 235 are controlled to clamp the double-sided adhesive tape and the paper, so that the operation of a conveying route is stopped. After the paper tube moves to the lower part of the double-sided tape stripping mechanism 24, the starting end of the double-sided tape is pasted on the paper tube through the double-sided tape stripping mechanism 24, the first needle type cylinder 225 is controlled to loosen the double-sided tape and the second needle type cylinder 235 is controlled to loosen the pattern paper, and then the conveying speed regulating motor 221 and the collecting speed regulating motor 231 are restarted to start rotating for pasting.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the adhesive mounting base 21 includes an adhesive fixing plate 211 for being mounted on the frame 1 and an adhesive mounting plate 212 slidably connected to the adhesive fixing plate 211, the double-sided adhesive conveying mechanism 22, the double-sided adhesive cutting mechanism and the profile collecting mechanism are mounted on the adhesive mounting plate 212, the double-sided adhesive peeling mechanism 24 includes a lifting cylinder with a fixed end mounted on the adhesive fixing plate 211 and a double-sided adhesive peeling plate 241 mounted on the adhesive mounting plate 212, the double-sided adhesive conveyed by the double-sided adhesive conveying mechanism 22 bypasses below the double-sided adhesive peeling plate 241 and then is drivingly connected to the profile paper collecting mechanism 23, the movable end of the lifting cylinder drives the adhesive mounting plate 212 to descend, so that the double-sided adhesive stripping plate 241 presses the double-sided adhesive onto the paper tube, the adhesive of the double-sided adhesive is adhered onto the paper tube, meanwhile, the molded paper is collected by the molded paper collecting mechanism 23, so that the adhesive tape of the double-sided tape is peeled off from the molded paper. The rubberizing fixing plate 211 is provided with a lifting slide rail. In this embodiment, be equipped with spacing cardboard on the rubberizing mounting panel 212, be equipped with on the rubberizing fixed plate 211 that the lift cylinder is soft spacing and the lift cylinder is hard spacing, the soft spacing below that all is located spacing cardboard of lift cylinder and the hard spacing below of lift cylinder, and the height that highly is higher than the hard spacing top of lift cylinder on the soft spacing top of lift cylinder. The soft spacing of lift cylinder is equipped with the elastic buffer unit along the direction of height, consequently drives rubberizing mounting panel 212 downstream when the lift cylinder, makes spacing cardboard push down to the soft spacing of lift cylinder on to play the effect of buffering, drives rubberizing mounting panel 212 when the lift cylinder and continues the downstream, makes spacing cardboard push down to the hard spacing of lift cylinder on and can't continue to push down, thereby has restricted the lift stroke of lift cylinder.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the double-sided tape peeling mechanism 24 further includes a double-sided tape pulling cylinder 242 having a fixed end mounted on the tape mounting plate 212, and a mounting block 243 mounted on a movable end of the double-sided tape pulling cylinder 242, wherein the double-sided tape peeling plate 241 is mounted on the mounting block 243, and the double-sided tape peeling plate 241 is driven to descend by the double-sided tape pulling cylinder 242 to pull the double-sided tape wound on the double-sided tape peeling plate 241, so as to ensure that the double-sided tape peeling plate 241 presses the double-sided tape onto the paper tube. The included angle between the lower end face and the upper end face of the double-sided adhesive tape stripping plate 241 is 20-25 degrees, the included angle between the upper end face and the horizontal direction is 30-35 degrees, and the mounting block 243 is provided with a limiting wheel 244 for limiting the conveying direction of the double-sided adhesive tape and a limiting pressing plate 245 for limiting and pressing the double-sided adhesive tape onto the upper end face of the double-sided stripping plate, so that the double-sided adhesive tape conveyed by the double-sided adhesive tape conveying mechanism 22 is ensured to be in transmission connection with the conveying-to-type