After the grabbing head falls to the ground, the grabbing head can be controlled by the remote control handle to move forward towards the position of the animal carcass, after the animal carcass is reached, the telescopic mechanical claw 1.53 is controlled to extend out to grab the leg part or other parts capable of being grabbed of the animal carcass, the grabbing process is completed by the grabbing control part, the grabbing control part can be a small control chip, the grabbing control chip is a common technology in the field, and the details are not described. After the mechanical gripper grabs the animal carcass, the traction mechanism retracts the traction rope inwards, the gripper head drives the animal carcass to move towards the collecting vehicle, the traction rope passes through the pulley on the inner side of the box body of the traction vehicle, so that the placement position of the animal carcass grabbed by the traction head can be adjusted by controlling the position of the pulley, and when the animal carcass needs to be placed on the left side in the box, the pulley is controlled to slide to the upper edge of the left side of the box body. When it is desired to place an animal carcass on the right side of the interior of the tank, and vice versa. When an animal carcass is collected in the box, the mechanical grab is released, and the pulley is controlled to slide to the other side of the carriage. And (4) retracting the rear cover of the collecting vehicle, driving the collecting vehicle to the next feeding room with the animal carcasses, and repeating the operation. The control of the pulley is preferably motor drive control. In a preferred implementation mode, the pulley comprises two parts, a slide inner part and a slide outer part, the slide inner part (upper part) and the slide outer part (lower part) are connected through a connecting rod (a ball head is arranged in the middle of the slide inner part and connected so that the lower part can rotate), the slide is of a structure with platforms on two sides and a hollow middle part, the slide inner part is provided with a motor 1.71 and a roller 1.72, the motor and the roller are in transmission connection through a bearing 1.74, the roller frames on two sides are arranged on the platforms of the slide on two sides, the connecting rod 1.73 in the middle of the slide inner part is connected with the slide outer part, the connecting rod is connected on a support of the pulley on the upper part, the bearing can rotate relative to the support, the traction rope is prevented from being wound due to the fact that the pulley slides on different sides of the carriage, and the motor is fixedly installed in the support. The outer part of the slideway is provided with a traction rope guide wheel 1.75, two sides of the traction rope guide wheel are rotatably connected with a connecting rod through a bearing, the connecting rod is divided into two branches at the outer part of the slideway, the two branches are respectively positioned at two sides of the guide wheel, and a traction rope extends out of a traction mechanism, penetrates through the middle part of the two branches of the connecting rod and the guide wheel and is connected to the grabbing head. In one implementation, the pulley motor is powered by a battery mounted within the pulley outrigger, the amount of power required is not significant as it only needs to move horizontally within the slideway, and its particular location within the slideway is not as critical in practice, it being important that it is located specifically within the slideway on which side. Preferably, the traction mechanism is arranged in the direction of the head of the carriage, the middle-lower position of the front panel of the carriage is arranged, and the height of the traction mechanism is lower than that of the pulley so as to pull the traction rope from the oblique lower side and apply downward pulling force on the pulley. More preferably, a serrated mechanism is provided on the side of the inner race adjacent the pulley link for stopping. When the pulley is positioned on the left side and the right side, the traction mechanism draws from the middle part in front of the carriage, and the pulley connecting rod is drawn to abut against the saw teeth of the saw-toothed mechanism, so that the pulley is stopped.
In another implementation mode, the positive and negative poles of the pulley motor are respectively electrically connected with the two side slideways through the rollers on the two sides, the collecting vehicle supplies power to the pulley motor through the two side slideways, the power supply adopts a low-voltage direct-current power supply mode, when the power supply is adopted, the outer side of each slideway is provided with an insulating layer, only the upper surface of each slideway is kept not to be in contact with the corresponding roller, the rollers are made of conductive materials, the middle parts of the bearings of the two rollers are provided with insulating pieces, the positive and negative poles of the motor are respectively electrically connected with the rollers on the two sides, when the rollers need to advance, the positive electricity is applied to the slideway on one side, and the negative electricity is applied to the other side, and when the rollers retreat is carried out, the opposite is realized.
Preferably, the upper surface of the slideway is a frosted surface to increase the friction between the pulley and the slideway. More preferably, stoppers are provided on both rollers of the pulley, and are inserted into the rollers of the pulley from the middle of the pulley when the pulley is stationary, to prevent them from sliding at will when pulling the animal carcass. Of course, in practice, the pulley wheel is located on the left side of the housing, and can pull the carcass to the left side of the housing, and similarly to the right side, even if it slides back and forth relative to each other.
The animal carcass transportation system comprises a cleaning and sterilizing facility 4 before transportation, a refrigerated transport vehicle 5 and a cleaning and sterilizing facility 6 after transportation.
