A processing technology of the thermal jacket containing the graphene fabric comprises the following steps:
s1, spraying bottom heating resin;
s2, spraying a high-density windproof layer and then pressing;
s3, spraying elastic resin;
s4, uniformly laying an intermediate layer with a heat insulation material;
s5, spraying elastic resin between the heat preservation materials;
s6, spraying elastic lock velvet;
s7, spraying dot resin and spraying surface heating resin;
and S8, replacing the inner layer or the surface layer with the fabric containing the graphene.
By adopting the technical scheme, the heating resin and the high-density windproof layer are sprayed, the windproof performance can be added to the thermal coat, and the cold resistance performance is improved. The elastic resin, the elastic lock velvet and the like provide the extensibility of the fabric layer, and the wearing comfort of the ready-made clothes is ensured. And finally, the novel composite graphene fabric is attached to the surface layer or the inner layer, so that the functions of high thermal conductivity, unique far infrared heating, moisture absorption, sweat releasing, antibiosis, bacteriostasis and the like are provided, and people can wear the novel composite graphene fabric comfortably in winter. The whole process is convenient, and the finished product effect is excellent.
Further, in the processing technology of the thermal jacket made of the graphene-containing fabric, when the thermal insulation material is down fibers in the step S4, the processing method is as follows:
s41, breaking down fibers, stirring with glue, and mixing;
and S42, bonding the glue containing the down feather to the middle layer of the fabric through high temperature.
By adopting the technical scheme, the broken down fibers are compounded to the middle layer through the glue, and the broken down fibers are uniformly distributed, so that the heat-insulating layer is more uniform, and the heat-insulating effect is better.
In conclusion, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. through the arrangement of adding the graphene fibers in the fabric, the heat preservation, antibacterial and conductive functions of the fabric can be improved.
2. The graphene fabric is applied to the windproof coat, so that the windproof function can be improved, and the moisture absorption and sweat releasing functions can be improved.
3. Through the setting of using graphite alkene surface fabric in the heat preservation coat, can play and improve the thermal insulation performance, increase the effect of the multifunctionality of heat preservation coat.
4. The invention fully utilizes the existing common low-cost resources, fully displays the function of the graphene into the fiber, and obtains the novel ready-made clothes fabric with high performance and high added value. The graphene fiber far infrared temperature-rising thermal insulation material disclosed by the invention is used as a functional material by utilizing the characteristics of far infrared temperature rise, thermal insulation, air permeability and the like of the graphene fiber, is applied to windcheaters, wadded jackets and the like, and provides an idea for improving the innovation capability of finished garment manufacturing industry and promoting the research and development of high-added-value ready-made garment products.

Detailed Description
A fabric containing graphene is a secondary improvement of a common fabric. Specifically, the graphene fiber yarns are woven on the common fabric, or the graphene woven layer is compounded on the surface of the common fabric.
The graphene braided layer can be formed by braiding graphene fiber yarns and blended yarn fiber yarns, and can also be formed by braiding two same or different graphene fiber yarns by using one-over-one-under braiding lines. The common fabric adopted by the invention is one or more of chemical fiber fabric, cotton material, fur material, acrylic fiber, cotton polyester, corduroy and the like.
Example 1
The fabric containing the graphene is applied to a windproof coat. Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the windproof coat has a body portion 1 and sleeves, and the body portion 1 and the sleeves 2 are both provided with two layers of fabric, namely a surface layer 4 and an inner layer 6. The two layers may be stitched together at the nodes by threads. The surface layer 4 is made of common fabric woven with graphene fiber yarns or common fabric with a graphene woven layer compounded on the surface, and the inner layer 6 is a breathable film, and preferably a PTFE film commonly used in jacket can be adopted.
Example 2
The graphene-containing fabric is applied to a thermal coat. Preferably, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the thermal coat comprises a body part 1 and sleeves 2, wherein the body part 1 and the sleeves 2 are respectively provided with three layers of cloth, namely a surface layer 4, a middle layer 5 and an inner layer 6. The three layers are compounded through hot melt glue or sewed at the node through a thread. The surface layer 4 or the inner layer 6 is replaced by a fabric containing graphene, and specifically can be a common fabric woven with graphene fiber yarns or a common fabric with a surface composite graphene woven layer. The middle layer 5 can adopt common heat insulation materials, and the heat insulation materials can be cotton, acrylic cotton, space cotton or down fiber.