paper collecting mechanism 23 after the double-sided adhesive tape passes around from the lower side of the double-sided adhesive tape stripping plate 241 according to the arrangement angle of the lower end face of the double-sided adhesive tape stripping plate 241 and then according to the arrangement angle of the upper end face of the double-sided adhesive tape stripping plate 241. The double-faced adhesive tape is adhered and fixed on the paper tube by limiting the angle of the double-faced adhesive tape cloth on the double-faced adhesive tape stripping plate 241, and the molded paper is collected by the molded paper collecting mechanism 23, so that the adhesive tape is successfully separated from the molded paper, and the adhesive tape on the paper tube is prevented from being taken away by the molded paper when the molded paper collecting mechanism 23 collects the molded paper. The double-sided tape stripping plate 241 is hinged to the mounting block 243 by a return spring.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the double-sided tape gluing mechanism 25 includes a gluing slide rail 251 disposed on the rack 1 along a designated path and slidably connected to the gluing mount 21, and a gluing driving device mounted on the rack 1 for driving the gluing mount 21 to slide on the gluing slide rail 251; the rubberizing driving device comprises a rubberizing screw 253 which is arranged on the frame 1 and is in threaded matching connection with the rubberizing mounting seat 21, and a rubberizing driving motor 252 which is arranged on the frame 1 and is in belt transmission connection with the driving rubberizing screw 253; the main body of the adhesive tape machine further comprises a double-sided adhesive tape rolling mechanism for pressing the adhesive tape laid on the paper tube, the double-sided adhesive tape rolling mechanism comprises a double-sided adhesive tape rolling cylinder 254 with a fixed end mounted on the adhesive tape mounting seat 21 and a double-sided adhesive tape rolling wheel 255 mounted on a movable end of the double-sided adhesive tape rolling cylinder 254, the adhesive tape driving motor 252 drives the driving screw rod to rotate and enables the adhesive tape mounting seat 21 to slide on the adhesive tape sliding rail 251 through thread transmission, so that the adhesive tape stripped by the double-sided adhesive tape stripping mechanism 24 is laid on the paper tube along a specified path, the double-sided adhesive tape rolling wheel 255 is lowered to the adhesive tape position on the paper tube through the movable end of the double-sided adhesive tape rolling cylinder 254 to roll, and the adhesive tape is pressed and adhered on the paper tube. In this embodiment, a drag chain is laid on the slide rail, one end of the drag chain is fixed on the slide rail, and the other end of the drag chain is fixed on the rubberizing mount pad 21, so as to control the sliding stroke of the rubberizing mount pad 21.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the double-sided tape cutting mechanism includes a double-sided tape cutting cylinder 26 mounted on the tape mounting base 21 and a cutting knife mounted on the movable end of the double-sided tape cutting cylinder 26, the cutting edge of the cutting knife is located above the double-sided tape peeling position of the double-sided tape peeling mechanism 24, and the movable end of the double-sided tape cutting cylinder 26 drives the cutting knife to descend to the double-sided tape peeling position of the double-sided tape peeling mechanism 24 and cut the tape. In this embodiment, the double-sided tape is transported along the lower end face of the double-sided tape stripping plate 241, so that the tape of the double-sided tape is adhered to the paper tube, the molding paper is transported along the upper end face of the double-sided tape stripping plate 241 by bypassing the double-sided tape stripping plate 241, the blade of the cutting knife is located above the top end of the double-sided tape stripping plate 241, and the cutting knife is driven by the double-sided tape cutting cylinder 26 to descend to the tape at the top end of the double-sided tape stripping plate 241 for cutting. In this embodiment, the double-sided tape rolling wheel 255, the double-sided tape cutting knife, and the double-sided tape peeling plate 241 are arranged along the tape attaching direction of the paper tube.
