The rubbish overflow prompting and alarming dustbin as claimed in claim 4, wherein the buffering part (6) comprises a hydraulic spring damper (61) and a connecting piece (62) connected between the assembly part (72) and the connecting rod (71), one end of the connecting piece (62) is rotatably connected to the connecting rod (71) through a bolt, and the other end is rotatably connected to the assembly part (72) through a bolt; when vibration is generated between the connecting rod (71) and the assembly (72), the hydraulic spring damper (61) contracts, and the connecting piece (62) rotates around the node where the connecting rod (71) is connected.

The rubbish overflow prompting and alarming dustbin as claimed in claim 5, wherein the number of the connecting pieces (62) is two, the connecting pieces are connected between the connecting rod (71) and the assembly piece (72) in the same connecting mode, and the two connecting pieces (62) are parallel to each other; the assembly part (72) is L-shaped, and the bent part of the assembly part (72) is arc-shaped; one end of the hydraulic spring shock absorber (61) opposite to the assembly part (72) is hinged to the end part of the assembly part (72), one end of the connecting piece (62) is rotatably connected to one side of the assembly part (72) opposite to the hydraulic spring shock absorber (61), and the other end of the connecting piece is rotatably connected to the connecting column; the other side of the assembly part (72) opposite to the hydraulic spring damper (61) is assembled with the roller.

The rubbish overflow prompting and alarming dustbin according to claim 7, wherein the adjusting ring (8) comprises an inner ring (81) which is in gear-shaped threaded connection with the hydraulic cylinder and an adjusting sleeve (82) which is sleeved on the inner ring (81), inner teeth which are matched with outer teeth of the inner ring (81) are arranged on the adjusting sleeve (82), and when the adjusting sleeve (82) is sleeved on the inner ring (81), the inner teeth of the adjusting sleeve (82) are embedded with the outer teeth on the inner ring (81); the jacks (9) and the adjusting sleeve (82) are coaxial and are uniformly distributed on the outer surface of the adjusting sleeve (82).

The rubbish overflow prompting and alarming dustbin as claimed in claim 8, wherein the adjusting sleeve (82) is provided with a driving ring (10), the driving ring is coaxially fixed on the adjusting sleeve (82) for being driven by human hands, and a plurality of grooves (101) are uniformly distributed on the driving ring (10).

The rubbish overflow prompting and alarming dustbin as claimed in claim 9, wherein the adjusting sleeve (82) is provided with a recess (11) towards the direction of the inner teeth corresponding to the position of the inner teeth, the recess (11) is matched with the shape of the inner teeth, and the insertion hole (9) is positioned between the inner teeth and the driving ring (10).