In this embodiment 2, the processing technology of the thermal jacket made of graphene fabric includes the following steps:
s1, spraying bottom heating resin;
s2, spraying a high-density windproof layer and then pressing;
s3, spraying elastic resin;
s4, uniformly laying an intermediate layer with a heat insulation material;
s5, spraying elastic resin between the heat preservation materials;
s6, spraying elastic lock velvet;
s7, spraying dot resin and spraying surface heating resin;
and S8, replacing the inner layer or the surface layer with the fabric containing the graphene.
In particular, when the thermal insulation material is selected as the down fibers in step S4, the down fibers may be broken first to ensure uniform dispersion of the down fibers. Then the down feather-containing glue is mixed with glue by stirring, and the glue containing the down feather is adhered to the middle layer of the fabric at the high temperature of 60-70 ℃ to form the final middle layer of the thermal insulation coat.
In both embodiment 1 and embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 1, the trunk portion 1 is further provided with at least one heating zone 7. When the warm-keeping clothes are in a cold environment, heat can be supplied to the body, and the warm-keeping effect is further achieved. A plurality of such heating zones 7 may be provided, for example, a place where the back or the stomach needs to be particularly heated, and may be added as needed. The heating area 7 specifically includes a heating pouch 8, a charging heating device 9, and a power bank 10. The heating bag 8 can be sewed by an outer layer of the coat, and the charging heating device 9 is arranged in the heating bag 8. The charging and heating device 9 is electrically connected with a charger baby 10 through an external connecting wire, and the charger baby 10 is arranged in the pocket of the trunk part 1. Of course, the charging and heating device 9 may be replaced with another device to realize a heating function.
The present embodiment is only for explaining the present invention, and it is not limited to the present invention, and those skilled in the art can make modifications of the present embodiment without inventive contribution as needed after reading the present specification, but all of them are protected by patent law within the scope of the claims of the present invention.
Claims (8)
1. The fabric containing graphene comprises a common fabric and is characterized in that: and graphene fiber yarns are woven on the common fabric, or a graphene woven layer is compounded on the surface of the common fabric.
2. The graphene-containing fabric according to claim 1, wherein: the graphene weaving layer is formed by weaving graphene fiber yarns and blended yarn fiber yarns, or is formed by weaving two same or different graphene fiber yarns in an upper-lower weaving pattern.
3. The graphene-containing fabric according to claim 1, wherein: the common fabric is one or more of chemical fiber fabric, cotton material, leather material, acrylic fiber, cotton polyester and corduroy.
4. The application of the graphene-containing fabric is characterized in that: the use of the graphene-containing fabric according to any one of claims 1 to 3 in a wind-proof coat, wherein the wind-proof coat comprises two layers, namely a surface layer (4) and an inner layer (6), which are sewn together by a thread, the surface layer (4) is made of a common fabric woven with graphene fiber yarns or a common fabric with a graphene woven layer compounded on the surface, and the inner layer (6) is made of a breathable film.
5. The application of the graphene-containing fabric is characterized in that: the graphene-containing fabric of any one of claims 1 to 3 is applied to a thermal jacket, the thermal jacket comprises three layers, namely a surface layer (4), an intermediate layer (5) and an inner layer (6), wherein the three layers are compounded by thermosol or sewn by threads, the surface layer (4) or the inner layer (6) is made of a common fabric woven with graphene fiber yarns or a common fabric compounded with a graphene braided layer on the surface, and the intermediate layer (5) is made of a thermal insulation material.
6. The use of the graphene-containing fabric according to claim 5, wherein: the heat-insulating material is cotton, acrylic cotton, space cotton or down fiber.
7. The processing technology of the thermal jacket made of the graphene-containing fabric according to claim 5 is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
s1, spraying bottom heating resin;
s2, spraying a high-density windproof layer and then pressing;
s3, spraying elastic resin;
s4, uniformly laying an intermediate layer with a heat insulation material;
s5, spraying elastic resin between the heat preservation materials;
s6, spraying elastic lock velvet;
s7, spraying dot resin and spraying surface heating resin;
and S8, replacing the inner layer or the surface layer with the fabric containing the graphene.
8. The processing technology of the thermal jacket made of the graphene-containing fabric according to claim 7, wherein when the thermal insulation material in the step S4 is down fibers, the processing method is as follows:
s41, breaking down fibers, stirring with glue, and mixing;
and S42, bonding the glue containing the down feather to the middle layer of the fabric through high temperature.