As shown in fig. 5, the film rewinding module 3 includes a rewinding mounting seat 31 mounted on the rack 1, a raw film roll releasing mechanism mounted on the rewinding mounting seat 31 for driving a raw film roll to rotate so as to release a film, a first rewinding shaft 32 for driving a paper roll to rotate so as to rewind the film, a second rewinding shaft 33 for driving the paper roll to rotate so as to rewind the film, a first rewinding driving mechanism mounted on the rewinding mounting seat 31 for driving the first rewinding shaft 32 to rotate so as to wind the film on the paper roll, a second rewinding driving mechanism mounted on the rewinding mounting seat 31 for driving the second rewinding shaft 33 to rotate so as to wind the film on the paper roll, a rotating plate 34 for mounting the first rewinding shaft 32 and the second rewinding shaft 33, and a rotating plate driving mechanism 35 mounted on the rewinding mounting seat 31 for driving the rotating plate 34 to rotate; the first rewinding shaft 32 and the second rewinding shaft 33 are rotatably connected to the rotating plate 34, the rotating plate 34 is driven to rotate by the rotating plate driving mechanism 35 to change the positions of the first rewinding shaft 32 and the second rewinding shaft 33, so that the paper roll on the first rewinding shaft 32 is close to the original film roll releasing mechanism to perform film rewinding, the new film roll which is rewound on the second rewinding shaft 33 is close to the labeling module 6 to perform labeling and edge sealing, or the paper roll on the second rewinding shaft 33 is close to the original film roll releasing mechanism to perform film rewinding, and the new film roll which is rewound on the first rewinding shaft 32 is close to the labeling module 6 to perform labeling and edge sealing. In this embodiment, the first rewinding shaft 32 and the second rewinding shaft 33 are both provided with inflatable shafts, and the paper tubes are fixed by controlling inflation of the inflatable shafts, so as to drive the paper tubes to synchronously rotate for rewinding the film. In this embodiment, the film releasing mechanism and the labeling module 6 are respectively located at two sides of the rewinding mounting seat 31, the first rewinding shaft 32 and the second rewinding shaft 33 are oppositely arranged on the rotating plate 34, and the positions of the first rewinding shaft 32 and the second rewinding shaft 33 are alternated by rotating the rotating plate 34 by 180 degrees.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the transferring device comprises a paper tube conveying mechanism 7 mounted on the frame 1 for conveying a paper tube, a film roll conveying mechanism 8 mounted on the frame 1 for conveying a new film roll, an upper grabbing module 9 for grabbing the paper tube and the new film roll from the upper side, and a lower grabbing module 10 for grabbing the paper tube and the new film roll from the lower side, the paper tube conveying mechanism 7 conveys the paper tube which is not pasted with glue to a double-sided tape pasting mechanism 25 for pasting glue and conveys the paper tube pasted with glue to the lower side of the upper grabbing module 9, the upper grabbing module 9 grabs the paper tube pasted with glue and sleeves the front end of the rewinding shaft, the lower grabbing module 10 adjusts the position of the paper tube pasted with glue to correspond to the film release position of the original film roll releasing mechanism, the lower grabbing module 10 and the upper grabbing module 9 cooperate to grab and transfer the new film roll pasted with label to the start end of the film roll conveying mechanism 8, the new film roll with the label applied is output by the film roll feeding mechanism 8.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the upper grabbing module 9 comprises a transverse moving cylinder 90 disposed on the frame 1 along the length direction of the frame 1, a transverse slide rail 91 disposed on the frame 1 along the length direction of the frame 1, a transverse slide frame 92 slidably connected with the transverse slide rail 91, a motor slide rail 93 disposed on the transverse slide frame 92 along the width direction of the frame 1, a longitudinal slide seat 94 slidably connected with the motor slide rail 93, the device comprises a vertical driving motor 96 arranged on a sliding seat along the vertical direction, a vertical lead screw 97 connected with an output shaft of the vertical driving motor 96, a vertical slide rail arranged on the sliding seat along the vertical direction, a vertical sliding seat 95 connected with the vertical slide rail in a sliding way and in threaded matching connection with the vertical lead screw 97, a first claw driving motor 98 arranged on the vertical sliding seat 95 and a first U-shaped claw 99 connected with the first claw driving motor 98 and used for grabbing a paper tube and a new film roll; the lower grabbing module 10 comprises a longitudinal rodless cylinder 101 arranged on the rack 1 along the width direction of the rack 1, a longitudinal sliding frame 102 installed on the movable end of the longitudinal rodless cylinder 101, a vertical rodless cylinder 103 arranged on the longitudinal sliding frame 102 along the vertical direction, a second gripper driving motor 104 installed on the movable end of the vertical rodless cylinder 103, and a second U-shaped gripper 105 connected with the first gripper driving motor 98 and used for grabbing a paper tube and a new film roll.