The animal carcass transportation system adopts a special refrigerated transport vehicle 5. Preferably, the slideway is installed at the lower part of a hopper of a refrigeration tank of the refrigerated transport vehicle, the corresponding pulleys are installed below a tank body of the refrigeration tank, a standby refrigeration tank is equipped for each large-scale breeding base, and after an animal carcass is collected by the animal collection vehicle, the animal carcass at one end is sequentially weighed and measured in length, then the animal carcass is loaded into the standby refrigeration tank and is refrigerated and temporarily stored in advance. The spare refrigeration tank is arranged on a mounting platform which is higher than the height of the frame of the refrigeration transport vehicle, and when the refrigeration transport vehicle 5 arrives, the empty tank on the vehicle is dismounted and then the full tank is loaded. Each refrigeration tank has its own refrigeration equipment or is placed in a refrigerated space having a refrigeration function. The refrigerating tank may be the same as the existing refrigerating tank except for the lower rail and the upper opening. If for self refrigeration, the refrigeration plant of cold-storage tank can set up in cold-storage tank jar body the place ahead, when installing in the refrigerator car, links to each other refrigeration plant's power supply and vehicle mounted power, when cold-storage tank set up in plant, for its power supply after the commercial power conversion through plant.
The pre-shipment cleaning and sterilizing facility 4 and the post-shipment cleaning and sterilizing facility 6 may be any existing sterilizing facilities, and preferably, the high temperature sterilization of the body of the cold storage tank is performed.
Preferably, a temporary transfer vehicle for cleaning and sterilizing the refrigerated cans by transferring them to the pre-shipment cleaning and sterilizing facility 4 before transferring them to the transport vehicle may be provided at the farm. Of course, for relatively small scale farms, the cleaning and disinfection may be performed manually.
The refrigerated tank after cleaning and disinfection is transported to a refrigerated transport vehicle; the refrigerating transfer trolley transports the refrigerating tank 5 to a post-transport cleaning and disinfecting facility 6 of the treatment center to clean and disinfect the outer body of the refrigerating tank again; the refrigerated tank 5 cleaned and disinfected again is conveyed to a refrigeration house of the treatment center through a conveying device, the unloading of the animal carcasses is completed in the refrigeration house, and the animal carcasses are temporarily stored in the refrigeration house; the refrigerated tank is preferably provided with a top lid. The empty refrigerating tank is transported to a post-transport cleaning and disinfecting facility 6 for cleaning the inside and the outside of the refrigerating tank, and the movable top cover of the refrigerating tank is opened at the moment to facilitate the cleaning of the inside of the refrigerating tank; the refrigerated tank after the inside and outside washing is disinfected at high temperature inside and outside the refrigerated tank by a high-temperature disinfection facility inside and outside the refrigerated tank; the refrigerated storage tank 3 after high-temperature disinfection is loaded to a refrigerated transport vehicle to be transported to a farm for reuse, and a movable top cover on the refrigerated storage tank after high-temperature disinfection is closed to seal the refrigerated storage tank.
Preferably, the refrigerated tank itself is not refrigerated, and the refrigerated transport vehicle comprises a refrigerated compartment, which transports the refrigerated tank refrigerated to the treatment center. And the cold storage is used for unloading the animal carcasses in the cold storage tank and temporarily storing the animal carcasses.
The temporarily stored animal carcasses are treated by the harmless treatment equipment, and the harmless treatment equipment adopts treatment equipment meeting national standards, such as oil refining and slagging treatment on the animal carcasses.
The pre-shipment cleaning and disinfecting facility and the post-shipment cleaning and disinfecting facility are relative to a culturing farm, wherein the former is arranged in the culturing farm, and the latter is arranged in a treatment center.
Example 2
The solution of example 1 above has been able to achieve a single multiple collection of carcasses, but during testing the skilled person has found that as the casing is rectangular, the corresponding runners are also substantially rectangular, the upper half of the pulley, i.e. the inner part of the runner, can become stuck or even stuck in the turns individually due to differences between the inner and outer wheels during the turns in the runners. The way to solve this problem in automobiles is to use a differential so that the inner and outer wheels turn at different speeds, but if such a design is used in the pulleys, the cost will be greatly increased and the complexity of the device will also be increased, so that the originally simple and durable mechanical structure becomes complicated and prone to failure.
Aiming at the problem, a simple and low-cost solution is finally found through a large number of experiments of a plurality of technicians, the complexity of the roller of the pulley is not increased, and the problem of blockage at the turning position can be effectively solved.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, in order to solve the above problem, the inventor designed a special slide way, which is divided into an inner slide way 1.81 and an outer slide way 182, the outer slide way is a normal slide way, and one to two virtual rotating rollers 1.83 are respectively arranged at two corners of the inner slide way. As shown in fig. 6, each virtual rotating roller comprises a rotating roller 1.84 and a rotating shaft 1.85, the rotating roller 1.84 is cylindrical, the upper surface of the rotating roller is approximately aligned with the upper surface of the inner slideway or is slightly lower than the upper surface of the inner slideway, the rotating shaft 1.85 is arranged on two sides of the rotating roller 1.84, corresponding grooves are formed in two side walls of the inner slideway, and the rotating shafts on two sides of the rotating roller are respectively installed in the grooves on the side surfaces of the inner slideway through bearings so as to rotate in the inner slideway.
