The invention relates to a disinfection device, in particular to a disinfection device for a push bed of a gynaecology and obstetrics department.
The existing obstetrical and gynecological push bed has the defects that the existing obstetrical and gynecological push bed is required to be continuously used when a puerpera is more, the disinfection effect is poor, the puerpera is easily subjected to cross infection, the disinfection time is long, and the obstetrical and gynecological use is not facilitated.
Patent No. CN108543092A discloses a degassing unit that gynaecology and obstetrics used, especially relates to a degassing unit that gynaecology and obstetrics's bed of pushing used. The technical problem is to provide a sterilizing device for a obstetrics and gynecology push bed, which can rapidly and thoroughly sterilize and prevent cross infection of a parturient. The technical scheme includes that the disinfecting device for the obstetrical and gynecological push bed comprises a box body, a first trapezoid block, a second trapezoid block, a first supporting plate, a second supporting plate, a shell, a first connecting pipe, a pump body, a second connecting pipe, a first valve and the like, wherein a plurality of first liquid leakage holes are formed in the top of the box body, the first trapezoid block and the second trapezoid block are arranged above the box body, and the bottom of the first trapezoid block is connected with the right side of the top of the box body. Although the device can disinfect to the push bench fast, simultaneously and continuously spray the antiseptic solution to whole push bench and can cause very big waste to the push bench after needing the manual work to finish the disinfection takes off, wastes time and energy.
Therefore, there is a need to develop a disinfecting device for a obstetrical and gynecological manipulator, which can thoroughly disinfect the manipulator and save the disinfectant, and can automatically take off the manipulator.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects that the disinfection device of the prior manipulator can simultaneously and continuously spray disinfectant on the whole manipulator to cause great waste, and the manipulator after the disinfection needs to be taken down manually, which wastes time and labor, the invention has the technical problems that: provides a disinfecting device for the obstetrical and gynecological push bed, which can carry out clean and thorough disinfection on the push bed, can save disinfectant and can automatically take down the push bed.
A disinfecting device for a push bed of a gynaecology and obstetrics department comprises: a frame; the support is arranged on the frame; the track is arranged on the rack; the blanking assembly is arranged on the track in a sliding manner; the power assembly is arranged on the rack and rotates by providing power through the motor; and the conveying assembly is arranged on the support and is used for conveying in a rotating mode.
Further illustratively, the blanking assembly comprises: the discharging plate is slidably arranged on the track and is provided with at least two nozzles; the storage container is arranged on the blanking plate; the pump body is arranged on the blanking plate; and the pipeline is arranged between the pump body and the nozzle and between the pump body and the storage container.
Further illustratively, the power module includes: the speed reducing motor is arranged on the rack; the first chain wheel is arranged on an output shaft of the speed reducing motor; the second chain wheel is rotatably arranged on the rack; the first chain, the first chain wheel and the second chain wheel; and the lifting rod is arranged on the first chain and is connected with the blanking plate.
Further illustratively, the transfer assembly comprises: the rotating shaft is rotatably arranged on the support; two belt pulleys are arranged on the rotating shaft; and the transmission belt is arranged on the belt pulley.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the power assembly converts the rotating force of the speed reducing motor into the longitudinal moving force of the blanking assembly, so that the blanking assembly can completely, cleanly and thoroughly disinfect the push bed, the blanking assembly does not disinfect the whole push bed at the same time, but completes the disinfection process of the push bed in a moving mode, the consumption of disinfectant can be effectively reduced, meanwhile, the power assembly also provides the power for rotating the conveyor belt, so that the push bed slides down along the side wedge-shaped plate after moving to the back side wedge-shaped plate, and the consumption of manpower resources is reduced.

As shown in fig. 1, the transmission assembly includes a rotation shaft 10, belt pulleys 11 and a transmission belt 12, the rotation shaft 10 is rotatably disposed on the front and rear sides of the upper portion of the support 2 through bearing seats, the belt pulleys 11 are disposed on the left and right sides of the rotation shaft 10, and the transmission belt 12 is disposed between the front and rear belt pulleys 11 on the left and right sides.
The specific operation flow of the above embodiment: when the device is used for disinfecting the push bed in the obstetrics and gynecology department, disinfectant is added into the blanking assembly, meanwhile, the push bed to be disinfected is placed on the conveying assembly, then the power assembly is started to drive the blanking assembly to move back and forth to spray the disinfectant, the disinfectant is sprayed on the push bed to disinfect the push bed, after disinfection is finished, the blanking assembly and the power assembly are controlled to stop working, and then the disinfected push bed is taken down.
When the pusher needs to be disinfected, disinfectant is added into the storage container 41, then the pump body 42 is controlled to start working, the pump body 42 pumps the disinfectant to the nozzle 44 through the pipeline 43, then the disinfectant is sprayed on the pusher for disinfection, and meanwhile the lower material plate 4 is driven by the power assembly to move back and forth, so that the disinfectant can comprehensively disinfect the pusher. After the manipulator is disinfected, the pump body 42 is controlled to stop working.
When the pusher needs to be disinfected, the speed reduction motor 5 can be controlled to rotate clockwise to drive the first chain wheel 6 to rotate clockwise, the second chain wheel 8 is driven to rotate through the first chain 7, the lifting rod 9 is driven to move back and forth, the blanking plate 4 and the upper device of the blanking plate can move back and forth to spray disinfectant, and after the pusher is disinfected, the speed reduction motor 5 is controlled to stop working.
When the push bed needs to be disinfected, the push bed is placed on the conveyor belt 12, then the feeding plate 4 moving back and forth and the device on the feeding plate disinfect the push bed, and after the push bed is disinfected, the push bed is pushed down.
On the basis of the embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 1, the support further comprises wedge-shaped plates 13, and the wedge-shaped plates 13 are welded to the front side and the rear side of the support 2.
As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, the lifting device further comprises a push rod 14, a third chain wheel 15, a second chain 16 and a stop lever 17, the left side of the rotating shaft 10 is connected with the third chain wheel 15 in a key mode, the second chain 16 is installed between the third chain wheels 15, a circle of stop lever 17 is arranged on the left side of the second chain 16 at uniform intervals, the push rod 14 is welded on the right side of the lifting rod 9, and the push rod 14 is matched with the stop lever 17.
The specific operation flow of the above embodiment: the wedge-shaped plate 13 allows for better placement and removal of the pusher.
When lifter 9 moves rear side top, push rod 14 moved upwards this moment and inserted between the pin 17 of below, when push rod 14 continued to move forward, promote pin 17 and move upwards, make second chain 16 anticlockwise rotation, drive third sprocket 15 anticlockwise rotation, and then drive axis of rotation 10 anticlockwise rotation, thereby drive belt pulley 11 anticlockwise rotation, make conveyer belt 12 anticlockwise rotation, just when the manipulator disinfection finishes this moment, conveyer belt 12 anticlockwise rotation can put down the manipulator is automatic, when push rod 14 moved foremost, begin to move downwards and leave pin 17, no longer promote conveyer belt 12 and rotate. Therefore, the push bed can be placed and taken down more conveniently and more labor-saving.