As shown in fig. 6, the film cutting mechanism includes a cutting mounting seat 41 mounted on the frame 1, a lifting slide rail cylinder 42 mounted on the cutting mounting seat 41 in the height direction, a horizontal rodless cylinder 43 mounted on the movable end of the lifting slide rail cylinder 42 in the width direction of the film, a film cutting knife 44 mounted on the movable end of the horizontal rodless cylinder 43, and a film rolling wheel mounted on the movable end of the horizontal rodless cylinder 43, and the film rolling wheel is located in front of the film cutting knife 44, the movable end of the lifting slide rail air cylinder 42 drives the horizontal rodless air cylinder 43 to descend, so that the film rolling wheel and the film cutting knife 44 are pressed on the film, and then the movable end of the horizontal rodless cylinder 43 drives the film rolling wheel and the film cutting knife 44 to move along the width direction of the film, the film is thus first compressed by the film roller and is then cut by the film cutter 44.
As shown in fig. 7, the label peeling module 5 includes a label mounting base 51 mounted on the frame 1, a label storage shaft 52 mounted on the label mounting base 51 and used for sleeving a label paper ring, a label peeling plate 53 mounted on the label mounting base 51, a label paper collecting shaft mounted on the label mounting base 51, a label driving shaft mounted on the label mounting base 51, and a label driving motor 55 used for driving the label driving shaft to rotate, wherein the upper surface of the label peeling plate 53 is connected with the lower surface through an inclined surface, the label storage shaft 52, the label driving shaft, and the label paper collecting shaft are in transmission connection through label paper, and the label paper is conveyed to the label paper collecting shaft from the upper surface of the label peeling plate 53 by bypassing the inclined surface of the label peeling plate 53, and the label driving shaft is driven to rotate by the label driving motor 55 and drives the label storage shaft 52 and the label collecting shaft 54 to synchronously rotate, when the label sticker moves to the joint of the upper surface of the label peeling plate 53 and the inclined surface, the label on the label sticker stays on the upper surface of the label peeling plate 53, and the label paper winds onto the inclined surface of the label peeling plate 53, so that the label is peeled from the label paper. In this embodiment, the angle between the upper surface of the label peeling plate 53 and the inclined surface is 45 degrees.
As shown in fig. 7, the label peeling module 5 further includes a label leveling cylinder 56 mounted on the mounting base and a label rolling wheel 57 mounted on the movable end of the label leveling cylinder 56, the label rolling wheel 57 is located above the label peeling plate 53, and the movable end of the label leveling cylinder 56 drives the label rolling wheel 57 to descend, so as to flatten the label sticker on the upper surface of the label peeling plate 53.
As shown in fig. 8, the labeling module 6 includes a suction cup 61 for sucking the label peeled by the label peeling mechanism and transferring the label to be attached to the end of the new film roll, a suction cup control mechanism 62 for controlling the suction cup 61 to be tightly sucked and loosened, a suction cup translation mechanism 63 mounted on the frame 1 for driving the suction cup 61 to move in the horizontal direction, and a suction cup lifting mechanism 64 mounted on the frame 1 for driving the suction cup 61 to move in the height direction; the sucker 61 is arranged on the movable end of the sucker control mechanism 62, the fixed end of the sucker control mechanism 62 is arranged on the movable end of the sucker lifting mechanism 64, the fixed end of the sucker lifting mechanism 64 is arranged on the movable end of the sucker translation mechanism 63, and the fixed end of the sucker translation mechanism 63 is arranged on the frame 1.