By adopting the structure, when the pulley travels to a turning position, the outer side roller normally travels, the inner side roller rotates on the virtual rotating roller but cannot advance, and the difference between the inner and outer rollers is compensated, so that the smooth turning of the pulley is realized. When the outer side pulley turns smoothly, the pulley continues to advance, and the inner side pulley can be driven to follow forwards only by a small advancing force, so that the pulley continues to advance, and the phenomenon of turning and blocking is avoided.
In another preferred implementation mode, as shown in fig. 7, each rotating shaft has a central shaft 1.87 and one or more limit reset strips 1.88, the limit reset strips are disposed on a lower portion of the central shaft, if a plurality of the limit reset strips are symmetrically disposed, corresponding limit blocks 1.89 are disposed on left and right sides in a groove on a side surface of the inner slideway, and the limit blocks extend inwards from the groove, so as to block further rotation of the rotating roller 1.84. The middle shaft 1.87 is rotatably fixed on the inner wall of the slideway through a bearing 1.90.
The distance between the limiting reset strip 1.88 and the limiting block 1.89 is in direct proportion to the difference between the inner radius and the outer radius of the outer slideway and the inner radius of the inner slideway, namely, the larger the difference between the inner radius and the outer radius, the larger the distance (the specific distance can be determined by a person skilled in the art according to actual conditions). By adopting the mode, when the outer rollers advance on the outer slideway and turn, the rollers on the inner slideway press the virtual rotating roller and drive the virtual rotating roller to rotate, when the virtual rotating roller rotates to the limit strip to be abutted against the limit block in the groove, the compensation of the distance difference between the inner and outer rollers (for the arc of the section of turning) caused by the difference between the inner and outer radiuses is just realized, and then the inner and outer rollers finish turning and continue advancing. When the pulley runs in the reverse direction, the reverse is performed.
Preferably, the left and right limiting strips are symmetrically arranged 2, the gravity center of the limiting strips is also positioned at the middle lower part because the limiting strips are arranged at the middle lower part of the middle shaft, and the limiting strips return to the initial positions due to the action of gravity after the roller passes through. Therefore, the pulley is convenient to rotate from the other side in a virtual way when sliding back, and the problem that the virtual rotating roller cannot rotate when the pulley runs in the reverse direction is solved.
It is also clear that, although the present invention has been described with reference to some specific examples, a person of skill in the art shall certainly be able to achieve many equivalent methods and structures for the safe controlled collection and transfer of cadaver organisms at a farm site, which systems and corresponding structures are therefore intended to be within the scope of the protection defined thereby.

Claims (5)

1. the pulley comprises two parts, a slide way inner part and a slide way outer part, the slide way inner part and the slide way outer part are connected through a rotatable connecting rod, the slide way is of a structure with platforms on two sides and a hollow middle part, the slide way inner part is provided with a motor and rollers, the motor and the rollers are in transmission connection through bearings, the rollers on two sides are erected on the platforms of the slide ways on two sides, the connecting rod in the middle is connected with the slide way outer part, the connecting rod is connected on a support of the upper pulley, the bearings can rotate relative to the support, the motor is fixedly arranged in the support, a traction rope guide wheel is arranged on the slide way outer part, two sides of the traction rope guide wheel are in rotary connection with the connecting rod through the bearings, the connecting rod is divided into two branches on the slide way outer part and respectively located on two sides of the guide wheel, the traction rope penetrates through the two branches of the connecting rod and the middle part of the guide wheel after extending out of the traction mechanism and is connected to the grabbing head,
the slideway comprises an inner slideway and an outer slideway, the outer slideway adopts a normal slideway, two corners of the inner slideway are respectively provided with one to two virtual rotating rollers, each virtual rotating roller comprises a rotating roller and a rotating shaft, the rotating roller is cylindrical, the upper surface of the rotating roller is roughly aligned with the upper surface of the inner slideway or is slightly lower than the inner slideway, two sides of the rotating roller are provided with rotating shafts, two side walls of the inner slideway are provided with corresponding grooves, the rotating shafts at two sides of the rotating roller are respectively arranged in the grooves at the side surface of the inner slideway through bearings so as to rotate in the inner slideway, each rotating shaft is provided with a central shaft and one or more limiting reset strips, the limiting reset strips are arranged at the lower part of the central shaft, the left side and the right side in the groove at the side surface of the inner slideway are respectively provided with corresponding limiting blocks, the limiting blocks extend inwards from the grooves so as to further stop the rotating roller from further rotating,
the grabbing head comprises a shell, a grabbing control part, a telescopic mechanical claw and a driving motor, wherein the upper part of the shell is hemispherical or prolate ellipsoid-shaped, the lower part of the shell is arc-shaped, the upper part and the lower part of the shell are in smooth transition, the curvature radius of the lower part is larger than that of the upper part, a plurality of openings are formed in the lower part of the shell, rollers are installed at the openings, every two rollers are symmetrically arranged and connected through a bearing, the driving motor drives one pair of the two pairs of rollers or respectively drives the two pairs of rollers through the bearing,
the center of gravity of the housing is located at the center of the arc-shaped part, and the height of the center of gravity is not higher than 30% of the total height of the housing.