The full-automatic rewinding machine further comprises a bottom plate arranged at the bottom of the rack 1, a balance weight plate arranged on the rack 1 and positioned above the bottom plate, a circuit control cabinet arranged on the bottom plate and used for installing a control circuit, and a rewinding machine shell used for enclosing the rack 1. The frame 1 is also provided with a paper silo for storing the paper tube which is not pasted with glue. The inner bottom surface of the paper silo is downwards inclined, and a vibrator is arranged below the paper silo. The discharge port of the paper silo is connected with the starting end of the paper tube conveying mechanism 7 through a downward inclined rolling frame. A stepping motor with a baffle is arranged at the discharge port of the paper silo. The starting end of the paper tube conveying mechanism 7 is provided with a first photoelectric sensor for detecting whether the paper tube rolls to the starting end of the paper tube conveying mechanism 7. The stepping motor is controlled by a detection signal of the first photoelectric sensor to control the opening and closing of the shutter and the conveyance and stop of the paper tube conveying mechanism 7. The baffle is opened by controlling the stepping motor, the vibrator is started to vibrate the paper silo, the stepping motor is controlled to close the baffle after one paper tube in the paper silo rolls out from the discharge port, so that the paper tubes roll to the starting end of the paper tube conveying mechanism 7 one by one through the rolling frame, and then the paper tubes are conveyed to the lower part of the double-faced adhesive tape rubberizing module 2 one by one through the paper tube conveying mechanism 7 to be rubberized. A paper tube clamping cylinder used for clamping and fixing the paper tube on the paper tube conveying mechanism 7 and a second photoelectric sensor used for detecting whether the paper tube reaches the position of the paper tube clamping cylinder are arranged below the double-sided adhesive tape sticking module 2. In this embodiment, the inclination angles of the inner ground of the paper silo and the rolling frame are both 15 degrees. In the embodiment, the control circuit adopts a general division layout method, and comprises a GUC-X00-TPX series controller, a driver, an expansion module, a terminal board and a power supply. The operation of the full-automatic rewinding machine is controlled by the servo driver and the stepping motor driver.
In this embodiment, the baffle is opened by controlling the stepping motor, the vibrator is started to vibrate the paper silo, the paper tube is rolled out from the discharge port of the paper silo and rolled to the starting end of the paper tube conveying mechanism 7 through the rolling frame, the first photoelectric sensor is triggered, the stepping motor is controlled to close the baffle and start the paper tube conveying mechanism 7, and when the paper tube is conveyed forwards to the paper tube clamping cylinder, the second photoelectric sensor is triggered, so that the paper tube conveying mechanism 7 is controlled to stop and the paper tube clamping cylinder is controlled to clamp and fix the paper tube. And finally, outputting the new film roll by a film roll conveying belt and then packaging the film roll into a packaging box.

the full-automatic rewinding machine comprises a rack (1), a double-sided adhesive tape sticking module (2) which is arranged on the rack (1) and used for sticking the sticking adhesive of the double-sided adhesive tape on a paper tube and removing the formed paper, a film rewinding module (3) used for sticking the starting end of a film on the paper tube and rolling the film on the paper tube, a film cutting module (4) used for cutting the film with the specified rewinding length, a label peeling module (5) used for peeling a label from the label paper, a labeling module (6) used for sticking the peeled label on the tail end of a new film roll, a transfer device used for transferring the paper tube and the new film roll and a control circuit used for controlling the working state of the full-automatic rewinding machine;
the film rewinding module (3) comprises a rewinding mounting seat (31) arranged on the rack (1), a raw film roll releasing mechanism arranged on the rewinding mounting seat (31) and used for driving a raw film roll to rotate so as to release a film, a first rewinding shaft (32) used for driving a paper tube to rotate so as to rewind the film, and a second rewinding shaft (33) used for driving the paper tube to rotate so as to rewind the film, the rewinding machine comprises a first rewinding driving mechanism, a second rewinding driving mechanism, a rotating plate (34) and a rotating plate driving mechanism (35), wherein the first rewinding driving mechanism is installed on a rewinding installation seat (31) and used for driving a first rewinding shaft (32) to rotate so as to wind a film on a paper tube, the second rewinding driving mechanism is installed on the rewinding installation seat (31) and used for driving a second rewinding shaft (33) to rotate so as to wind the film on the paper tube, the rotating plate (34) is used for installing the first rewinding shaft (32) and the second rewinding shaft (33), and the rotating plate driving mechanism (35) is installed on the rewinding installation seat (31) and used for driving the rotating plate (34) to rotate;
the first rewinding shaft (32) and the second rewinding shaft (33) are rotatably connected to the rotating plate (34), the rotating plate (34) is driven to rotate by the rotating plate driving mechanism (35) to change the positions of the first rewinding shaft (32) and the second rewinding shaft (33),
the reel on the first winding shaft (32) is brought close to the original film roll release mechanism for film winding, while the new film roll wound up on the second winding shaft (33) is brought close to the labelling module (6) for labelling and sealing, or
The paper tube on the second rewinding shaft (33) is close to the original film roll releasing mechanism for film rewinding, and the new film roll rewound on the first rewinding shaft (32) is close to the labeling module (6) for labeling and edge sealing;
the transfer device comprises a paper tube conveying mechanism (7) which is arranged on the rack (1) and is used for conveying a paper tube, a film roll conveying mechanism (8) which is arranged on the rack (1) and is used for conveying a new film roll, an upper grabbing module (9) which is used for grabbing the paper tube and the new film roll from the upper part, and a lower grabbing module (10) which is used for grabbing the paper tube and the new film roll from the lower part,
the method comprises the steps that a paper tube which is not pasted with glue is conveyed to a double-sided glue pasting mechanism (25) through a paper tube conveying mechanism (7) to be pasted with glue, the paper tube pasted with the glue is conveyed to the position below an upper grabbing module (9), the paper tube pasted with the glue is grabbed through the upper grabbing module (9) and sleeved at the front ends of a first rewinding shaft (32) and a second rewinding shaft (33), the position of the paper tube pasted with the glue is adjusted to be corresponding to the film release position of an original film roll releasing mechanism through a lower grabbing module (10), a new film roll pasted with a label is transferred to the starting end of a film roll conveying mechanism (8) through the cooperation of the lower grabbing module (10) and the upper grabbing module (9), and the new film roll pasted with the label is output through the film roll conveying mechanism (8);
the upper grabbing module (9) comprises a transverse moving cylinder (90) arranged on the rack (1) along the length direction of the rack (1), a transverse sliding rail (91) arranged on the rack (1) along the length direction of the rack (1), a transverse sliding frame (92) connected with the transverse sliding rail (91) in a sliding manner, a motor sliding rail (93) arranged on the transverse sliding frame (92) along the width direction of the rack (1), a longitudinal sliding seat (94) connected with the motor sliding rail (93) in a sliding manner, a vertical driving motor (96) arranged on the longitudinal sliding seat (94) along the vertical direction, a vertical lead screw (97) connected with an output shaft of the vertical driving motor (96), a vertical sliding rail arranged on the longitudinal sliding seat (94) along the vertical direction, a vertical sliding seat (95) connected with the vertical sliding rail in a sliding manner and in threaded matching manner with the vertical lead screw (97), a first claw driving motor (98) arranged on the vertical sliding seat (95) and a first claw driving motor (98) arranged on the vertical sliding seat (95) A first U-shaped paw (99) connected with the motor (98) and used for grabbing the paper tube and the new film roll;

the double-sided adhesive tape sticking module (2) comprises a double-sided adhesive tape conveying mechanism (22) used for conveying double-sided adhesive tapes to the upper part of the paper tube, a double-sided adhesive tape stripping mechanism (24) used for sticking the starting end of the sticking adhesive tape of the double-sided adhesive tape conveyed to the paper tube to enable the sticking adhesive tape to be gradually stripped from the molded paper, a double-sided adhesive tape sticking mechanism (25) used for sticking the stripped sticking adhesive tape on the paper tube according to a specified path, a double-sided adhesive tape cutting mechanism (26) used for cutting the stripped sticking adhesive tape and keeping the molded paper complete, and a molded paper collecting mechanism (23) used for collecting the molded paper stripped of the sticking adhesive tape;
